That article is from 1994
No clue...22.1M ask slaps, 600k bid hits..you'd think we would have UT by now, instead of sitting here at 5x2.
What's with all the 999,999 ask slaps?
Agreed. It's like the whole Billy Mays analogy. Most remember him for Oxyclean, but a lot of other companies used his brand to promote their own products.
1 left at .0004. Let's get out of this hole.
We were sitting at 6MMs at .0004 and 4MMs at .0005 for several days, then a little bit of action made the spread really thin. We jumped down to 2x3, and at the time it looked like a little bit of buying action would have made this stock take off. But since then volume has died and we're currently sitting at 2x4.
I think this is what he was implying.
2x3 let's goooo!!!
Only 3 MMs on the ask now. Looks like MMs are tired of seeing this stand still and want it to move!
Downticks to .0004 are like Christmas for me. Just loaded up big time!!
While I usually don't give credibility to posts that contain obnoxious laughs and rhetorical questions, I do in a way agree with your point. If it's true that the deal is in jeopardy, I don't believe it was the doing of one man making daily calls. There must have been more to it, and those phone calls were just the tipping point. Just IMO.
Somoene correct me if I'm wrong..but it looks like 3B a/s, 1.61 o/s?
It had nothing to do with HFBG.

Just heard through the grape vine that there is an acquisition that is going to take place soon of a beverage company that could be significant. Not sure if it will effect hfb ( i didn't hear their name come up) but I was told that the guys that brought this stock from .0001 with no bid to 3 pennies is going to do it again with another microcap. Anyone hear about this? Would it be direct comp for hfb? Thoughts?
Joe, I don't have PM so I'm going to reply here. I think that's the reason they hired an IR firm, so they could try and clear some of the mishandling of information delivered to shareholders. I agree with what you said in the PM, but with any subpenny stock, you have to play it with a "buyer beware", and never marry the stock. Lately I've chosen to take a neutral standpoint with HFBG, and I've taken some heat for it, but that's IMO the best way to approach a stock.
Right now, it looks like good things are coming for HFBG, and I will continue to wait. The beauty of playing the stock market is you can always sell and move on. As of now, I haven't been convinced to sell my shares.
A list did come out; they just never said it would be a long list. But they did mention they would post a list on their website, and this has yet to happen. I can't remember if they gave a timeline of when they would post it on their website, but I'm sure they've been busy with other more important things.
6@.0004 x 5@.0005
L2 is looking mighty fine too. 1 @ .115, then nothing until .12.
Not 'till Thanksgiving.
Let's hope you're right! But that will require a lot of money, and their funds are tied up in operations right now IMO. Buy back won't happen for another year or two IMO if everything plays out right.
Looks like a little bit of a pull back. Building up for another push here IMO.
MMs must be tapped out. They keep raising the bid with each sell, trying to pressure more sells.
If we continue to trade between the .0004 and .0008 range for the next few months, like how we have been since June, I think management will look for any way possible to bring the stock back to life...even if that means R/S. Just IMO.
Website's a bit confusing...nothing on the page suggested that those are Atomic Dogg locations, so I was going with the assumption that they also carry sweet tea.
Dang it..I was JUST in Puerto Rico in August. Wish this roll out happened 2 months sooner so I could have picked some up!!
Calling the government is not the same as calling a business partner.
Agreed. And anyone who doubts the company and their statements in this PR can call the city directly and ask about the details of the construction contract. Afterall, all development projects that are funded by the government are public information.
nowhere..I was just under the impression they would gobble up that space in addition to whatever they're building.
I was just referring to office space...Curious to see how big this product plant will be.
I have a friend who runs a cooking oil manufacturing plant in Africa, and it's freaking huge.
This is the plant, just for comparison purposes:

Looks like their new location will be about 1500 square feet based on the diagram in this link. About the size of a Subway restaurant.

Yeah..but I'm assuming they have a lease term on that office. Are they just going to eat the cost and move on?
So what does this mean for HFBG's other "new" facility...the one they just moved into over the summer in downtown LA?
"We'll provide Hall of Fame Beverages with in-roads to Costco and the other businesses located in Empowerment Zones...
It's only insider info if it's information the company, or someone who has info about the day-to-day activities of the company tells him info in advance.
Saying something will happen by piecing information together and making an education guess is just called DD.
Let's hope this next "big news" pushes us past where the previous "big news" took us.
They are trying to work out where to move the tea after production so obviously the distributors that were lined up don't want the inventory.
Here it is...it was from July 12th

Yep, 220 was me. I don't have any shares in this one yet, just watching to see how it plays out.
Thanks for the great DD! One man's trash is another man's treasure..so time for us strongs to pick up those shares.
I've said time and time again that I think over exuberance by some also serves to scare away serious minded folks looking at this board.
How do you know 1/2 of the tea hasn't been delivered yet?
Edit: If true, I wouldn't say that's a good thing...
