This is rough analysis, but the patent alone has a book value of 195 million. That is $3 per share.

Furthermore, 66% of the company is held by the board. The float is 20 million shares or less.

The Russian page offers more information about the technology. Use google translate and there is a ton of info there.

I'm beginning to believe that this could be a 100-bagger. I know that sounds crazy, but the SEC filings indicate a serious desire to move to a real exchange. Of course, they will need capital. But that won't happen until they move it up. At least that is what I'm thinking.
