The Company evidently effectively changed the rules by coming out with its clarification. Unlike before, the dividend is now being tied to an unspecified "forward stock split," and furthermore, not even identifying the company or giving any time reference for the so-called stock split.
Will the real Dennis please clarify his clarification of my BMGI dividend?
(There is no BMGI dividend because there is no stock split cited in the news release? Was that the plan? Second thoughts on giving us the BMGI dividend? Causing a nullification of the promised dividend by coming out with the clarification which fails to identify the "forward stock split"?)
In my Post #45192, I referred to the 2/23/2010 record date to be in conjunction with a 1-for-1 stock split. Technically, the 2/23/2010 event is a 1-for-1 STOCK DIVIDEND, and not a stock split.
Relative to todays EVFN news release, there is no pending FORWARD STOCK SPLIT! (At least, none I am aware of.)
The effective date could possibly be 2/23/2010, the record date for EVFN's announced 1-for-1 forward split.
We need a clarification of the clarification.
Whos forward split? What effective date?
EVFN: Please write concise and understandable news releases. Your track record regarding same is abismal! Please clarify the clarification.
... "when the forward split becomes effective"
What forward split, and whos forward split (BMGI or EVFN)?
Unable to find the information on BMGI announced split. Can anyone help.
Reuters?
Based on todays news and my gut feeling.
BMGI will rocket to $0.08 to $0.15 per share by December 31, 2009. IMHHHHHO
The last trade of BMGI (our new dividend) was at $0.024 per share. Yesterday it closed at $0.016 after trading at lower levels of $0.0007 and higher.
BMGI news today also: Achieved ...
BMGI now at $0.016. 3 More minutes left.
The market will be open until 1:00 EST tomorrow. (I Googled: Market Hours)
EVFN just traded at $0.015.
EVFN Ask is now at $0.015.
BMGI is now trading at $0.015. Yes, I said $0.015 per share!
WOW! $0.014 x $0.015!
Just 25 minutes left to get them!
Time for us to have a lot of levitation (LOL). All the way to 50 cents. GO EVFN
Does LOL mean lots of love, lots of luck, or lots of liquor? (Never bothered to learn which one.)
BMGI Just returned to $0.01 per share.
Just 58 minutes left to get your free BMGI shares.
TD Ameritrade just posted the dividend news.
Instant, or distant, it is still $200.00.
TD Ameritrade does not yet show the dividend as news.
With 12/28/2009 being the announced Record Date, today is the last day to buy the stock and be entitled to the BMGI shares. (Unless you already have an EVFN position)
And Perspective.
I was not trying to spur interest in the stock (suggesting any upside potential). The number spoke of EVFNs failures.
On 5/11/2006, EVFN peaked at $5,337.133 per share. What happened DM?
Ref: BigCharts.com 4-year chart.
I have a $28,621.50 investment in this company, and need some help DM. At $0.0162 per share, my investment is now worth only $2,594.15! I have a whopping $26,027.35 loss.
In six months time, EVFN took the O/S from 384.9 million shares and exploded it to roughly 98 BILLION SHARES! That increase in the O/S was a factor of about 250, and now with the R/S, EVFN is equipped to do it by another factor of 6. If you are going to dilute, sell the damn stock at a sustained price level of $0.18 to $0.36 per share, or don't do it at all - otherwise, I CAN'T AFFORD IT!
Thank-you.
EZZZ: Dead, or put out of its bloody misery.
DM: At $0.016, I am down 91.05%. Some REWARD!
Rude. Rude. Rude.
Keep ticking up. Please.
Close this thing at $0.033 today. Please.
Something is up. It is 9:42, and only 43,200 shares traded (the apparent opening trade/s). What is happening.
More evidently, its a mouth to poop operation.
Thank-you for your post (#43388).
