I genuinely have faith in this company, and I would like to see it do well for reasons outside of myself. I like Fred at the Helm, and I honestly believe that over the next two months or so, we will see some very exciting things happen here.
Every company has to start somewhere, it may have taken us a little longer to find the right person for the job, but Fred is a solid guy, if anyone can build this company up, it's gonna be him. I choose companies for a variety of reasons, and I like to stick with them for a while and really get to know the company, get a feel for it. I can honestly tell you, part of this thing, has been a train wreck, but there is so much potential here, and we've been very close several times to really making it happen. I didn't lose money in with this company either, I was fortunate enough to avoid that, but I certainly didn't make what I could have. At any rate, I've increased my position greatly since then, and I'm a hundred percent on board.
I assure you this is not a scam company, this is a company that has great ideas, but has struggled with finding great leadership. And now with several promising options on the table, we have a new CEO with the ability to lead, and I honestly only see this company being successful. Maybe another Hershey

I think the word you're searching for is.. know.
Go AMHD!!!!!
Mr. or Ms. Scalig
How does one get robbed of something, that was given to them for free to begin with.. You're just frustrated that a value hasn't been assinged to the number of FREE shares that were GIVEN to you. And the more you bash this company, the more you let them know that you're not interested in having a value assigned to the shares at all. You're knowledge of how this all works seems to be a bit impotent. If you want a company to do well, you should consider supporting it for a change.

I've been with the company for almost 5 years.
You did not pay for the wood explorer shares. You were issued wood explorer shares based on the number of current AMHD shares you owned at the time. It was also in a press release, probably a year or two ago. And if you were only issued 38 shares, then the number of Amelot shares you owned at the time, was very minimal, considering I got about 10 times more shares than you from the wood explorer stock, the ones that neither of us paid for. Why would you even say you paid for the wood explorer shares, when they don't even have a marked value?
And just because the wood explorer is not being traded at the moment, does not mean it's defunct.
Those shares were issued based on the number of Amelot shares each investor owned. For you to only have 38, gives one the impression that you held very few Amelot shares to begin with. Why so adamant about a company you've probably never tossed more than a few hundred bucks at?
I know the feeling, I've had that same thought in my head for a while now! My guess is that the next 6 months will be very telling, and exciting for many people.
I like the sound of that!
Nice close today, I hear ya Texas, Fred is gonna make this thing happen!
Holding would be wise.

Diggin the movement!
Are you guys as stoked as I am about this!?
It's gonna be awesome!
hahaha, excuse me, that may be a new saying, I've never heard the car in front of the horse one.. At any rate, before my point is lost in the spelling, let the record show that I meant cart. ; )
From the initial PR's that have been posted it's unclear as to what Fred has planned for the company. However, had he posted plans from the get go, your questions would probably skirt fundamental issues.. Like.. Well, he has all these plans, but how is he gonna make it happen? Which would be a good question.
You are likely familiar to the saying, do not put the car in front of the horse, aren't you? It's a practical and logical piece of advice, and in my opinion it seems as though you are bothered that Fred has chosen to keep the horse in front of the cart. I personally like his style, it's sound.

What press releases have you seen to indicate that Amelot isn't in any sort of business? Talk Slow and think fast, that's not a bad way to do things, and I get the impression that such fundamentals are being implemented. No one shows their entire hand at the begining of the game. You of all people should be aware of that 'DD'
I think what's going on here Bert, is that the new CEO is creating a new foundation, a solid infrastructure, so that the company can maneuver more efficiently when deals come to the table.
For Fred to purchase so many of the outstanding shares, it seems to me like he not only has faith in the future of Amelot, but that he's also getting his ducks in a row to ensure that he's able to see the deals through. My guess is that you'll be pleasantly surprised before too long. How many other companies on the pinks are doing something like this?

How are they empty promises?
Nothing has even been promised. All he's said is that there is a new guy joining the team, and have you looked at the team lately? Team Fred Rocks! He's just giving you the reasoning behind the decision to bring someone else on board. You have to give someone time to make good on their word before you start throwing them in the empty promise category.. Right?
I mean, if you said you needed to buy my lawnmower to cut your grass, but that in return you were gonna cut mine as well.. wouldn't it be kind of an odd thing for me to start telling everyone you're a flake, the second you took my mower to your house?

Just curious.
When was the last time you spoke with Fred, Sarg? I imagine he has a lot of great ideas, and with the money from the lawsuit he'll win, (the one with that fella who didn't do so well with that contract thing) my guess is that we will see some really neat changes in the near future. Texas- hold em..
jmo
Well, at least you're funny.
You're gonna lecture someone on posting unprovable jibberish? : ) Interesting.
I agree! Thanks Fred, you're off to a good start!
Unless of course there was an agreement made, and as a condition of Fred taking over, Aziz would have to take himself completely out of the picture unless later or otherwise determined, and only under contractal conditions which would be determined by fred.
I mean, who knows that was done or said..... so.. you're wrong.. I mean, until you're right anyway.. Which could be awhile.. ; )
last time I checked, accpeting money for a job that you agreed to complete, and then not finishing the job and taking the money, is not exactly what I would call right.... Correct me if I'm wrong..
could be.
At any rate, wouldn't that be a personal issue that Aziz would be battling with himself, which would have nothing to do with the fact that Fred took over and won the lawsuit?
jmo
What's interesting here, is that you are under the assumption that Fred isn't familiar with the company, or the deals. If EarnyDD knows about the deal, then I'm quite certain that Fred could walk circles around him in a battle of deal familiarity. You think a guy just walks into a company, on the pinks, makes a transaction for over 400,000,000 shares, appoints a top notch wall street lawyer as secretary and isn't familiar with a 300,000 dollar lawsuit pending? Let's give him a little more credit than that.
jmo
Fred is a straight shooter. I'm sure we'll here something before too long. After the past three or four years, it's hard to say much on here and have anyone take you too seriously. The proof is in the pudding, so I guess we'll wait and see.. should be pretty used to that by now..
