Thanks Satellite for bringing this issue of R/S up. Niether r/s or f/s changes the value of a stock. Thats a fact. The pps adjusts accordingly based on the pps at the determine time. The question is why do you have r/s. Like u rightfully pointed, delisting factor, mopping up O/S which will ultimately drive the pps up if good news on the company becomes available just to mention but a few. Eitherway, the strategy as investors is to position for kills each time these moves are made. I advise folks to research this topic very well and be informed. This will help quell the fear mongering. Obviously, the f/s made many shares available in the market. The goal was to make the pps attractive to investors but when its not matched by good news, we see interest in the stock drop as is the case so far with the associated sell off.
Swim or sink, AMNE at this stage of the game can never be for shorts. Its not volatile enough, day traders cannot make gains dealing with this kind of penny stock. Its easier to sell ice to an eskimo than short or day trade of this stock. This is a stock for longs. The strength of this stock is tied to growth in the housing market, the unveiling of infinite r, increase acquisition of more subsidiaries, breaking new on deal with Alderman Research, adding more counties to its arsenal, and finding a strong pr firm to package its arsenal and many more. This takes time. If you think you wanna be a millionare overnight, you have to be joking. You will not with AMNE. AMNE has a lot of work to do and a ways to go and its slowly doing it. It only calls for patience for those who can afford it (patience)
So I say, lets all take the chill pill and see how it rides. Always remember, you are responsible for your action. Your loss may not be my loss. If you can't stand to wait, see ya. If you can, just ignore the bashers and naysayers. Its your risk, if you gain, fine, if you loose, fine, but let it be that you are ALWAYS AT THE DOOR STEP WAITING FOR THAT OPPORTUNITY. DO NOT TRY TO ENTER WHEN IT MAY BE A BIT EXPENSIVE. It can't get any worse than this. Keep the DD rolling and any good information will continue to educate us all about AMNE, even the negative ones. Cheers
