heavily shorted yesterday. squeeze??
http://otcshortreport.com/hlnt
are you going long or covering shorts??
i was about to whack 100 shares of that .0006 just to piss everyone off lol.
Could you show the email IP origin? I just want to verify its the same.
no kidding. i was like "OH COME ON!" lmao
indeed!
USNL IS A SCAM??
****
I had an appointment with Regus International (one of the companies listed as occupants in the same building address as USNL). I was looking for office space here in the west coast and they have several floors in various buildings with luxury to moderate office spaces for lease. They also handed me a brochure list of all the virtual office solutions they have available which included the USNL building address. It was explained to me that they also offer reception from which all calls and parcels are processed. I suspect the sole employee is leasing a virtual office space in that building.

If you check the company link, you'll see that Damian Guthrie is listed as the sole employee, not Rebecca Guthrie, unlike the listing on Bloomberg Businessweek which names her and several other executive officers and board members:
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/people/people.asp?ticker=USNL:US
Also at the company link, it states that USNL was formerly Yi Wan Group. Who is Yi Wan Group?

Anyone figuring out what's going on here so far? Anyone can buy all these shares down here and pay for a newsletter pump and this thing could explode lmao.
more than likely short covering.
Because no one buying 7
he's playing people like you.
no, more like profiting from wasting time on facebook lol...but that's exactly what ppl do on there. the partnership with NFLX and the recent Instagram acquisition announcement suggest they will have a way to buy a bulk amount of credits for a discount and use it for movie On Demand and ordering prints, etc.
FB's secret weapon: Facebook Credits. They basically created their own online international currency. Anyone who wish to buy anything through FB, from movie streams to app add-ons, will first need to convert their currency to FBC. One day, you can earn and pay others with it, anywhere in the world.
pumped then dumped?
Extended hour trading on a Friday for a pennystock? Hmm. What will Monday bring?
Stay positive :)
If anything there should be a USNL Facebook page. I bet this would soar if that was the case.
But first, USNL needs to get their image and reporting consistent. It's a real estate start-up with negative assets converted from a telecom company shell owned by overseas investors. There is only 1 employee and she titled herself CEO/Treasury/Secretary/Director. Their website sucks and, more than likely, USNL is her own complex home business and uses a virtual office as an executive address.
But the plan is solid: south Florida properties is off the hook compared to the rest of the country and the potential is huge.
USNL can definitely take advantage of a Facebook page.
I added too. But that money could go buy some Facebook instead where it's more exciting right now than watching this pong game.
Wow you're still here. I thought you had cut out already.
Because you can only cover when there's a market (sellers). If it goes all the way to .0001 but there are no more sellers then what good is it?Same if the price goes all the way to .50, if there are no more buyers then you can't sell for that price. The fact that so many shares were being dumped yesterday was golden opportunity to cover them shorts for a whopping gain.
i don't think posting her private fb profile link is appropriate here. sorry.
can we get any stupider??
"CEO" Rebecca Guthrie doesn't even have real estate or law in her interests on Facebook lmao.
no short squeeze
i agree. i think there were so much dumping today that shorts must have cashed in (i know i would have). the high volume sell off and consequent short covering only means there are now only long term investors (bagholders) left. without renewed interest in this stock, we're basically stuck here until some anomaly puts this back into everyone's radar again. more than likely, it'll drift down to .0001 unless some sort of PR campaign spins this or actual solid financial filings validates this company and the buzz starts again. i'm sorry, but i've been here before. that's why i can't stand pumpers because they signal premature sell-offs.
on the other hand, having a big volume spike for a sell-off could also signal a reversal. many positions closed today for a realized loss so it could be seen as a capitulation and if most of the shorts initiated covered, the money to be made by market makers and investors would be to the long side from here. USNL also showed up on the bottom picker's board so there may be some who will try to trade a bounce from here. i'm eager to see what the price action and volume will be like in the next few days/weeks.
1000% volume increase from yesterday
http://otcshortreport.com/usnl
yeah more likely a T-trade but a significant one. $11,900 trade went off silently? dark pool trade? 17m is a huge correction.
17,000,000 @.0007 1:03:54 PM
took the .0008 ask off for you guys. now your turn.
interesting. thank you. i just found something from 2007 that says YIWA to USNT then USNL. i wonder if that Board of Directors list is current on Bloomberg?

well we know based on the OTC Short Report that shorting of this has been heavy throughout late april, early may (above 50% avg) so if they are not diluting, as they stated publicly, that short volume will need to cover eventually. a reverse split would force short positions to cover and if the short volume is naked, then there will be a hurricane of panic buys. unless, of course, USNL is being shorted by themselves.

has anyone ever heard of Yi Wan Group? apparently, all the USNL board members are employed by Yi Wan Hotels which is owned by Yi Wan Group, Inc., a pink sheet traded company ($YIWA). only on Bloomberg Businessweek do you get a full list of USNL Board Members and "employees", everywhere else like Yahoo only lists Rebecca Guthrie as the only personnel. if you look up Yi Wan Group, they actually have a pretty solid set of property investments (http://pink-sheets.blogspot.com/2005/07/yi-wan-group-inc-yiwa.html).
so, if we need to, we should contact Yi Wan Group as well as Rebecca Guthrie, as shareholders, and get some transparency on what they're doing to increase share value. that company website alone is a red flag lol.
http://www.usnationaltelecom.com/
well if there's anything that's going to pop this back, it'll be some crazy boiler room story like that lol.
is anyone else looking at fundamentals? are all the chart traders out yet?
If anything the USNL BOD could be making money shorting this from overseas. They have Rebecca as their shell liaison and that $140k private placement announced might've been her salary lol. She's the only US Citizen out of 13 names connected to this company btw.
14 million for a sub penny stock is friggin low. Move the decimal over 3 digits and this would be more like a $1.20 stock with 1400 volume.
USNL Board Members
Here's a link to a Bloomberg listing of reported company personnel and primary board members. Notice that all names, save CEO Guthrie, are Chinese with impeccable career backgrounds.
Anyone interested in investigative work?
For long term investors...
I found this on another board and thought to share. interesting report from a south florida real estate law blog.

Historically small caps (and emerging markets) do better when overall market is bearish.
Wake and bake!
And who are you hearing it from?
