ONCS - Hi Low, ONCS just announced $12 Million worth public offering. From the release, "ONCS has agreed to sell to institutional investors an aggregate of 47,792,000 shares of its common stock at $0.25 per share. Additionally, investors will receive warrants to purchase up to 23,896,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.35 per share for a term of four years."
The stock was trading at 0.30 cents since the last few months. On this news, it went to 0.25.
I see the CMF above 0 despite huge volume.
