We've been in the dark for a long time. Nothing has changed. An incredible amount of DD has been mined here, a huge chunk of it from you. I appreciate all of the legwork you've done here GS. The only thing that I see that has changed is that the PPS has been manipulated for several trading sessions.

These boards are nothing but psychological games used to try and separate you from your money. There is really good info and good DD here, but it needs to be filtered and backed up by YOU. You need to know MYEC, not rely on what others say about it. Do your DD!

Orders executed at the ask price are recorded as buys, and in volume will raise the PPS. Orders executed at the bid price are recorded as sells, and in volume will lower the PPS.

What was stated in the SHM was that when the PPS worked its way up to $1, they'd do a small R/S to get the PPS to $5, which is a key price point for hedge fund interest. This would stabilize the price and accommodate the proposed uplisting.

There was an RSVP deadline

Well, I'm in Alaska, so its outta the question for me to attend too. I just called Nanotech, and David Foley actually answered. He told me that they're working on getting the info distributed out to all that RSVP'd right now. He assured me that I hadn't been left out, and that we would all be getting the info needed in time. I was starting to freakout, as COB is approaching, but it appears all is well.

Just called NanoTech. They're still working on getting all the info for tomorrow's SHM to the shareholders.

I sent in my RSVP months ago and was told that the SHM info would be sent to me shortly before the meeting. I have not yet received any instruction as far as how to attend remotely. Have any other shareholders received info on the interactive stream?!!
