Would you care to clarify that comment?
Originoil went public in 2008 I believe. The link you provided says that
December, 2003 through June, 2007, he has provided advisory support to a number of these early-stage technology companies such as Warp9 (WNYN.OTC), Imaging3, Inc. (IMGG.OTC), BioSolar, Inc (BSRC.OTC), Carbon Sciences, Inc. (CABN.OTC) and Origin Oil, Inc. (OOIL.OTC)
Hi guys. Not sure if any of the moderators are around but as mod on a bunch of other boards I'd like to encourage all to keep their posts on topic.
Referencing other stocks is strongly discouraged and personal criticisms of other posters is to be avoided.
MagneGas Continues Momentum With Second Strategic Fuel Partner
MagneGas Corporation ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (OTCBB: MNGA), the producer of a technology that converts liquid waste into a hydrogen-based metal working fuel and natural gas alternative, announced today that it has begun selling MagneGas™ fuel to Alabama-based J & M Cylinder Gases ("J & M"). J & M is one of the largest independently owned manufacturers of acetylene in the southeastern U.S. and has an established sales platform with eight distributors and their 22 total stores across Alabama and Tennessee. J & M also operates retail stores of its own. J & M has taken receipt of its first fuel shipment from the Company and has begun converting acetylene users to MagneGas™. As with previously announced Blue Water Industrial Products, J & M's goal is to eventually make MagneGas™ a leading component of its fuel product offering. MagneGas has granted J & M the master distributor territory rights for the state of Alabama and the 250-mile radius around its Decatur, AL facility.
Also in parallel with Blue Water, J & M represents a strategic evolution of the Company's fuel sales efforts. As MagneGas President Scott Wainwright explains:
"We believe that J & M has the potential to not just become the largest domestic distributor of MagneGas™, but perhaps its largest producer as well. As one of the region's highest-volume acetylene manufacturers, J & M is the ideal candidate to make MagneGas™ a mass market fuel. We will be exploring structures whereby J & M can become a satellite MagneGas™ producer and accelerate our market penetration."
Adds J & M President Joe Webber, "We first discovered MagneGas™ at the FABTECH show in November and have since conducted months of due diligence -- we have established that MagneGas™ cuts cleaner and quicker than acetylene, our traditional core product. We believe that MagneGas™ fuel could be the future of both the industry and J & M Cylinder Gases."
No reason to panic here. We are slipping down very slowly on little volume. This is certainly not indicative of the company diluting - in my opinion.
News and increased volume is likely to shoot us straight back up again - go INIX.
Welcome to the board mngeah - good to have you here.
Just to put this matter to rest.
I have contacted Magnegas and can confirm that there is no connection with Biocentric Energy.
Whatever one's thoughts on the BEHL saga, the issue has no bearing here. That said, I am grateful that the matter has been raised and has now been clarified.
All posters and all opinions are welcome here as long as one complies with iHub's TOS.
I don't know how many shares they have - I'm only looking for a million and CANT get them.
I have an idea for consideration by all the faithful investors who post here.
In common with most of you I have held shares in the company for some time and truly believe in its potential. Whilst I can appreciate the need for some "stealth" and commercial confidentiality, it is not unreasonable to expect some communication from the company over the course of a year.
How many of you would be willing to put your name to a letter from a group of shareholders asking for an update from the company? Perhaps a collective voice may be more effective in eliciting a response.
Interested in your feedback guys. Thanks.
Looks to me too like speculators off loading rather than the company dumping shares. The bid is stacked at 0.0005 and not getting many hits. The SP has fallen on very low volume which indicates lack of interest rather than dilution.
More news is likely to move it up again very fast. Only 74 million shares traded in the last couple of weeks shows me that most are holding on and just a few flippers selling off.
A CEO who makes over $300k a year, plus sells shares (yes publicly disclosed), spends lots of cash and stock on promoters (Money TV), dilutes existing shareholders year over year and rehashes the same announcements with spins here and there. Anyone who has been in the market more than at least one full economic cycle can recognize what is happening
It has been recorded that those shares are to pay a family member's medical bills -
Mr. Eckelberry will use the proceeds of the sale of the Company’s shares under the Plan to pay for expenses relating to the medical condition of a family member.

MagneGas Secures Significant Fuel and Strategic Development Customer
TAMPA, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/29/11 -- MagneGas Corporation ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (OTCBB: MNGA), the producer of a technology that converts liquid waste into a hydrogen-based metal working fuel and natural gas alternative, announced today that it has reached an agreement with Michigan-based Blue Water Industrial Products ("Blue Water") to provide its multiple locations with MagneGas™. Expanding throughout Michigan and the Upper Midwest, Blue Water currently has over 30,000 fuel cylinders in rotation and produces and sells more than 2.0 million cubic feet of metal working fuel per month. Blue Water already has customers for MagneGas™, and is taking receipt of its first fuel shipment from the Company this week. Its goal is to eventually make MagneGas™ a leading component of its fuel product offering.
In addition to its importance to MagneGas as a large fuel customer, Blue Water represents a potential strategic leap forward for the Company's fuel sales platform. As MagneGas President Scott Wainwright explains, "While we have achieved rapid success with our new direct sales model, it is our long term goal to have a MagneGas™ Refinery onsite at each distributor, allowing them to produce their own fuel and eliminating our transportation costs. As we roll out our fuel sales to Blue Water we will be exploring structures whereby Blue Water can become the first satellite MagneGas™ producer, and thus create a template for accelerated expansion and market penetration."
Adds Blue Water Principal Steve Olson, "As a metal working fuel MagneGas™ has proven to be without peer -- in our extensive testing MagneGas™ has cut cleaner and quicker than any other fuel, and it represents the first "green" alternative to hit the market. If regional demand is as strong as we anticipate, we look forward to growing our relationship with MagneGas the company, the fuel and the technology."
MagneGas Secures Third Significant Fuel Customer in Last 60 Days

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - April 14, 2011) - MagneGas Corporation ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (OTCBB: MNGA), the producer of a technology that converts liquid waste into a hydrogen-based metal working fuel and natural gas alternative, announced today that it has reached agreement with scrap recycling leader Garden Street Iron & Metal (www.gardenst.com) to provide one of the client's locations with up to 100 cylinders of MagneGas™ per week. The Company believes it can expand this relationship to other Garden Street locations in Florida and Ohio.
"Empowered by the completion of our first dedicated fuel-producing Refinery, we have further penetrated the domestic fuel market," stated MagneGas President Scott Wainwright. "We believe we are just beginning to scratch the surface of our fuel's potential, and growing customer demand supports this. Garden Street is representative of the customers now within our reach: influential local brand; high volume, repeat sales; and multiple locations providing the opportunity for rapid account expansion. We will be servicing Garden Street through our new direct sale platform, eliminating distributor involvement and allowing us to capture retail margins."
As Garden Street Yard Manager Tim Nicolay commented, they switched to MagneGas™ because "As a waste recycler ourselves we are always looking to be greener, and the fuel has the added benefits of both burning hotter and cutting faster than what we have been using."
Thanks for posting that info Fuzzy - well spotted on the Magnegas link. I haven't paid much attention to BEHL for a while (although I still have a handful of shares in the stock), so missed it myself.
I'm pretty sure MNGA doesn't have a connection with Biocentric and the edited post you referred to seems to verify that. I will contact the company though to confirm and will post any findings here.
Great work today from X and lookup. Thanks guys.
Did you happen to mention iFinix or ask if Cottonwood were aware of their involvement?
Seems a bit of a coincidence - Oakbridge at the right location?
There's another one for you. MNGA is on the move again.
More great news this morning.

Perhaps connected to these guys?

SS has expressed that the company will soon be out of stealth mode
Thanks for the support and good to have you on board Chips.
Riggs has made a very positive impression on me and it's great to have that opinion confirmed by someone who knows him better. It certainly looks like OOIL is in competent hands.
Everyone needs to make a living I guess! Anyone want to pay me to promote INIX?!
Little volume today seems to indicate that most are holding on waiting for more action.
The estimates, costing etc are all in the reports. What we need is the time frame. But what we have so far is way more than most pinkies ever give out.
You have a couple of legitimate points there Teague and a few that are wide of the mark.
Yes - more information about the acquisition would be helpful and will, I believe, be forthcoming.
Trading restrictions have been covered at length on the board here - including very recently.
The practicalities about getting the gold out of the ground is a bit of a red herring topic. The report published yesterday goes into that in detail. It is not necessary for every partner to driver a loader or swing a pick to participate in a project.
4 on bid @7, 2 on ask @8
Went with iHub's own service. I've been happy with it before.
3@7 2@8 at the moment
Got my brand new shiny L2 - I can now inform you all that the bids are stacking up again. INIX might see some action soon.
I think you're right - OOIL seems to have reached the point at which it won't run up on speculation alone. People want to see real results and revenues. With Australia, Mexico and this newest development hopefully that day will be upon us soon.
Great post MrBruce. I'm still digesting the news after being otherwise occupied for the last few days. Will post later. Looks like a great development for OOIL though.
I think people were a little disappointed by the recent financial report. Yesterday's news shows however that Riggs and team continue to move the company in a very positive direction. Results WILL follow.
OriginOil Signs First Major Distribution Deal with Process Partner
OriginOil, Inc. (OOIL), the developer of breakthrough technology to transform algae, the most promising source of renewable oil, into a true competitor to petroleum, today announced that a process partner, World Water Works, Inc., has agreed in principle to distribute OriginOil’s dewatering and extraction systems to its global customer base. The agreement covers product integration, manufacturing and joint marketing.
“We’re excited that World Water Works have decided to manufacture and distribute our devices throughout their international customer base,” said Riggs Eckelberry, OriginOil CEO.
“World Water Works is an innovative company with a first-class manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City, and one of their technologies provides an important concentration stage in our harvesting systems. This is a major first step in our plan to integrate the algae production process for our customers,” Eckelberry noted.
“The OriginOil team are innovators, but they also know how to engineer solid devices that interface well with our systems,” said Mark Fosshage, President of World Water Works. “We are really pleased to be able to manufacture and distribute for them, and we also see potential opportunities for their technology in traditional waste water treatment settings.”
Scott Fraser, OriginOil’s VP/Operations, noted that World Water Works’ world-class manufacturing facility is key to his company’s expansion plans as it responds to high customer demand worldwide.
“In our first field tests at MBD Energy’s research facility in Australia, their algae-specific DAF was highly successful in concentrating our client’s algae after our dewatering stage; and we will fully integrate it with our harvesting systems as part of our single-vendor commitment to our customer base,” Fraser said.
The Algae Harvesting Technology Optimized (AHTO™) system, from World Water Works, is a patent-pending version of the company’s wastewater industry high rate Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) process, specifically tailored to Algae Harvesting.
The AHTO™ technology separates suspended solids (flocculated algae) from the water by a process of dissolving air into water under pressure. Upon release of that pressure, microbubbles form. These microbubbles interact with the particles to cause them to float to the surface of a vessel where they are skimmed off.
The result, according to the company, brings significant performance and cost advantages over other algae harvesting systems on the market, yielding up to 20% algae concentrations at low operational and capital costs.

A bit of a stand off situation going on here with INIX. People want to buy in lower but existing holders don't want to sell at these levels after such good news.
As I posted last night, if INIX wanted to scam investors they would have followed the usual pinkie methodology with a vague PR - probably about an unspecified mine. Instead they put out an extensively detailed report about the viability and costing of the operation.
This acquisition looks like the real deal to me and we now have a much more diversified investment.
Thanks
Anyone have an INIX L2 for opening? Thanks
Tomorrow's trading should be interesting - INIX has all the ingredients in place for a great run.
So what do you think is next for the INIX share price?
This really is great news for INIX shareholders.
No pinkie scam - this is a named mine with fully costed plans and financing in place. A regular pinksheets trick would be to have MOUs and LOIs for an unspecified project; we know how much the maintenance of the mining trucks will cost amongst many other small details.
