I must agree with you 100% here Bernie! I too kind of "cut my teeth" (not that you did) on INIX and was lulled into the love affair that was well rewarded early on and through December. I never thought INIX would fall back to the sub-levels from last summer. But as XQ says, in less than 5 months we were at .045. I'm not gonna be silly enough to say we'll be there again in 5 months, but it is nice to dream about!
GLTYA.....
I went to Google, typed in Telvue, and got this:
http://www.telvue.com/
Then went to the <About> option and saw a link for <Investor Relations>, clicked on it, and got this:
http://www.telvue.com/about/investor_relations.htm
It was like....freakin magic! There were addresses, names, phone numbers, email addresses; everything anyone could ever want to contact a company and ask questions.
I think Joe has made it clear on numerous occasions that the company has a policy of NOT communicating with him - per his request - on issues related to the company's internal ops to disallow any attempt by unscrupulous types who may wish to insinuate or claim the passing of insider information to a board moderator and thereby be labeled as a pump 'n dump, which we all know is illegal.
Surprised is probably more like it. Still a LONG way to go to be impressed!
Have a good weekend ya'll.....
Well, after being in ICU all week and getting 8 units of blood, 2 of platelets, and 1 of plasma, things are looking up; at least for INIX!
Great to see the positive shift on the board, with so many middle-of-the-road types now starting to take personal ownership by using the plural personal pronoun WE, who not too long ago were loath to give any hint of personal attachment. :^) Funny how things change when a lighter, positive, more team approach is attempted!
Great job by ALL here to get things moving again. You should all be proud. It's good to see INIX back on the Buzz Cloud as boldly as it is. Good things DO surely come to those that wait and continue to have faith.
Here's hoping for a continuing green next week. Watch the lofty predictions and let's keep things real and firmly planted on the ground! Slow and steady is what we need. Glad to see some have taken my previous challenge to heart and have helped in turning things around. Keep it up!!
GLTYA!! GO INIX!! Do I hear that train whistle in the distance?
There's the old classic last minute bidwhack. As was mentioned earlier, I tend to put very little credence in the closing pps, especially in light of the obvious. I was more encouraged by the decent volume shown today!
Let's hope it keeps up. GO INIX!!
You start! eom
Now THAT'S what I call optimistic thinking!!
I think we'd ALL love nothing more than to see that happen one day!
I too would be happy with 2011. It's certainly much more realistic with what we've been seeing!
I wish you the best of luck for your Brazil trip! :^)
iFinix does have an app on the horizon that I alluded to on a previous post called eFinix that is planned to do exactly what you are referring to!
GLTY....
Forgive me if my previous post came off as pure ask-slapping rhetoric, that wasn't my intent, and by the time I got around to editing it, it was too late to do so. Truth be told, I've got the t-shirt on that one around here somewhere; maybe I threw it away. You hit the nail right on the head as far as what my original intent was, and that is, if people resist the urge to sell that can only serve to play in our favor.
I think everyone has learned some valuable lessons with this stock, especially in the category of "slap that ask", which is only effective in the middle of major run. However, I feel it's counter-productive to have a long-term bid in at below current bid when everyone is hoping to increase the pps. I see this tactic as a hindrance to forward momentum, IHMO.
The B/A split is a whole 'nother matter that has been belaboured here as well which is something I feel is out of our control, and that's all I'll say about that!
Great post and thanks for the clarification......
I can't speak for anyone else personally Bernie. However, I've been encouraged with the apparent steadiness exhibited in the pps over the last week especially. Would I buy at .0019 tomorrow morning? Yes I would. That's me and it's based on my faith in what this company has done and is doing.
All of your points are very valid. It is the company's job to help strengthen the pps, not doubt about it! I'm one of those that always sees the glass as half full, and I do have to differ with you, however, in the worth I see in this company and this stock. I'm not going to give estimates on where I see things going because that serves no purpose other than act as ammunition for others in the event that things go the other way. However, I will say that I definitely see this company as a multi-penny stock based on personal discussions I've had with them and their most recent CC. How long it takes to get there is anybody's guess.
I don't think ANYBODY could have predicted the pps going this low. There's no way I'da ridden this stock this low without selling out at at least some kinda profit! At these rates, I could have quadrupled my share count by now, if not more.
Yes, 3Q is going to be very interesting indeed, and again, all your good and bad points are right on the money!
I have sensed a palpable shift in a positive way throughout the board over the last couple of weeks, in spite of the expected poor news on 2Q fins, and hope it continues. As you mentioned, with the other subsidiaries due to come online and the actual profits that ARE being generated by Forex and Futures, I think it's safe to say that we could actually see an overall profit for 3Q, but don't quote me on that! ;^)
If we stay upbeat and do some of the little things that can positively affect the pps, it won't take long to see how the experiment plays out! What would you like to see the new bottom at? Or do you think we've truly seen the bottom?
And I couldn't agree with you more on the new, revised game plan. Hopefully we'll see some decent news in the not too distant future. I think Ben has managed to do a relatively good job of keeping us informed about stuff.
One MAJOR thing that could prove to reverse that (.000 speculation) is for ANY and ALL buys below the ask to be cancelled! And for any sells to be posted at the ASK or at least ABOVE the BID!
We've been here before guys and gals. This ain't rocket science. If we want the pps to go up, we gotta give it a reason TO go up! It doesn't get any simpler than that!
Why don't we all conduct an experiment during the next month based on the aforementioned hypothesis and see where we are at the end of September? Wouldn't it be great if we at least got back into a solid penny, or dare I say, more?
How many takers do we have? Game's on....
I must say, I have to side with those calling for timely fins! Everyone knows when they're due, and every effort should be made to release them ON TIME! That may sound contradictory to my previous posts, but in the end, it's still reality, irregardless of what market we're trading on! You want respect, you have to first earn it.
I think your use of the word "troubling" is a little too harsh personally. Everyone knew it wasn't going to be pretty, but just imagine what they'da looked like if we'da continued to front RealTime! I do think some credit has to be given for management biting the bullet and axing R/T as quickly as they did, instead of allowing to be the anchor that it was quickly becoming.
At this point, I think all we can do is hope that future planned software releases will be on time and that the upward momentum we've experienced over the last week will continue.
Dittos on the lack of cheerleading. None deserved, none needed; yet! We can ALL hope that changes soon.
Onward and upward......GLTYA
And there you have it, a little good with the not so good. It should have been better, but it could have been worse too. No surprises here, but I was holding out a little hope. :^)
I can't see this having much, if any, effect on the current pps. If anything, it finally answers everybody's questions and removes any doubt, and let's us focus on truly turning things around in 3Q.
I remain optimistic that this will be a turning point for this company going forward and set us up for a nice positive turn going into 4Q.
Good luck everyone and have a great weekend!
Why does there have to be such microscopic examination of everyone's intent ALL the time? The constant second-guessing of what this person, or that person said? I prefer not to overanalyze and call everyone out on the carpet every time they say something I might not agree with Bernie! Should, could, would; who cares? It's all semantics and doesn't amount to a hill of beans anyway. Let it go! This constant tit-for-tat doesn't promote a healthy evironment that is conducive to growth or welcoming to new prospective members. I think everyone here is better and above that kind of behaviour! Yes?
As to the core offering, I'm going to leave that discussion for more learned members on this board, however, I will proffer that my understanding was that Trader was to be at the center of the Tri-Suite of products, with RealTime acting as the "lite" version of Trader for those not actively engaging in online daily trades, with eFinix bringing up the rear for those with more toys than others, i.e., Blackberries, iPhones, etc. with all their built-in apps for people who can't stand to be without the minute-by-minute updates. But again, I'll leave that for the experts. To remind us all:

"And here I thought INIX was a "better than pink sheet" company."
You got it Toyota!! :^)
GLTY Mr. Alen
That shouldn't be too much to ask for!
Have a great weekend......
SOLID questions Phran! I'd keep after them if I were you, time permitting! These are all basic questions which would serve us all well if you happen to get a response. Please share them with us if you do!
Why is it that anyone who makes a positive statement of their intent and hope for this company on this board has to come before anyone else with proof or some other qualification for their statements? He simply stated his hope and belief - echoing many others here - that the pps should be higher! What on earth is wrong with that?
However, your statements are once again misleading and inaccurate in your continued persistance that RealTime was the "core product" of the company, when in FACT it was not, nor EVER intended to be! What is was, was one of a suite of products - including iFinix Trader and eFinix - that just happened to be the first of that suite scheduled for release! So if we're going to call a spade a spade, your repeated use of "core product" is NOT TRUE!!
As for the fins being late, we are a pinksheet company, not held to the same reporting standards of other markets. Yes we are late but the requisite filings were made alluding to the fact that they were going to be late well in advance of the filing date. I don't understand the incessant barrage of some insisting on immediate release of fins. No one here expects glowing news about our fins....are you expecting to see something different? I believe it was stated that they would be out sometime soon. Yes it would be nice, but at the end of the day, what will it change? Nothing, other than underscore that we are still in our adolescent growing phase. I don't see how pps is tied to late fins personally, especially when no secret has been made about their expectations.
You do bring up a valid point about the wisdom and timing of an actual buyback. With Trader scheduled to be released soon, I have to agree with you that immediate capital should go in to insuring no problems with its release. I think too much of a show continues be made by some who are demanding instantaneous actions by Ben and company every time they simply utter a sound, only to get excoriated when what is said doesn't meet with THEIR expectations! I'm reminded of Sarah Palin here! It's no wonder they are slow to come out with addtional announcements. Why can't it simply be enough to know that management is concerned with pps; and the mere fact that they are considering a buy back provides me with the only proof I need.
I would challenge anyone here to put themselves in Ben's shoes, or anyone else working for this company, and attempt to do what they are doing in today's anti-business environment!! How many here would be up to that type of challenge? None, I dare say.
Imagine, just for a minute, if everyone here on this board - with the exception of one (or 7, but who's counting) - started working as a collective whole for the overall good of the company and decided to dispense with the constant negativity for awhile and cut the company just a little slack and give them the benefit of the doubt in knowing that they are doing their level best to give us ALL a maximum return on our investment! Ben is still following a very strong business plan that IS taking shape. All he needs is a little breathing room and a little time. BTW, they are one of the only pinksheet companies that actually has a working phone number with real people to talk to, and they will talk to you about your questions and concerns.
I think we all want the same thing for everyone here, don't we? Or did I miss something somewhere? We all were hoping that 2010 was going to be "The Year" for iFinix. It still could be! We have 4 months left in this year and big plans on the near horizon. A positive attitude goes alot farther than a negative one does! And if things should happen to fall into 2011 a bit, so what?
I still firmly believe in this company and I'm not going anywhere! To quote Woody, "I'm holdin' till the rope breaks!"
GLTYA....
Turkish soldier stories are better left to PM, please. Let's keep this about TEVE, on topic.
Phrantic, I would like to think that these guys have an Investor Relations (IR) group!? Are you telling me they don't, or if they do they wouldn't transfer to them? That sounds a little fishy.
GLTYA...
U funny.....
That's not true Joe.....I gave you one too. I'm heartbroke you don't remember.
You're wearing out the term dude here, dude! Or is that your intent? Don't see your point! Mr. Gerry is building an empire here. No other explanation is needed. What's the big deal with how much he or others have donated to the cause? Just watch and enjoy the ride.
GLTYA.....
That would be great, but there are forces at work here who are determined to insure that doesn't happen, as evidenced by the wild fluctuations once again witnessed today.......but I digress!
Thanks for the news WestCoast! It just keeps getting better and better!
Hey 10 Bagger......here's #2 for ya! LOL
Be sure and let us know when you've created an orderly market. I'll be the first one in line!
GLTY.....
Look at the ridiculous spread!! .1/.28 How can you make money off of that?
What would be interesting is to try and sell at .28 and buy at .1
I wonder how far one would get with that attempt?
Out of the 17MM traded on the day, only 3.15MM were shorted, or 18.57%. Very interesting to say the least!

Get in line dude....you're not the only one down on this! When you've got people here committed to destroying the company, it's pps, and therefore everyone on this board's investment in this company, we need all the real help we can get!
I can only imagine that the Q2 fins won't be very flattering at all, which will play in to the hands of the aforementioned group big time as they do their best to spew the vile and vitriole they've dressed themselves in so thoroughly over the last several months. If the shoe fits, so be it!
But I take solace in knowing that this is indeed a personal mission for the owner of this company to provide a real ROI to it's investors once all of the pieces of the puzzle are neatly in place. And it WILL happen, just not on the schedule that most here would like to see it, your's truly included.
GLTYA.....
Nice green close on the day, huh? Think we can make it two in a row tomorrow?
GO INIX!!
GLTYA.......
There's a sucker born every day......
WOW!! That's gotta be some kind of first!!
Check it out:

Let's see what the rest of the week brings us.
GLTYA.....
Ya think? eom
Great find Marshall, and to answer your question, no, not in the least!
How does 87% in the red sound! With no way to average down. All I can do is watch and wait.
Don't worry.....it's not personal!
GLTYA
We closed at .0012 today.....need I say more? And unless Anti Market Maker decides to pull his buy for .001, guess where we'll be come Monday afternoon! It's not rocket science dude! What other proof do YOU need?
Orders in at anything below the ASK will soon become the new ask with these bastards masquerading as MM's. How much more clear than today's business do you need to see?
Have you not watched the play for the last 8 months?
People with 60 day orders at 58% BELOW the ASK is what happened today, and what will happen tomorrow, and the next day, and the next!! Rinse and repeat. Are we having fun yet?
Good for you!
At least we didn't go red today.....
Thanks for your support! NOT....
AMEN Brother........AMEN!!
Thanks for your persistence and sharing! Unfortunately with the SEC now exempting themselves for FOIMA disclosure, the coziness that most of these MM's have with the SEC will probably become all the more cozier!
But we can still hope.....
