Thanks Jim.
I was just wondering if I missed something this morning.
You would think that since they are lawyers when they did complete a deal they would be paid right away?
JimLur have they agreed to pay?
Good post - Exactly what I been thinking? Street just doesn't think IDCC can collect the money Nokia and Samsung owe?
No it isn't, but then again you are entitled to think the way you want.
Censorship is not the American way, so keep posting and us open minded people will sort it out.
Bulldozer you won my vote
This isn't what I understand it to be. According to our board earlier on #2 - options only no vote means a no vote, that is why IDCC rush out the duplicate proxy form to get yes votes.
This has nothing to do with what I am going to do, so don't
assume anything?
See page 15 of the 14A and 12 and 17. If we can figure out when they have to sell then we can figure out more to play
the IDCC card?
According to the 14A Goldberg has to exercise his options during 3rd quarter of 2003 or loose them. Do you have an idea how many this will be. It shows he has 432,431 exercisable.
I am not panicing, but would like to an idea, as this is very soon in fact 6 to 9 period?
I do too. Next Monday Willie Nelson is having a special on USA @9PM - His quest list is terrific including Sheryl
This happens alot, the reason they give me is that they can't recongize the server with I-Hub????
Why?
I second that
Thanks Bob, I had a gut feeling this was not for real???
Marilyn
Random only - not to you at all
Most of you guys are worst then women. Please get back on the course of supplying good info and not pretty comments about IDCC. We all have a right to our opinions, but I am sick of listening to the same old crap over and over again.
Life is up and down just like IDCC so accept it and let's move on.
Marilyn
Mickey, do not forget Worker's Comp., as that is a very big expense to all corporation, and I can't remember a year it didn't go up alot. It is based on payroll with a limitation for the executive officers only. Probably around $50,000 to 75,000. now as it was $36,400. 13 years ago when I was still working. Fire,Health, General Liability, Auto, Life, Disability, Directors and Officers, Fiduciary Liability
if the premium is up under 15% I sure wouldn't worry about this overall increase
http://www.coughlingroup.com/-" target="_new">http://http://www.coughlingroup.com/- Okay here is a start and also go to Corporaterisks.com - Remember Defense is the key word in USA.
Ams - Two reasons
1) This is the USA and Insurance premiums go up all the time.
2) Wall Street Scandals
This has nothing to do with IDCC - just like the people who
pay higher premiums when they had no losses. Fact of Life.
Also, now is not the time to shop for a new insurance company for D&O, as it is tough to get it now, and the fact that we still have the coverage says alot for us. Legal Defense is mighty expensive in the good old USA.
All that weightlifting has built up our strenght
Not only that World Wide word of mouth at the Water Cooler.
Wow, that is a biggie. Know them well from my Insurance Agent days.
They haven't made it to Las Vegas either?
Okay - you just want them to indemnify themselves if they are on this board.
I did, and I feel like I did with the Dixie Chicks - I don't like it, but they are entitle to think the way they want.
I agree they do not speak for all the stockholders, but the jury is still out if they are I-Hub investors or not?
TC - AKA: The hanging judge.
Assumption is for fools - I resent your statement, and in fact bought more shares today. How do you know anybody on this board is guilty and if they are don't they have the right to express themselves just like you???
Great - He is a winner.

Scooby IE does this automatic - click forward on your E-mail
and click open on the virus and then click attachments and it should open under acrobat and puff you have 20 pages.
I like Bill Purcell because he gets the most out of his players.
I like IDCC, because of the enginers and the patents and potential, but they sure do not have a Bill Purcell winner type leading them?
It seems the general market feeling is Corporation Officers are like kids, and we the stockholders have to tell them No as enough is enough.
Maybe not in today's climate. Just look at the last three year's - Corp. management is a area of distrust right now
and more stockholders will have their eyes open when they vote.
Yes, I was thinking of that earlier. Thanks, JimLur
Sounds like a good game plan to me.
I hope after all the scandals on Wall Street, that stockholders will vote No now just because? That way the greed may stop.
Again, they have the cart before the horse. They do this after they announce they have Nokia and Samsung checks.
Thanks Loop, I like others, will be waiting for this filling.
Loop, is there a general cease and desist form that is legally
binding if you register your pattens correctly that IDCC can
use for the deadbeats in the future?
I feel the same way, and have Data marked as a favorite.
He gives us the news etc. all the time, and will probalby
post very postitive once IDCC makes him the kind of money Qualcom has.
No way - IDCC stockholders will out live most, because they have strenghten their heart muscles so many times over the years.
TC - Glad we have a reporter imbedded with Wall Street.
Thanks
