It's not better here at all as we don't learn from own or foreign faults.
Survival of the fattest always apply in our economies. We got and adapted this model from the US and now we and even Obama realizes that this wasn't a good idea to follow. When it's too late it's too easy to say: I knew we/they were wrong. But the fact that no country seems to find an appropriate solution for avoiding future crisis.
It's all about the money. Nothing else count so much today.
We want to see the justice on our accounts such as those who lost a lot due to JPM behaviour. The question is simple: How do you get the money from others? Ethic policies simply exist on papers in company's statements.
But I hope that justice will win some day!
At this stage you could be so right as never before. There is no way JPM could have more pressure than now.
The German WO board ist also speechless.
That's an really odd thing going on here....
You've got a very insteresting and reasonable point of view!
If WMI gets the 4$ billions, would it be possible to claim FDIC/JPM for the loss of interest they could have earned?
You've got a very interesting point there! Facts aren't on JPM's side this time.
It would be more than strange to see that the 4$ billions won't get back to WAMU. But if justice rules, we'll se.
imo

Oh sorry guys. Now I see that you got me wrong.
I don't speak about the volume we have. That stands for itself.
I just talk about the opinions you find on boards. In fact it's just the mood I'm talking about. Nothing more or less.
Sorry for the confusion guys!
You should calm down. I guess you got me completely wrong. Hundreds of thoughts and opinions can be found on different boards. Yes you are right. There is no doubt about it.
Those who get confused by reading my post such as you make me think!
It's just the accumulation of facts and thoughts I just asked for. How can this possibly be misunderstood?!
honest question to you and all other members:
what facts make you sure about it?
what makes you think of that potential outcome?
Shareholders in Germany are getting quite nervous recently as they don't expect a ruling about the 4$ billions this friday.
A pro/versus sheet would be helpful.
@ wamuvoodoo here's the English version

You've got a point! I fully agree regarding your arguments and the reasonable amount we should expect.
Thx for translating it. Was about to do it myself but you were faster! -:)
Guys. Do you know what this means?

Wamu could explode any second!
Definately. I am here since december 2009. Respect for all those who stayed long. It's been already a real pleasure to be "part of this group".
No matter what comes. I have been enjoying it to the fullest.
Same here, although I have to admit that last friday I got nervous and was very close to sell most of my wamuqs when they climbed up to 50% in Frankfurt. But I'm keepin' my shares in the US of course. Especially due to the fact that the Euro is getting weeker constantly.
Now I guess it could have been a wise decision. We'll see though!
That's just the beginning. This stock is being recommended by more newspapers on the internet in .de. Thus we can expect more to come. Maybe we'll see more surprises this week.

You guys in the States are everything but predictable regarding WAMUQ.
I thought that the German market was crazy as we could see it last friday (+ 50%).
Who know where we will stand end of this week.
You've got a point there! lol
We often forget one important thing:
yea. check out vermillion!
This is crazy here in Germany guys.
here's the real time chart: in € of course -:)

If we get the 4$ billions I doubt that 0.40€ will be enough.
I'm sure you guys are gonna get your shares in Frankfurt.
your nick is quite obvious to insiders! -:)
I just speak ur language too. -:)
I knew it where you come from!
znao sam!
No problem. Thught you were from Germany too. hmmm
Eres de Espana?
German boards are well informed by US boards.
This is one hell of hearing day. Better than watching movies.
What a tough lady we have on our side now! Respect!
So many sold today in Frankfurt.
Can't wait for tomorrow 9 am!
works perfect. I hear voices in the background.
yesss. she says that it is not hopelessly insolvent!
Excellent play!
Yea that's what I heard too.
German board WO is getting nuts actually.
I couldn't have said it better.
Would like to see that scenario.
Exactly.
There is no optimism on german boards about a settlement. They just expect the least and that's the "EC-point".
The 4$ billions would be welcome but there's no real faith in it.
Quite reasonable. It's true that we haven't seen many rumours/indications for a settlement imo.
We're on the same level as yesterday. Most shareholders seem to be very nervous though. I'm wondering why US boards seem "cooler". Maybe you expect/know more than we do?
But not without news imo.
