Building from bottom up. That has been our message from day 1. We will mos def reap the reward.
Hi Rex, its not for you. I know you are not interested in AMNE. Its for those who are interested in AMNE.
Yu keep telling everyone to sell. Meanwhile yu keep yurs. Yea right. You sell first, show us you sales receipt, then we will consider selling, hows that.
Budmann, you have to let us in on what you know. I am very eager to spend myself to toast on this bad boi. Good new I buy, bad news I buy, no new I buy. Its like crack, and am so addicted. I think I need Dr. Phil of AMNE. lol.
Despite the static nature of the pps even with todays volume, a small refresher of an April's Wall Street Review on AMNE may build some confidence here. Please read...
This is the part I like "release of "Infinite R" the revolutionary insulating product threatening to put the Pink Panther out to pasture". Please read...

"Yes,opportunity cost of patience can be expensive",
Peachman, I will like to add to yur opportinity cost theory. I believe that the only opportunity cost of patience here is to load up. This organic grass root build up state by state, county by county will blow up soon. Remember that ads are projected to be hitting the airwaves next month. 14 state from North Kakalaki to Cali.. All I can say is, Oh boy..If you beleive, then load up real nice. The pps will correct accordingly upwards.
"Amount of shares dumped in to market is killing the PPS and over interest in the company"
Bently217, I must agree wit you here. There is excess shares from the f/s. Also lak of news is kipin interest up thus pple are itching to sell which in turn is driving down price.
The key question is what is the actual pps immediately post f/s?
"Paradigm Polymers and Alderman Research look forward to bringing a long list of innovative ideas and products to the market! Paradigm Polymers "The Practical Application of Innovation."
The above statement worth a couple million of risk in stock purchase that may pay off if it works out. Just a reminder to folks on the inherent value built-in on this bad boy. If it look too good to be true to you, disregard the message. If you find it worth risking, lets talk strategy.
http://www.essortment.com/home/financialdefini_seur.htm
Thanks Satellite for bringing this issue of R/S up. Niether r/s or f/s changes the value of a stock. Thats a fact. The pps adjusts accordingly based on the pps at the determine time. The question is why do you have r/s. Like u rightfully pointed, delisting factor, mopping up O/S which will ultimately drive the pps up if good news on the company becomes available just to mention but a few. Eitherway, the strategy as investors is to position for kills each time these moves are made. I advise folks to research this topic very well and be informed. This will help quell the fear mongering. Obviously, the f/s made many shares available in the market. The goal was to make the pps attractive to investors but when its not matched by good news, we see interest in the stock drop as is the case so far with the associated sell off.
Swim or sink, AMNE at this stage of the game can never be for shorts. Its not volatile enough, day traders cannot make gains dealing with this kind of penny stock. Its easier to sell ice to an eskimo than short or day trade of this stock. This is a stock for longs. The strength of this stock is tied to growth in the housing market, the unveiling of infinite r, increase acquisition of more subsidiaries, breaking new on deal with Alderman Research, adding more counties to its arsenal, and finding a strong pr firm to package its arsenal and many more. This takes time. If you think you wanna be a millionare overnight, you have to be joking. You will not with AMNE. AMNE has a lot of work to do and a ways to go and its slowly doing it. It only calls for patience for those who can afford it (patience)
So I say, lets all take the chill pill and see how it rides. Always remember, you are responsible for your action. Your loss may not be my loss. If you can't stand to wait, see ya. If you can, just ignore the bashers and naysayers. Its your risk, if you gain, fine, if you loose, fine, but let it be that you are ALWAYS AT THE DOOR STEP WAITING FOR THAT OPPORTUNITY. DO NOT TRY TO ENTER WHEN IT MAY BE A BIT EXPENSIVE. It can't get any worse than this. Keep the DD rolling and any good information will continue to educate us all about AMNE, even the negative ones. Cheers
well said...
"unfortunately NO ONE here can give any of us 'concerned holders' a plausible reason for the continued crash to earth"
Jaxzon, you have to be kidding. Are telling me that the reason why you are hanging onto this stock is because of what other investors re saying here. How can you hang your fate on other people sentiment. The reason to hold must and only be on your own accord, your judgement, your sentiment and your own DD.
Do not hold onto a stock that is not meeting your fiscal goals. If the kitchen is hot, get out of it. Some investors here, myself, included try and fish out information that may show the activities of the company. Its for our own personal goals. If you like what you see and hear, hang in there. Rome was not built overnight. If you do not like what the stock is doing, do not wait any longer. Nobody is responsible for your loss but you.
Cheers.
Hi Jahyde, I don't understand your question. Can you explain a bit.
Jaxzon, I do share your sentiment and no doubts any investor will like to see the value of thier investment appreciate somewhat and anything other than that gives heart burn.
Having said so, your emotion should not becloud your intellect. It should be the other way round.
First of all, with any investment strategy, you should have a cut and run point. If you do not have that threshold with AMNE, then you are purposely hurting yourself.
Secondly, is your risk threshold strong or conservative. If the former, hangin there, if the latter, I say cut and run.
Thirdly, are u a day trader looking for a few bucks here and there? If so, I understand why the heartburn. The pps has not been cooperating lately. There is no volatility to even short this stock. So I say look for other volatile stocks.
In all, if you choose to risk a few buck on AMNE. Bear this in mind, you are risking your sweat in a small company that has the potential to grow bigger than you expect. The key word for you is "POTENTIAL" That is what you are buying into. For instance, if I had asked you to buy in to AIG, Fannie Mae or Ford during the peak of the economic crisis. Am sure you would have refused considering the massive drop in their various pps. If your gutts and due dilligence had the better part of you, these stocks hit $1.00 or less at some point this year. Now go check their current pps. Your decision cannot and never be based on pps activities cos they are cyclical. You have to dig in on the activities of the company, where they stand in the market, their niche and what you, not me, believe thier prospect is. If you do so with AMNE, you may see that prospect, atleast I do. If you can, buy into it, its not a must. If you loose, that the cost of business,if you make it, better for you.
Only risk takers make it. Those that dont take risk, never make it. Just hang in there if you can. Cheers
From Reliable source:
Just recieved information that AD's ON AMNE activities (products) is projected to start hitting Cable News/Media Outlets starting October 10.
Activities on this company is moving in full speed. Sales are raking up.
For believers, stay steadfast. For sideliners, if you can afford, again I say, if you can afford to risk a few bucks, get in now the pps is low. If you can't. This info is not for you.
Well said.
HI P.Buster. I love ur enthusiasm, however, can you buttress on your radar findings. Is it just a sentimental vision or is it based on dd. If the later, then can you shed some light so that we,(AMNE believers) can advance our own dd in the same direction.
Cheers.
I agree with you. I have also observed that cetain people who do not understand the makings of the stock market continue to use terms they don't even understand. If AMNE is a pump and Dump organization, you will definatley see the volatility. The chart tell for itself. AMNE has plateaux for a while.
Having said that, the value of this company ultimately lies on basic fundamentals. These fundamentals include: growth in Sales and marketing of the core product by its subsidiaries, expanding its market base through out key counties, launching its niche product Infinite R, ETC. These things will not happen overnite. As you can see, they are slowly delivering on their earlier PR's. We are begining to see action though small but meaningful. At .008/shs, how much can you loose in risking a few bucks. The likes of Warren Buffet started off by buying up companies that were dead on arrival, but they risked building it into mogul Hattaways. If someone has asked you to by Microsoft when Gates broke off from IBM. You would have probabily seen folks with very negative lights. So it does not matter what anybody thinks about AMNE, IT FAILS IT FAILS BUT IF IT SUCCEEDS, YOU will see all these bashers sneaking in to buy. That is the only reason why they are lurking around. Peace out
PR as released 7/30.09
"ECOFL has ordered a Sprinter truck from AMNE which is being outfitted with spray gear for the Ecosafe Foam and is expected to be delivered by mid August".
PR as released 9.8.09
AMNE delivers the Truck just as planned.
Another PR as released 7.30.09
"ECOFL will become a manufacture of the Infinite R so it can distribute the product easily throughout the state. With the help of AMNE, they are actively seeking machinery to purchase and setup a facility. "
....AND we wait patiently for this goal to be achieved.
For strong believers in AMNE, stay calm as this company builds its base. For bashers, keep up the good work, you will only get tired. For those on the fence, study this company properly and invest if it makes sense to you.
Remember, every stock investment has a risk side to it. Invest carefully and modestly if you can't afford to risk much.
Hi Rex, do you own this stock?
I agree with you on the basis that this company seem to have value in its war chest. As I have studied AMNE and its progress, it seem to be in line with its planned achievements.
1.Aquisition of subsidiary companies to do the ground work (Ecosafe, Paradigm Polymer Inc and Aquvee(pending))
2.Opens up office in Georgia.. Where Ecosafe is operating from.
3.We are begining to see dealer websites popping up eg AKA Insulations.(http://www.aka-insulation.com/index.php?option=com_contact&view=contact&id=1&Itemid=48)
4.Pending activities on Infinite R and many more.
There is no doubts that amne pps is currently a function of the # of share out there. The more the shares the lower to price cos (excess supply), the lower the AS, the higher the price (excess demand). However, the core point is the strenght and capacity that this company will possibly build overtime. As goals are met and the value of the company starts to rise, the pps and the AS and the OS will work itself out. Driving real sustenable demand for a stock is backed by results more than by speculation. I don't think AMNE is there yet. The pps movement you see on AMNE pps today are all speculative in nature. For now, the company has to build value onto itself by growing and expanding sales through its subsidiaries. In addition, with a product like Infinite R hitting the market, there will enough joy to go around.
So this is the time to get in if you believe. If not, forget all of the above.
"AMNE) (www.amneotcpk.com) announces it has a signed a licensing deal with the patent holder of "Infinite R," a revolutionary insulation that could change building around the world.
AMNE has initially licensed the State of FL with Miami-Dade County having the most stringent building codes in the Country, once Infinite R is recognized as a standard in the building industry in FL other States will accept Infinite R as a new building material.
AMNE has been in discussions with a company in FL to help them introduce Infinite R to the building community and lobby the State of FL to make Infinite R the standard in the building industry"
Fellow Risk Takers, just a refresher on why AMNE may not be a joke and I say may not be a joke afterall. So we don't forget the potentials AMNE may have in their war chest. If this product is and becomes what it claims to be, I can guarantee all that AMNE will do exceedingly well. That is why I believe that this stock is for longs, if you really intend to see the value it has. Again, for risk takers and those willing to spare a few bucks (just enough not to give you heart burn) rather than spend it on tobacco, beers and women, I say get a couple and forget you did. If it turns out bad afterall (overtime), then sorry. However, if it turns out good, there will be lots and lots of TBW to contend with. Just another thought. Keep the faith.
"AMNE is moving into the six billion building insulation business by becoming a cutting edge chemical sales company. The company is creating a new, wholly owned subsidiary to operate this business which will be headed by Terry Mixon, who plans on implementing this business strategy by using the web, mailing, telephone marketing, and television advertising campaign to grow our associate applicator membership to at least 5 distributor companies in each state. AMNE will begin by recruiting known successful application companies in each state then begin a web-based associate membership drive. The corporation will offer equipment, training and great pricing plus marketing support through the web program to all new associates".
Fellow risk takers, carefully study the above statement from AMNE. It is very clear that this is a young company with a growth plan. If you beleive that this organization has the potential of achieving this goals, then now is the time to risk a small change for a possible positive outcome. If not, then save your money for something else. Investing in any company must be backed by your gutts feeling and risk ascertiveness. Imo, AMNE is just starting. Its a small company with big plans. Its a holding company that is carefully buying up smaller green companies that are in the biz of producing, applying and marketing green insulation. The question is, where do you see this company a year or two from now? Remember, it does not sell or manufacture any product, instead, it is a holding company that is mopping up the market. It stands to grow soon. Its building its base and if successful may become bigger than anybody expects. So I say, for those who know a good potential when they see one, AMNE may not be far off. If you have a change or two, just buy in a forget that you did. Check in from time to time and you may be pleasantly surprised. This is not a pump and dump stock, its just a brand new baby with a lot of potentials. Again, if it sounds too good to be true to you, don't bother buying in but for a couple hundreds here and there, you may, and I say may be happy you did. Keep you posted.
Seem to me that this is a dealer of AMNE product in GA. The site is loaded. This is a ground up operation. It will certainly grow. For short-term holders, this stock is not for you. For longs, hang in there, the bad boi will certainly have its day someday. Continue the DD.

Below is the link with my post. It shows its working. Lets all go talk AMNE in the AMNE board. This way, AMNE will get to see and feel the heat every morning and night.
http://www.americangreengroup.com/index.php?option=com_ccboard&view=postlist&forum=1&topic=8&Itemid=
Hey Folks, I just noticed that AMNE actually now has a functional message board. IMO, all "BELEIVERS OF AMNE" should migrate and express their sentiments there.
This is a good thing...
Good point pisavsopbp622.
AMNE recent upgrade with pinksheet is not based on some illegitimacy. Pinksheet.com upgraded AMNE based on its finding on the status of the company and it is backed by facts.
I can see your concern regarding the 20b A/S. The question should be what do it mean for investors long term or short term. The recent release of its unaudited financials thru 6/30/09 say something but what does it mean for investors long and short term.
The key question is not whether AMNE is legit or not but what is your strategy in dealing with AMNE assuming you are an investor. Are you vigourously doing your DD on this company and what does your finding tell you. If you cant stand the heat, leave the kitchen.
Remember PUMP & DUMP is a strategy and folks make money off it. Have you been cashing in on the Pump-Portunity or are you just gaping as the opportunity pass you by.
Finally, all investment are full of risks, the ones willing to take the risk often get burnt but also they are the ones that always laff really nice to the bank. Which side are you on? Cheers and good luck.
If its paid for pump, did you benefit from the pump or did you stand by the wayside and see the pumpopportunity pass you by.
The point is that you have to invest in an organization that you believe has the potential to give you short term or long term gains either via straight buy or short sell. If a PR is designed to pump a stock, you should be position to cash in and reposition again. Its not about making an empty complain because you have to remember, in every tick made by any stock, there are some people that make money.
As for AMNE, I strongly believe in the potential it has. I see AMNE as a company that will likely be bought over by a bigger outfit. Remember, AMNE does not sale anything. They are a holding Company. A hub for a group of companies that are in the green business. So act in your conscience and remember to invest carefully cos you can loose all or gain all.
Cheers
