I just would like to know if the CVR's have any baring on this stock and if not what will raise the price of this stock?

Am I wrong or did I not see any money being brought into this company. Where is all the money that they are suppose to be collecting. I don't see any of it in the report!! Help me understand.

So I have 72498 share of stock. I am right figuring that it will cost me 1449.96 to buy just the rights?

I guess maybe this is a way of making money for the company and not totally killing the shareholders. I have most of my savings in this stock from $2.50 so I am F__ked. How do they expect myself and others to put more money into this when they don't say what happened with the FDA and weather it is positive or not. Why would we invest more when there is no HOPE???

I have a problem with the fact of handwritten documents. Nobody writes anything by hand today. A lawyer does not for sure he has a secretary and you know they don't write by hand. So there is a smell in the wood pile somewhere!!!!

I agree. The fact that they say most of them are scientist doesn't mean that us shareholders are a to be ignored. At least say something about the meeting. I am fed up with this stock but have most of my savings in here because of personal reasons for the need of the product so I am stuck with a large loss now so would like to know where I stand.

I have a feeling that you won't get any help with the DD. This stock has lost all interest thanks to the FDA. I have no place to go I have lost so much money on a product that I had faith in and hope for a better life for family members. I could not even believe that that many shares traded because nobody seems to care at all about this stock. Good luck with your pursuit for help. I am here until they close the doors I can't get any farther down. I started at 2.49.

Yes they are still approving devices but in our case it won't be until the stock reaches a price of .01 then out of nowhere it will be approved and sold and we will be screwed!!!

Yes I have called the FDA a few times and never got anywhere. No one can answer any questions just run you around.

Most investments you feel you have a chance of making it back no matter how bad things go but I think there is way more bad here then good. Down 16% today doesn't look to good. Yes I should have sold months ago but I have very personal reasons for believing in this stock in the beginning. So like a ass I put WAY to much money in it. Kept hoping for a change but I think there is something crooked going on here. Someone is controlling the FDAs decision and we are the ones getting screwed. When the price gets down to about .10 you will see the FDA come thru and then they will be bought out for .15 a share and make it out to be a big deal. At that point I will have only lost 2.49 par share on 72498 shares you do the math. Now tell me I shouldn't feel that way!!!

they posted another offering and pretty soon the shares will be at .001. This FDA business is now a joke stage. 15 months and they haven't asked for anymore info or rendered a decision. Tell me some thing doesn't stink in Denmark. Or stink in the USA I should say. Big pharma is probably in the pocket of this administration too.
