I bot at 1.75 and 1.80, in my opinion this won't be down here for very long. And if it unfortunately does goes below 1.80 I will buy again.
have to admit, I like the volatility here :)
welcome aboard tranefan, you'll be fine, this will straighten itself out. just won't happen tomorrow. good luck to you
bot some 1.75
LOL 1.60 here we come
broke 1.95 today, still waiting for entry
see if 1.95 holds here again. potentially could go to 1.60 but I doubt that.
getting pretty bloody here, should be about time to buy
see if 2.04 holds here. How does everyone like that bull@&$# dutch auction? Don't like buy backs as a general rule. Good Luck to all

the 100 dma on the 6 month chart looks to be real good support here, right now
boy, this is a big disappointment
not sure I understand your question. OTC stocks when they run and are profitable will eventually uplist to nasdaq or other exchanges. this was just a sale of shares to raise money.
they sell at a cheap price to raise the money they need to fund their research and development real fast. these companies don't make money yet, so they have to sell shares to keep the lights on. the last time they did this was july of this year. will post the chart and you can see were it goes. it's a two or three month hold or a 2 or 3 week hold, you never know. its sister company is INO will post that chart too. they use the same technology as ONCS. Been trading this one for about a year now and IMO its on the bottom or real close.

here's INO made a bunch on it.

the OTC is a scary world, but it can be a lot of fun also
the public offering was for institutional buyers. but on the OTC people run for the door when they see a low price on their stock

SALT LAKE CITY , Sept. 12, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq:LFVN), a company dedicated to helping people achieve healthy living through a combination of a compelling business opportunity and scientifically validated products, announced today that it intends to conduct a modified Dutch auction self-tender offer to repurchase up to $40,000,000 of its common stock at a price per share within a range to be determined prior to commencement of the tender offer. A modified Dutch auction tender offer allows shareholders to indicate how many shares and at what price within the Company's specified range they wish to tender. Based on the number of shares tendered and the prices specified by the tendering shareholders, the Company will determine the lowest price per share within the range that will enable the Company to purchase $40,000,000 of its common stock, or a lesser amount if the offer is not fully subscribed. All shares repurchased by the Company in the tender offer will be purchased at the same price. The Company expects to enter into a new credit facility to fund the share purchases in the tender offer.
