INVESTOR RELATIONS
As one of 43,000+ publicly traded companies, you know that stock is as valuable as key personnel or great ideas. But, often, a firm’s stock remains hidden or overlooked by brokers, market makers and financial analysts. It is Wakabayashi Fund’s Investor Relations mission to bring your enterprise before the proper institutional audience while, at the same time, bracketing out any market vagaries that might hinder raising capital, commencing acquisitions or increasing visibility.
Most of our customers are found in the small-cap and mid-cap sectors and they tend to be undercapitalized and show low performance in liquidity and volume while trading. They are not closely followed by the professional investment community and, almost always, there is very limited sell-side analytical coverage and retail market making support.
To bring a client into the spotlight Wakabayashi Fund introduces company representatives to both sell-side and buyside analysts. Further introductions are made to retail brokers, market makers and larger corporate finance entities.
These activities are bolstered by direct contact with fund managers, telephony, news releases, e-mail and fax campaigns, Internet presence and road shows. Over the past 25 years, Wakabayashi Fund has compiled a database of personal contact information for over 48,000 broker / dealers in corporate and branch offices, venture capital firms, private
equity, most domestic and offshore hedge funds, registered market makers and traders within the OTC community.
Through vertical integration Wakabayashi Fund delivers utility in many areas both on and off the balance sheet. Our constant objective is to maximize a client company’s shareholder value and we never waiver from this one purpose.
WAKABAYASHI FINANCING SERVICES
FINANCING TYPES
Investments take a variety of forms ranging from straight equity, hybrid, or debt. All of our principal and agency transactions involve a significant degree of equity participation, which is commensurate with the risk and is essential to achieving our objective of capital appreciation. Our transactions fall within four general categories:
Expansion Financing
Rapidly growing companies usually require outside capital to fund their growth. Adequate bank financing is often unavailable, and secondary public offerings may be premature. Wakabayashi Fund provides capital from an agency / principal basis to support growth and improve growing companies’ access to financing from banks or other institutions.
Early Stage Financing
Wakabayashi Fund provides capital to early stage companies with innovative products or services and strong potential
for rapid growth. Such companies should have strong indications of customer demand and a seasoned management
team that can quickly and efficiently produce significant sales and earnings.
Management Buyouts
Managers who have the opportunity to acquire businesses usually need outside capital and financial expertise to
complete such transactions. Wakabayashi Fund may assist in providing the required equity capital as well as leadership
in organizing additional financing.
Recapitalizations
Owners of small-cap and mid–cap companies often need liquidity but do not necessarily desire to sell their companies.
Wakabayashi Fund organizes and arranges financing recapitalizations to provide liquidity and address the financial
issues facing owners of such businesses.
ARRANGING FINANCING
Written communication is the best way to contact us initially. After a cursory review and discussion of your business,
we can provide an indication of how we might work together. If the opportunity is not aligned with our investment
interests, we may be able to refer you to other financial sources.
If, on the other hand, the opportunity matches our interests, we will want to spend time with company management to
gain a thorough understanding of the following areas:
• Feature of your product service and space
• Market strategy
• Characteristics of the market served and competition
• Expansion plans
From the Wakabayashi Fund LLC website....
Does SYNJ fit ANY of these characteristics? This is WAKABAYASHI's client portfolio
PORTFOLIO COMPANY
The type of Client Company we choose to align ourselves with will be able to create and sustain its market position with superior products, services, cost structures and / or proprietary skills of its employees. A typical company we invest in or procure capital for has the following qualities:
• Revenues of $500,000 or more and operating cash flow of $100,000 or more (we will entertain smaller criteria)
• Dedicated and capable managers willing to take steps necessary to improve the value of their business
• A leading market position and a valuable franchise
• Predictable cash flows and opportunity for growth
• Low exposure to the risks of technological obsolescence
• Identifiable opportunities to enhance financial performance by improving growth, operating margins and capital efficiency

What happened the quarterly report???
Aren't we due a new quarterly report to tell us what happened and why we don't have anything done yet?!!?!
Facebook site says they are in action mode and that news is coming....anyone believe it??
You got a prayer of a chance...
Only responding to you as I am taking a five minute break...
My question was to those that have been saying that news was coming...or praying that news is coming...
I do have this question to those that are against Brian and think that he is a crook....
If he is in such dire straits, and such an evil person, why hasn't he published some bs prs and cash out some stocks and make enough money to take care of his financial issues??
People with morals do things every day that are questionable because they are in dire straits... Meanwhile, Brian, who is devoid of morals (according to a few posters) has not tried to make a lot of money through P&D.
Where is the news??????
That was my point. This is not a product that will have volume year round...and yes to the other poster, religion really is seasonal for a large percentage of people....
It is a seasonal product. Walmart is not going to give year round shelf space to a seasonal product
Questions, does it go back on shelves during Xmas season...
Btw the products are still available on walmart online.
Petrit,
How is is that you know so much about SYNJ and Brian?
What does that mean?
Yes we are, but he announced it as if it was a matter of procedure... And we are now several weeks since being current and there is nothing , not even a blog, regarding the current status.....
Why even notify us about Modessa, which no one can even validate existence of....???
It is fine that there days to end of month...and there is still time...just would like to understand why he would announce something that has, to date, no shred of truth to it....or at least can't be validated....and what is taking so long....
What happened to the Modessa Enterprises financing that was supposed to be announced once LFBG was current reporting??? It was supposed to be announced in September...well, we are now in the latter half of September.....
Part of me is just waiting to see what new story Brian and company come up with next....
The storylines change/shift from PR/audit report so much, no idea what will be next.
Remember when we were going to get $25M from the government???
But why buy when no news has come out in forever??
If they really do put news out this thing could move quickly.
IF it does, dare I dream, this stock is already at .002s which means it could move much higher....
Hate to dream, because it likely is not going to be reality but.....
Who bought shares?? And why???
From Facebook
Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation
The company has many exciting plans in the works after years of planning. The announcements will be released soon.

Anyone confirm that mark is the new member of the board of the company in Canada??
Well another day no news.....
Good to see that people are posting...at least shows that people have not given up on this....even the bashers!!
Where is Brian??
Tall- how can the court case be the holdup if they have $1.5m from BEEN? Surely that is enough to get off the ground....
What about the consulting services? That does not require capital?!
There is plenty Brian can be doing. There is no way that he is sitting in California going to court, etc.
I could see Mark doing that as a lawyer, but Brian should be focusing on business operations....
Well...that is if there is actually business operations and that BEEN actually exists beyond a website and a dead-end phone number and email address......
The question is " does anyone believe their Facebook site that claims that actual news is coming?"
More trials. No news. More delays.
Continued expectations of a PR that never comes....this movie is getting real old........
But here's hoping that something will actually happen......some day....
Dude, all I know is that you can never leave this board. We would all be lost, entirely clueless, without you....
Thanks!!!
What this says is that we are not in SAMs club.
We are authorized to perform road shows in their stores and they will maybe review results to see if the product is worth carrying. But we are a year or more, IMO, from being able to say that we are stocking any SAMs club shelves....
Good progress, but still a long way to go,
I so doubt we will ever see the money....still not convinced that the money is still available....we shall see...
And damages? Get the business going, forget the damages, not going to get much, if anything. IMO
So I guess we are waiting for brian to "report" what has already happened in the next quarterly report......whenever that will be.....
No, this was to be expected. The question is, what happens next? Low volume makes no one money, so they got to pump before they can dump
Nice find but:
1) what does their business have to do with SYNJ?
2) how did SYNJ mark Solomon get involved with a company in canada?
This makes no sense for me, and it makes mo money for SYNJ, IMO
