Can you speculate on what happens to the pps if GGP buys back their shares?
The idea is that a diverse group of capital sources would have more appeal to the dedicated real estate investment trust investors General Growth is trying to line up to buy their shares as part of the plan to emerge from bankruptcy, the source said.
Nice chart - thanks - can you draw the upper line? we goin to 80 next?
Looks like this one is tanking - no known company IMO - looks like a pos stock?
No news? why did this tank today?
OK - I understand. thanks.
Nice post...thanks. I would like to have a good 30,000 shares..
I wish Ackman was on the board saying things similar to when GGWPQ was in BK - commons survived! They paid all of their debts though - with interest! If I could see a similarity - I would invest.
Do you know for a fact if they are paying, or attempting to pay off 100% of their debts?
OK - I think I understand why it is better to have dividends each month vs. quarterly
Still confused - can you give it as an example of a dividend using fidelity? I get 100 dividend and get interest? Or is the interest something that the stock company is paying?
That was my hunch after watching the CEO on Bloomberg - they seem to be getting bids perhaps as a stalling tactic? Stand alone is probably their first choice - NO one owning real estate wants to sell in a down market - why would they, unless they have to?
My guess on the sell off - though I was not watching today, is that investors in-mass chose to invest in other rising companies in hopes of getting back in around the same place they sold - of course after making a nice profit...
Maybe tomorrow we see $17.20
Agreed - I would not be surprised if some big shareholders were trying to shake out the weak hands today. If I had more cash I would add some more - I bought some at .5 today before the drop. Holding long.
Would you please explain compounding - I don't understand that...
14.15% close up!
Good exposure for POWN in the New York Times!
Mr. Lee, now 87, will surely have his own version of past events and is almost certain to become a witness in the case if it goes to court. Mr. Lee — who notably fought and won a profit-participation lawsuit with Marvel a decade ago — declined to be interviewed for this article.
If Mr. Lee is called to testify about Mr. Kirby, his testimony could be complicated by an expanded business relationship with Disney. On Dec. 31, Disney announced that it had paid $2.5 million to increase an already existing stake in POW Entertainment (for Purveyors of Wonder), a company in which Mr. Lee is now a principal and the chief creative officer. POW develops new characters and stories for use in comic books, films, digital media and elsewhere. At the time, Disney said the investment was meant to obtain Mr. Lee’s help in mining the Marvel library.

Nick Ratchet 2012 The lighthearted mystery thriller centers on a Jekyll & Hyde struggle between a meek, ineffectual police officer and his online alter-ego, a tough avatar cop named Nick Ratchet who emerges from inside a video game to usurp the life of his creator.
Wow - I did not know - well 4 cents per month adds up with a lost cost per share - thanks...
I wonder if they have calculations of cost per share per dividend and have it ranked...
Great board idea. Thanks for the way to look them up too. One of my stocks, GGP, pays .19 - this was when they were in BK, now they are out, it may go higher...
Would you please let me know when you finally decide to get in - I also want in. I will let you know when I buy again...thanks.
Yes, the attorney's paid by stock holders would be great for us - do you have news on that? I would like to add to my position; am concerned about VSTNQ not paying 100% of debt as that is a sign of commons probably not surviving...
Will this board have a list of stocks with dividends - I would like to find the highest paying dividend stocks...
Closed .8273 below your .85 you mentioned - I heard someone say it would go to .80 - thoughts?
The chart just keeps going up and up! Perhaps in a couple of years this will be over 60...
IMO this next few weeks will be a good time to add to your position. RUTH should be fine this next quarter. Anyone else playing this stock?
Ouch - CFO selling remaining commons is not a good sign - soon they will be cancelled unless a EC could be formed. IMO
Is there a Dr. in the house?
Check out recent 10K. the debt is "secondary" on this since it is not a stock. The goal is to reach 1.2 bil revenue within 3 yr period ending 12/31/10, then CVR is worth $6. double check my rev figure..going by memory
from Yahoo message board - not my post - anyone understand this?
I caught that person ars#@# the first time he posted and called him out. I will not reply to bashers or even those who are similar to bashers...I am in this stock based on the dd I did and on this board - thanks for your very important dd and for moderating this board in a professional manner.
Wish I could not view his posts - as they are distracting to the general tone of this board. People like that is why I sold too early some great stocks. He is a stick in the mud and happy to be that way.
Something is happening - yahoo message board some are calling between 1 to 6 today on news of INDOMETHACIN US approval via injection.
Anyone going to the Comic Con 2010?

Thanks - that was informative - did not know all the specifics

Another shell pump and dump. Sorry to hear...
It's not my post - just posting what I saw on Yahoo my friend!
SPG bid approx. $25 to 29 per reliable source SPG has made 16.3 billion firm take or leave bid. ...from Yahoo message board...
Thoughts anyone?
Congrats on getting some in the 40's! Nice move!
I am going to try to forget I own this one and let it ride! I have had stocks that I sold way way too early - I could have flown to Europe and had a three month vacation and come back richer than if I stayed home.
There could be a buyout by Disney - I would not be surprised - it would be more beneficial for them to do so - they did it with Marvel, they could easily do it here before the price goes too high.
$16.14 AH; we $ee what'$ coming!
