AlumiFuel Power Signs Agreement with New Transfer Agent
Huntsville, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 20, 2021) - Dinatrum/Alumifuel Power Corporation (OTC Pink: AFPW) ("Alumifuel" or the "Company") July 20th, 2021, Mr. Pedro Villagran-Garcia, President & CEO, is pleased to announce that the company has retained Clear Trust, LLC [https://cleartrustonline.com] as its new Transfer Agent. This will assist the company in fulfilling its regulatory obligations to shareholders. Clear Trust will assist us as our New Transfer Agent in the task of becoming a Fully Reporting Issuer. Our new Transfer Agent will be pivotal to assist us in providing reliable information to accomplish this goal.

Once this is accomplished, the company will no longer be listed in TD Ameritrade's list of companies not eligible to trade in OTC Markets. We strongly believe that TD Ameritrade has misled investors by including us in that list as we have continuously been reporting fully transparently to SEC Regulators.

Pinhigh, They may not have plans to do that,but they should is my point ,for all of our shareholders. As we go along they are going to want to get into a higher exchange. You cant do that with 30 Billion shares outstanding.

ok my point is if BIEL can reduce the number of shares ,and the revenue keeps increasing we make more money. Earlier on there was to much dilution to stay alive at that point. Now, BIEL has turned the corner, and we have an opportunity to make big money. Biel just needs to fix this one issue.

So your saying a company can keep issuing unlimited number of shares and that has no effect? That is flat out wrong. Less shares and increased revenue makes us a lot more money. It make our shares worth more.

Of course it dilutes profit...Sorry GO Deep I disagree. My only point is I want Biel to address the issue that is all. I believe in BIEL, but we cannot ignore this issue.

For any stock the number of shares outstanding is important. Why? The price of a stock is basically the present value of future earnings per share as perceived by investors. The more shares outstanding, the more profit is diluted. If a company's profit is $1 million and they have 10 million shares, it is .10 per share. If they have 100 million shares, EPS is .01 per share. Even for companies traded on a major exchange, if they do a secondary stock issue it dilutes EPS and lowers the stock price. So, yes, number of shares is important.

I would love that, but it takes a lot to move with so many shares out there. That is my only point...Believe me I'm a BIEL fan, but we cant ignore the share structure.

Just go deep....we are not Apple. I'm a large shareholder, and believe in BIEL ,but the issue has to be addressed if we are going to see a real run.

The biggest issue right now is share structure, and how BIEL is going to handle the massive amount of outstanding shares. BIEL has still not addressed that issue. Reducing the shares ,not by a reverse split, will allow our shares to soar.

I believe in BIEL, but the problem with the stock not moving up as it should is there are a huge amount of shares outstanding. Retire some of them is the answer we as shareholders would like to hear ,but if get a reverse split that would not be good for us.
