I thnk Siemens was one of the players, no?
That's not losing. That's the shorters potential opportunity cost; or what they 'missed out on'
Probably the MM who are being paid by the big boys to keep it low.
We should all try to put the sell prices in at 1.00 just to see what happens.
That would only make perfect sense. They are in this game to make money as we all are. I'd imagine a run up would have to happen at some point. They allowed it to run up last time - At least they allowed it to begin the run up. Once the run up became attractive to the new investors, the volume increased and the MM didn't have as much control. This is the only area where they have the ability to manipulate - Low volume. So, Shaka, I agree 100% with you. I think a run up is inevitable, pre approval of course. Not saying it's going to be monumental like the 1.95 run. The MMs just have to give it the nod.
Bring a lap top with you. Or spend the day at home.
Here's my 2 cents:
It really doesn't take much volume to swing price from what I've seen throughout the trading days. I'm thinking that it's very possible for an interested, potential buyer (GE, Siemens, Toshiba, etc) to buy and sell shares collaboratively, or on their own terms. Trading so close to an FDA decision and keeping share price down will only benefit them. I know this is like throwing money out the window for them, but if you compare it to the alternative: Paying much, much more in the long run for an escalated share price....it may be worth it for them to do this. Don't quote me on this, but I've read that an interested potential buyer can only obtain a certain % (5%?)of the shares before a buyout occurs.
What are the thoughts out there about this. I haven't seen a whole lot of discussion about pre buyout price manipulation.
I'm assuming they'd eventually swing the complete opposite way and help drive the price up after approval or MA. I hear what you're saying.
Exactly - I wouldn't expect him to go into any form of detail - Just restating in his video that he did indeed send the reviews with the submission. I not talking any details here, just a simple "yes we did". I know he said he would in earlier conference calls. Just a little surprised that he wouldn't mention in the video since it was such a large component of the submission. Makes sense with the MM and holding the shares. I guess its a bit different than last time as they may have believed that there wasn't going to be an approval? Is this why the run up occurred? They were selling gradually as they believed there would be another go around? If that's so, then this is indeed a good sign that a run up is not happening.
Unfortunately, I don't think share price is a reflection of shareholder confidence anymore. I honestly believe that the MM and others forces at play here are holding it in this pattern for a reason. Ruling out all other influencing factors, there's no reason why the PPS shouldn't be climbing. With the potential this holds, it should, in theory be climbing like last Nov. Except this time we are even more confident as the questions have been answered AND radiologists endorsement has been included.
Question - Does anyone know why Dean didn't mention / confirm that the radiologists review was sent back in this package in the video response? You would think it'd be in the video as it was a VERY big part of this submission. I'm not talking details here, just a simple "Yes, we did send back the submission with the radiologists reviews".
I apologize if this sounds completely improbable, but....
Is it possible that: Through the NDA GE and Toshiba signed with Imaging3, they were so impressed and optimistic with the technology that either one (or both) began to slowly purchase shares. IF they were to accumulate such a large amount of shares, could they act as a MM and control price? I don't know if this is possible, but perhaps has some logic. The lower they keep the price pre FDA approval, the lower it will be after FDA.
Again, sorry if this sounds amatuerish.
I hope we see Madtig - We could use some solid TA, even though it may be difficult to use it in this type of situation. Any would be helpful though!
WOW - Thank you very much
Merger and Acquisition. In other words, a buyout from GE or Toshiba
Nice pull with the Caddyshack....THAT is impressive
Sano - "You" may get a pop? You are clearly not invested, so why are you here? Your motives are highly questionable. For what reason do you think the PPS will fall after announcement? If the announcement of resubmittal is tomorrow (with all radiologists reviews) there's a very solid shot at FDA approval - And you think PPS will fall? .....And why do you think this is?
Well - This could be part 1 of what he told Don he'd do on his show. Anyone think this could be the announcement of the resubmittal?
He did tell Don that he'd be one of the first ones to know when we got FDA approval.
Thoughts?
WOW - Deans sets the story straight! Only 10hrs a week on his 'side project'. Will 100% see I3 through FDA Approval.
Madtig - I too am very appreciative. Please keep the info, TA and mini tech lessons coming.
Can you see any MM sentiment of the recent movement?
Thanks Madtig....Sounds like they played together this morning. Tell tale sign when volume is low and price is affected so much.
So you made a buy today at .70 and feel confident that it's a very strong support. Good to know
Question: Since MMs play primarily on emotion, do they surf these forums to get an idea of our (shareholders) 'frame of mind'. Do they play off what we feel / believe? They could in theory flip this stocks PPS on it head and by teaming up together, correct? The closer we get to major news, the more they are gambling themselves.
Great info, thanks again.
Madtig - If MMs can conrol price as demonstrated this morning with the large swing with such small volume, in theory, don't they control technicals? Do they prey on technical info?
Who's aeraging down? Madtig, should we be concerned that .70 was broken even if it was for a split second?
Madtig - Thanks for the TA. It is always appreciated
