Wicks...I think this statement supports what we have been saying all along...we have been buying and holding...therefore no need for certs to be cancelled...
There's just one tiny problem with your interpretation: there's no indication of certs being cancelled and replaced.
As a matter of fact, you are incorrect...I spoke with the SEC investigator as did many other shareholders here. She did not relay any information as to how the investigation was going...and I didn't ask as I didn't expect she would... but she was very happy to listen to anything I wanted to tell her...guess you better go around that block again...
I think this is a great idea...
Are you asking whether FINRA might expedite the approval of a Form 211, which is the form required to renew the quotation of bid and asked prices after a trading suspension
I had forgotten everyone sent in W-9s...of course the company would have compared those to the certificate list.
At least 93 million shares short or over 70% NSS.
"We have only scratched the surface. We believe if the independent market sees the audit, they will reach the same conclusions and if they believe what are the facts and invest, then there would be, in our opinion, only one conclusion and one result"
From the company news letter of Nov 3, 2010
Could so LG...looking forward to it!
And it looks like some folks are buying...
Go Canucks!
Looking good here LG
I made a mistake...
In fact I went to correct the post and it went up as blank...didn't actually know that until just now. The W-9's were sent to the company...that is what I was correcting...upon further research trying to find the info on the website I found this...
http://8000inc.net/Investors-Updates/2010/01Dividend_Update.pdf
and was correcting my post as I had made an error...
Why would I erase it when, as a mod here I could have simply deleted it?
Aha! Maybe yours are part of those naked shorts we have been talking about...funnily enough mine were not on the list and either were any of my friends and family...we have been sold conterfeit shares.
I have spoken to the SEC investigator about this and I suggest you do the same.
The Boards final decision as to the merger will be
announced during quarter 4 2010 and announcements will be made early in quarter 4 regarding the acquisitions and expansion of the group
I expect they would compare it to the TA's log of certificates to ensure that all trades recorded by brokers have a corresponding entry and that there are not any Naked Shorts out there...
I will be patiently waiting with you Jag...and adding as I can...
Every single certificate was accounted for...what are you talking about? Total certificates = total outstanding...
LG...do you know how long it takes for the company to receive the NOBO/OBO lists?
Yes...and with most shareholders sending in their W-9s it would be pretty easy to match those up with the Certificate Numbers just as an indicator of whether anything is amiss...
Indeed...NSS may = buy-in notice...Tick Tock...19:41 hours
Hello there my friend...interesting times around these parts
They may have spoken clearly at that time but were provided with substantial information that would take them in an entirely different direction...Tick Tock...21:15 hours...
Hmmm...I wasn't aware that CDIV was being investigated...do you have a link?
Thanks for sharing that...so that tells me it won't automatically be on the greys...hmmm
Suspension ends at 11:59 tonight...so unless someone issues a PR or something, I think we have to wait until tomorrow...
Is today your birthday? Maybe the SEC will let us know the direction they are going today...just for you Happy birthday!
Hi merr! No news yet...I think we have to wait until tomorrow to see what happens...
My count was 86MM
Having said that, you need to remember that it is just part of the whole picture as I was not the only one involved in the count and many folks declined to provide their share count to us...so the number I have is not the total count...
that is 86MM out of a possible 73MM...
I agree...once the large NSS position is dealt with there will be nothing to hold them back from reaching their full potential
GM Wicks...IMO very difficult to dispute anything you have said in this post...22:22 hrs...
Read and answered Just need to get through the next 22:45 hours with EIGH...
I don't believe I said anything about 93M naked shorts...what I said was we did a share count which is now with the SEC...
And you are suggesting the TA does not know where the certificates are?
"The company's transfer agent verified all issued regular (common) stock, certifying that all 138,824,700 regular shares were accounted for in the register, with 5,000,000 restricted shares out of a total of 143,824,700 issued common shares.
LOL! LOL! LOL!
Are you kidding me? We did a share count here and we own much more than the public float....hmmmm....how did that happen?
Don't bother answering...the SEC has our share count...
Absolutely...in fact with the NSS position being investigated this is most likely!
Have a great time in Chicago Birdddddddddd....you will be amazed at what you learn and amazed at the quality of people who attend...what an awesome opportunity you have given yourself to take control of your financial future
The funny thing Alan, is that this particular group of investors seems to just keep strengthening its resolve...Go CDIV!
Awesome post LG...I believe with you
Well here is someone that does...

Indeed we should...that coupled with the addition of the Monk's Den revenues for Q4, the opening of Lime Grove...wow...lots of things going on this quarter
Ryan...that may be the best post I've read...thank you
In case anyone is interested...this links to a photo of an EIGH investor wearing his 8000inc golf shirt...quite attractive IMO

Exactly right Wicks...I am not too concerned about the pink/grey dilemma as the company has laid out its plans very clearly to shareholders and will execute those plans in short order (no pun intended)...
I tend to agree with you B...
