yes... agreed :)
I think that the low stock price is reason enough. Many people DO NOT invest in penny stocks. They can release all the PR's they want on audited financials or sales and it will still not surpass a dollar. If they get the reverse split over with now, then they can begin to counteract the share price reduction with pr's. Say they do get audited financials first and then a reverse split... whatever upwards momentum the stock had from the audit is out the window. Thats my logic in this... and an uplisting to nasdaq would be huge I would think. I think VTSI has been coming through on its objectives and I think its a good idea whether or not anyone agrees with me.
maybe they are doing that... just the other way around... using the audited financial as a pr to bring up share price after the R/S... I voted for managements decisions. They have alot of interest in this going well. Look at how they are being compensated.
Nicely put.
Here is the part of the 3q report you are looking for:
On December 8, 2009 Ferris Properties, LLC. (owed by Bob Ferris, CEO of VirTra and Nichieli Ferris) signed a promissory
note for the purchase of approximately 2.2 acres of improved land in Chandler, Arizona from McClintock and Galveston, LLC.
The intention is to eliminate the IRS debt and, in the future, obtain a building loan to begin construction of a VirTra
headquarter building on this land.
The purchase price for the land is $695,000, approximately $160,000 has already been invested. The remaining amount owed
is in the form of a $535,000 loan from the seller to Ferris Properties, LLC which is now to pay interest-only payments at a rate
of 4% per annum ($1,783.33 per month) starting on December 8, 2009 until November 30, 2010. If the building loan has not
begun by November 30th, 2010, then Ferris Properties would pay $10,000 per month plus 5.5% per annum until June 1, 2011
at which time the note is due unless renegotiated.
The transaction is a straight pass-through, whereby Ferris Properties, LLC charges no fees and no expenses to VirTra Systems.
All costs and payments imposed by the seller (McClintock and Galveston, LLC) are paid by VirTra Systems, Inc. As soon as
permitted, the liability, deed and ownership interest in the land will be transferred to VirTra Systems at no profit to Ferris
Properties, LLC. VirTra is currently working on selling this land or renegotiating the purchase.
I'm pretty sure that is a federal law... Has to do with the free-rider provision.
remember how before they put in the financials or somewhere that they wanted to compete in the single screen market. I'm thinking after all this exposure to the public that maybe they will come out with a single screen product that Gander will sell at a retail price. Just a thought. Single screen shooting range sounds like a heck of a product for the everyday person who is into this stuff.

(SEE THIS NOTE AT BOTTOM OF SIMULATION LINK!!!!)
In April 2011 Gander Mountain will be opening a Virtual Range in our La Crosse, WI store.
lol... why don't u just go ahead and submit a resume to them? :)
From what I'm looking at was a 2month extended warranty with a completion date of 9/30 which means that sale was already included in 3rd Quarter financials.
Did anyone else notice that in the top right part of virtra's new website you can translate the website into MANY different languages. I was just reading an article the other day about increasing customer base by having multiple language websites.
They also have a client login which indicates to me that there is customer specific web pages/ordering pages beyond that login.
The new website is some good news on its own.
Also...
That shooting range is awesome! beats my expectations of some new and improved single screen.
Okay... point taken. I was moreso thinking in terms of future potential dilution. Besides that I just don't see adequate reasons for the price to move down from .08. Maybe people just had higher expectations. I'm happy with the way it is looking as of now.
As far as the single screen product:
7. We will enter the single screen market with a quality product at an affordable price.
This is from the 3Q report.... this could definitly be it.
They have one I believe, but I know the single screen market is highly competitive and they dont really sell many of them... this is based on info I've read a while back so dont quote me. Maybe they have made a more efficient model?? Can't wait to see what the news will be. Also, I'm a little bit dissappointed in the price drop which I believe is from dilution. From a management perspective, I think Ferris has made a good move by compensating employees with stock. That should be a really good motivator and I think it is in the best interest of shareholders even though we are probably going to have to continue to wait for the value to increase. Bottom line, I'd rather the shares be going to people who have a direct interest in the company rather than paying for debt.
"New products are in development, one of which will be revealed for the first time at the I/ITSEC military simulation tradeshow in Orlando, Florida."
This tradeshow is coming up soon!
November 29 through Thursday, December 2nd
I wish there were like buttons on here like on facebook! LIKE LIKE LIKE! :)
I think they probably have alot on their plate right now... they are growing fast, but you dont want them to grow too fast. If they are unable to give customers quality support then they will lose. You see them posting adds for jobs. I think more advertising will come in the future.
I completely agree. The stock is making nice advances and still people are holding because we been following it and know that this price is still wayyy low. 3rd quarter results s/b coming shortly... its not too smart to sell now or at all in my opinion. This is a holder. The fact that this company makes something in the United states is a plus in itself. This is one product that has an international demand and is not made in china :) although i'm sure parts of it are in some way. Virtra is on top of the game by putting so much emphasis on tailoring its product to customers. I think we have a winner. :) So much potential for such a low priced stock. When they first got their order from Lockheed they passed 10 cents... now they have had many orders from big name customers including the multi year contract with MPRI. I think factors of the economy are the only thing holding this down. People are just too afraid to invest at the moment, especially in a penny stock.
Don Andrus, VirTra Systems' President and COO (OTC:VTSI), today announced multiple firearm simulator sales made to Agora Telecom, VirTra's South American distributor.
Entering their third year as one of VirTra's most prolific international distributors, Agora Telecom purchased a VirTra 300 LE and a VirTra 100 LE, further strengthening its position in this critical marketplace. Each simulator includes VirTra's state of the art technology plus recoil kits and Threat-Fire(TM) II return fire stimulators. This recent order is in addition to the two VirTra 300 LE simulators soon to be installed in Rio de Janeiro. VirTra's world-class use-of-force simulators are already utilized in Manaus and Porto Vieho.
Agora Telecom and VirTra continue to be a dominant team in the South American use-of-force firearms training simulator marketplace. As this relationship enters its third successful year, VirTra consistently outperforms all competitors in the South American market and delivers the highest standard in firearms training simulators time and again.
"As we strengthen our presence in the international marketplace, it will become evident to law enforcement agencies around the world that if they are looking for the ultimate in firearm simulation, then they must possess VirTra products. Our mission is to help save lives and Agora Telecom is an exceptional partner," said Don Andrus, President and COO of VirTra Systems.

I just bought some at .0035 I hope this baby goes back up to about 2 cents and I'll be happy.
What a retrace... LMAO!
I got a few of the .09's today.
How do you think this is going to retrace so fast. Once more news comes out stating the results of the analysis... Kapow! Not retrace. Maybe a bit later on but I think people are atleast holding this on for the results.
Oh yeah! Time to make some serious cash!
Some more good news right now would blow this thing through the roof!!!!
HAHA that was great!
Definitely GOING LONG!!! This stock is going to do some a$$ kicking!
While we are all in here doing well on KATX and sitting comfortable we need to think about what tragedy is going in Haiti.
Please take the time to text Haiti to 90999. This will send a tiny $10 donation that can make a big difference people continue being generous.
Just got done sipping on some coffee too. I cant wait to see what the day brings for everyone here. I myself feel somewhat guilty on this one considering I did not do any due diligence and jumped in on a whim at .037 after a blog by a trader. Usually I do the research, but its a great thing that I just jumped into this one! Had a nice run on BYRN as well. Something tells me this one will do much better. My fingers are crossed and I'm holding on to this one for a while. Good luck everyone!
I feel like I'm pouting like a sad puppy dog right now. hehe There is always the annual financials right? Guess we all have alot more holding to do. I needed money for christmas shopping. LOL
My reasoning to buy back some is only to reduce the dilution of the eps, but you are right. At the rate they are growing that may not be to smart.
One more thing. We closed at .104 yesterday. I find the .1039 ask right now to be insulting.
