Let's see if that theory is correct. Means you expect a big move quite shortly.
I was not referring to the OTCBB.
As far as your comment on phantom shares, I do not agree. If you have a float of 290mm shares, it is much easier to hold down a move with air than if you have 47mm shares.
Yes, I am aware they are being prepared. This would be more exciting to me than a title or two at this show. I can't wait.
Yes, I was looking down that road. Because I'm not viewing this as a trade.
Ok, you can all disagree. The simple fact is, that if you want to trade on a real exchange, a reverse must happen. It's not a bad thing if you are a real company. Secondly, audited financials are important whether you guys believe it or not. These bring in real money. Third, the MM's will do whatever they want with this stock because there are 470 million shares. If you guys are in denial, good luck with that.
Next comment will be that I'm a basher or something.
There are so many shares available, that the MM's can do what they want. When they need some, or want to make cash, they run it up or down. Their book can be short because there are so many shares. They know they can get some whenever they need them. The best move would be a reverse coinciding with some audited financials and a move up to the OTCBB. That way the value would be realized instead of MM's stuffing endless shares at will at people.
Well, other forces at work here apparently. Going to hold my shares and come back here in a couple weeks.

Yesterday was higher, so today was probably an inventory day for the evil MM's, although they didn't spook many sellers:
http://regsho.finra.org/FORFshvol20100315.txt
Regsho data shows significant shorting by the MM':
20100316|TDGI|3460694|12027707|O
About 29% sold short.
MM's trying to load up on the cheap, so they can scalp on the PR. Typical move.
Not yet, I've been busy with conference calls on USEG, IGOI, etc...
I'm not going to bother with the 10 grand or whatever that was, but the 800k is worth a look....
The 10-k will be filed, by 3/31. Looking forward to that.
You get that audit up there, and we are really talking turkey. Then book value won't be the last hurdle, that's for sure.
The MM's stuck it to buyers today. They opened it up too high, and choked out some potential buyers. Greedy bastards. I hope they gap it down to let some of those on the sidelines in to the stock.
I agree with that assessment. I will hold until it gets to it's appropriate valuation. If it goes back to .028, who cares, I'll wait.
I bought this as a buy and hold months ago, and it was so boring that I just ignored it. Then all of a sudden, Friday happens. I still think that .20 is easily achievable in the next month, but long-term, once the audit is done, this could be more like .50.
I will look into this.
What we need for the next level is a real 10-k, audited. If they can get this done, this will go much, much higher. I'm all about this move, the future of this company, and am holding for the year no matter what, but we need that audit. C'mon Eric.....
Look, today's news was good. Some transparency on the process, and the extra-cautious steps taken was worth hearing. The collaboration also was excellent news. By May I will be sipping a cocktail celebrating the enormous accomplishments by this company, and the guts I had to hold the entire way. Dean deserves a Christmas card from all of us.
How about hold? I like that idea.
I don't know what you are referring to, but I see no reason to delete anything. Have you read the 60 page 8-k? Will you even bother with the 10-k?
These are unfounded allegations. Did you make these up? I have found zero evidence of these comments. I can only assume you are here for negative reasons unless you post evidence to the contrary.
Just got off the phone with Ms. Palterovich. Highlights from the call:
The 10-k will be filed by 3/31. She was adamant about this.
They are willing to do investor conferences in the U.S. She actually asked to meet me in the Boston area.
She stressed the patent portfolio, and how their APG solution is incomparable to anything out there at this point.
They are looking for PIPE financing. This would issue restricted shares for private investment.

Wow, how low can this one go? Down every day it seems.
Short data for GBTO for today:
regsho.finra.org/FORFshvol20100308.txtregsho.finra.org/FORFshvol20100308.txt[/tag]
42%. I don't know if they are short of inventory, but this is data to watch....
Someone bought a big block of shares. 100k around 3 pm. That represents 4% of the float:
64mm shares
40 owned my management
24 free floating
100k/24mm = .04
Big chunk of shares for that float.
Got some notes up there.

Globotek Named Best Ecological Project of the Year by Government of Russia
This is rough analysis, but the patent alone has a book value of 195 million. That is $3 per share.
Furthermore, 66% of the company is held by the board. The float is 20 million shares or less.
The Russian page offers more information about the technology. Use google translate and there is a ton of info there.
I'm beginning to believe that this could be a 100-bagger. I know that sounds crazy, but the SEC filings indicate a serious desire to move to a real exchange. Of course, they will need capital. But that won't happen until they move it up. At least that is what I'm thinking.
I think it will affect volume because people won't read a PR, then go to a ticker that says Carribbean catering. That must throw people off the scent real quick.
Someone needs to fill the Ibox with all the new info.
That is huge. I'm usually a doubter, but all the homework is actually yielding real information this time. This could be better than a 10 bagger.
Energy Networks Limited is a real company. More good evidence:

Huh? What are you talking about? Globotek is not a girl trying to make a show on Broadway. It's a SPAC trying to find some eyeballs.
I don't really understand your point. I especially don't get the "only hope" part. This company has beautiful filings, it appears that they want to uplist. I've translated their Russian webpage, it looks good. I'm just saying a call to IR is warranted.
http://www.globotek.ru/
That PR was so scary good, I have to do extra homework to make sure it is not a scam. The filings look excellent. Now a call to IR is appropriate.
Wow, that was quite the PR. So good it actually scared me. I had to go to the Russian website and translate it again to make sure it was for real...
