AMM, what's your wife say about this thing now? Still a buy?
Sign up with e-trade. You can still buy and sell with them. I got tired of just watching this thing in my ameritrade account so I opened up an e-trade account about a month ago. Glad I did now. .0003 seems to be the bottom and should get to .0006 pretty easily, no matter how the financials look.
That's my thoughts as well. I'm trying to buy down here so I can hopefully flip back to profits. I have a long way to go though. Got my fingers crossed that the financials won't be horrible. I know they'll be bad but hopefully nothing that's beyond expectations.
Anyone have any ideas as to why there is a huge sell-off today??? 45 million shares so far.....
I doubt its the company selling shares into the market as it wouldn't get them much cash. Even 45 million at this price is only $13,500.
Still, someone is selling the proverbial butt-load.....
How did they get this date? Are they really due out today?
I may be a fool too but I'm with Woody. I've got an order in for 2 million shares at .0004 (hasn't been filled yet). If it does come up some time in the future, it will only help to lower my average. If I lose it all, what's another $800 bucks on $45k? Don't have much of a choice other than to sit, wait and see.
I just checked the ifinix.com website...seems to be back up and running again.
Ouch! Stop! It hurts!!!
Well, I was hoping my $45k wasn't going to go down the drain....live and learn.
Well, that was some major dumping at .0005.

Noooooooooo... nutt'in out of the norm here....
"click here to sign up" Disclaimer: you will be re-directed to give all your information to a different company that "actually" does what we told you we would be doing - months ago...
So what's wrong with that? I'm a General Contractor and I operate like this all the time. The GC and the Sub-Contractor benefit from the arrangement. This is no different. I'm sure iFinix Capital and Transcend both benefit from this deal somehow. Businesses do it all the time.
Still not seeing any funny business. I own a couple of successful businesses so I think I understand a little bit about this stuff. Maybe not.
2K - 2dollars.... Matters not... I once explained as much when the board demeaned a poster about 3 months ago for having a "low" amount of shares questioning their reasoning for posting. 1 share 1 mil shares.. In America everyone gets a voice!!
You're right that everyone gets a voice, whether it be whining or not.
I'll leave the "PROMOTING" up to you as you probably need a break from complaining. Who knows... you might actually like it.
"Go Bernie, Go Bernie, Go Bernie...."
:)
iFinix Capital seems to be starting up just fine. What kind of funny stuff is "goin'on"? Nothing you've posted so far against the company is out of the norm.
A buyout may be nice but I'd rather see how iFinix matures in the marketplace. The one thing I have issue with in your post is that you only have 2k wrapped up in this thing.....
Are you really sorting through comments and compiling them every day with a cynically-bent one message for 2k???? That's amazing! Now I understand why you're grumpy. Maybe you would make more money spending your time as a Wal-Mart greeter....
or.... you're playing this puppy for all she's worth buying and selling on the ups and downs..... Why are you really here Bernanke? Things that make ya go HMMMMMMMMMMMMM............
I totally agree. While, I'm not going to throw out a PPS where I think it should be, I'm watching two other pinkies that have A/S in the billions, no income and a significant amount of debt. These other two are trading at .0017 as well. INIX deserves better than that.
I just checked my trades from 11/23 with Ameritrade and I was only charged $9.99 for a sell. Just another reason to switch to iFinix Capital! :)
Speaking of which, it looks like they changed the forms for the Individual and Corporate accounts. Instead of being a folder full of paperwork, it is now a PDF package that you can fill out on-line. They've been upgrading that stuff everyday!
Go INIX!
Its my phonetic translation of the word "Emperor" in the Thai language, "?????????".
FWIW, looks like you can now scan and e-mail your application to iFinix Capital.
Step 3: Fax the completed forms as well as a picture ID (such as a driver's license) to 877.769.7890 or scan and e-mail the forms to newaccounts@ifinixcapital.com.
Doesn't look like there will be much of a run. We'll see what later in the day looks like.
Well, a PR came out when you posted this and it looks like the capital website is up, fireworks and all.

Which company is Canadian, eh? What are you talking aboot? *in a Canadian accent* eom
So where is this zero income you're talking about for the past six years? You also proved my point...."See that 64K? That's from stock." I believe the terminology that is commonly used for that scenario is "stock in lieu of salary". That doesn't seem like a "pay without fail" situation. If the officers didn't care about the company, they would take cash out, not stock in lieu of salary. What can they do with stock?! They can't sell it without a huge ordeal. Wouldn't it be easier to dilute the crap out of the stock and pay themselves cash? That is, unless they actually believe in the long-term value of INIX.
~!~ Chakkra
Please provide the link to a recent quarterly or annual financial statement that shows no (i.e. zero) income with INIX. Please follow that with the quarterly or annual financial statement that shows an officer of the company receiving a "salary without fail".
Maybe you are going a bit overboard on your terminology. If you can provide some minimally substantiated DD to back up these claims, I would be very impressed.
Waiting....
Chakkra
Welcome to the board, surethang.
How many have been through a forward split before that required physical shares? Why say it's not going right? As I posted earlier, the last split I went through took 20 days. I expect this one to take the same amount of time. Has anyone called the TA to check on how long a split like this normally takes?
Chakkra
The last split I went through took 20 days. eom.
Since all you can provide so far is intrigue, I doubt you have much of anything....but I'm still waiting to see it. Your speculation of raising the A/S by 100 million is just as curious as wallymac's "pure speculation". What do you have to say to that?
You know how to use the "copy and paste" feature? Still waiting....
Time for another beer.
Chakkra
Please share the information you received. I'm all ears....or eyes. I'd like to know.
Chakkra
Lighten up, B. Drink a beer. (I'm on my third one.) The comment was in jest and I highly doubt any CEOs take advice like that from a message board. Either way, the A/S is lower than I expected it to be. If Ben were really trying to increase the A/S simply to screw the shareholders and for company benefit, we'd be seeing a filing for a billion shares, followed by an R/S in six months. As it stands, we can see the A/S was increased to 600 million with the original filing, followed by an increase of another 100 million. I don't think Ben would have wasted his time with two filings if FINRA didn't require it. According to previous posts, the TA said that it was FINRA that required the increase. FINRA is the all-powerful OZ in pinkieland and you keep wanting to see the man behind the curtain.
If you don't have any quality beer, go buy some Smithwicks. Go INIX!
On a lighter note, if INIX has you down, find the nearest Budweiser marketing set up......yes, that's right........free, as in beer! Go INIX!

Yes, 2 for 1. If you had 500,000 shares $1.00, you will now have 1,000,000 shares worth $0.50.
Chakkra
Maybe Ben reads the board and just took your suggestion of raising the A/S by 100 million shares on top of the original idea of a forward split. Look on the bright side, at least you got part of what you asked for. :)
Chakkra
Please share the "INFO".
That's a good point. I did a test order on my Ameritrade account and it just popped up with an error. If INIX has news, they may wait until the split is settled to announce it. IMO.
Chakkra
I don't think we're going to get that info. According to one of X's posts, the TA couldn't say why FINRA required the extra 100 million shares.
That's because there were 13 million shares shorted today. I'm just guessing, but I think that would keep the stock down in a day.

AMM:
Looks like you are really wanting to pick up some cheap shares here with that 45k you made last week. Why else would you be telling people to dump shares?
You have a buy order in at .0049? Really? Telling people to put in a buy order at .0050? Really?
What's the matter? Didn't get enough shares at a low price?
INIX will hold up with the 2:1 forward split, IMO. There's no need to bash the stock to try to capture lower shares just to turn around and pump it. That doesn't get you much respect.

What kind of INIX story are you looking for?
nce upon a time, there was a group of kind investors that fell in love with a shy and small company, INIX. Over the course of time, the kind investors were wooed by the sweet nothings whispered in their ear by the inconspicuous CEO, Dhru-lina. Their love was great and eventually, they were wed. A short period of time went by where all was well in INXR-land, however trouble was brewing on the horizon, unbeknownst to the investors!! The evil CEO, Dhru-lina, transformed into a great dragon and changed the name of his kingdom to INIX-land via a 1000:1 reverse split! Out of despair, the investors consulted the gods and prayed curses over Dhru-lina. Mysteriously, Dhru-lina's life was snuffed out however a great cloud still lingered over the decimated kingdom. Out of the turmoil came the great prince of INIX-land, Benhope Munroe, and a glimmer of hope was once again restored to the kingdom! Prince Munroe fought hard and waged many battles with personal sacrifice to restore INIX-land to its rightful glory. The once-jaded investors returned to INIX-land but not without caution. Rumor has it that Prince Munroe still fights to this day for those investors, the prosperity of INIX-land, and dreams of the day INIX-land will reach its full potential!

Maybe you should put together a Bernanke Business Plan that tells Ben exactly how he should manage the company with a nice cover, executive summary, strategic and SWAT analyses, marketing plan, economic stability analysis....give him the works. That way, he'll know next time to increase the A/S by 100 million shares and only give the shareholders 15-20% to make them feel good.
Who knows, if its good enough, he might go with it and then we might hear some positive posts from you about INIX and everything they are striving for with this company.
Bernanke,
If I remember correctly (not that its in print or anything), you got your wish of the company utilizing revenues for business operations rather than for purchasing shares off the market. How are you not happy about this? Do you just have a negative outlook no matter which direction the company heads?
If they decided to do a share buyback, you would complain that they are wasting money.
If they decided to do nothing, you would complain that the buyback PR was a sham.
If they decided to do a forward split, you would complain....
What's the deal?
It should apply to all free trading shares, restricted shares, warrants, etc.
