Yep that is actual News! I agree with you it is great rather than alot of the other pointless talk, old information and status's and it's as current as current gets! I am as excited as you are!
In case anyone missed the great NEWS! Rich explains what is and has been happening "We weren’t very active as the company was being restructured. It’s a public company so things move a lot slower than a private company.", along with his comments on the current and developing situation along with some of the great things we already knew "We have a new CEO and a new board and we’re very optimistic and excited for 2013."
As far the the actual Events it sound like they are definitely doing the right things with getting the business in order, which is the right way to do things, and great to see someone close to the company making a comment as he did "We’re very optimistic and excited for 2013", which is the most important part and only real NEWS that matters! By the sounds of it, we would hope to hear something soon. All awesome I agree with you! Great to see your great support for the company!

Exactly what I have said. Not ideal by any stretch the imagination, agreed. But let's all be clear on what it does say and is currently the issue, "currently" the company's Exchange Act registration has been revoked, which is entirely different than what some are attempting to imply or for that matter state that that the company or for that matter existing Stock no longer exists, because that is simply not true, hence a complete and utter lie by anyone who states it.
What it all means and has happen, do to the company not completing it's Filing is the Stock not able to Trade on a public Exchange, agreed, so what is your point, everybody knows that. But let's also be clear since the issues around the Filing not being completed the company has also taken a number of steps including the fact it has replaced it's CEO, it made changes to the Board and has publicly stated they were and are Restructuring. Those are the facts!
Additionally the reports from those close to the company state "We have a new CEO and a new board and we’re very optimistic and excited for 2013."
All Sounds good to me!
The real question is what happens from here and anybody stating they know is absolutely full of it. Being to the point, the information we do have leaves us very optimistic as it is very positive and the only public information available, leave us alone with that, otherwise it would leave anyone to wonder what what the intention of anyone trying to imply or state things that are simply not true about the company or the stock for that matter. Personally I will stick to the facts and the public information made available by the company and those who represent the company.
Go ProElite!
Hate to say it but your wrong again! Why would anybody have to call them, nothing to call them about, the SEC does not say the company is revoked, that's ludicrous, as it is impossible for them to do that. What it does say is "currently" the company's Exchange Act registration has been revoked, which is entirely different than what you have stated.
The SEC clearly states "ProElite, Inc. (“PELE”) (CIK No. 1015789) is a New Jersey corporation located in Los Angeles, California with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g). PELE is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having filed some but not all of the required periodic reports." Which is all directly from the SEC Report on the company, nowhere is it stated or even suggested whatsoever is it no longer a company, so any suggestion of such is totally ridiculous and nowhere is it ever stated the Ruling is infinite and any suggestion of such is totally ridiculous, they always have right to complete the Filing.
Imagine that, they describe them as "ProElite, Inc. (“PELE”) (CIK No. 1015789) is a New Jersey corporation located in Los Angeles, California with a class of securities registered with the Commission". They also state clearly why the Stock is not able to trade "PELE is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having filed some but not all of the required periodic reports.", seems very clear to me and absolutely clear for anyone who really wants to look!
As far as your comments about about Rich's Comments, it not his comments that are intended to change anything, he is merely stating his perspective "We have a new CEO and a new board and we’re very optimistic and excited for 2013.". Which I think he has has better sense and understanding of the company it's current state and the direction than any of us and personally my bet is with him and the company not talk from the outside on what the company will or won't do. We will all see at some point soon by his own comment as he states what the company was doing "We weren’t very active as the company was being restructured."
He explains why the company is taking time to complete it's process "It’s a public company so things move a lot slower than a private company." and he appears confident the company is headed it what appear to be the right direction "We have a new CEO and a new board and we’re very optimistic and excited for 2013."
All Sounds good to me!
Go ProElite!
Nope! Wrong again! Don't agree at all the Company is already a Registered Company fully recognized by the SEC with some Filing to do. That is agreed! But if you think it is no longer a company or longer has Stock associated with it, that is very funny as well but we do appreciate your concern and great Support of the Company!
I know you will be excited to hear it seems like they have a few people on board who seem to know a thing or two, or 10,000 things about Business. I think they may have some idea of what it takes by the sounds of it! But that's just a wild guess. lol!

"ISAAC BLECH over the past three decades has established some of the leading biotechnology companies in the world. These include Celgene Corporation, ICOS Corporation, Nova Pharmaceutical Corporation, Pathogenesis Corporation, and Genetics Systems Corporation. Collectively, these companies have produced major advances in a broad array of diseases including the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, chlamydia, sexual dysfunction, cystic fibrosis, and AIDS. Their combined value is in excess of $30 billion. Celgene Corporation introduced two major cancer drugs, and has a current value of over $25 billion. ICOS Corporation discovered the drug Cialis, and was acquired by Eli Lilly for over $2 billion. Nova Pharmaceutical Corporation developed a new treatment for brain cancer, and after merging with Scios Corporation, was purchased for $2 billion by Johnson and Johnson. Pathogeneses Corporation created TOBI for cystic fibrosis, the first inhaled antibiotic approved by the Food and Drug Administration, and was acquired by Chiron Corp for $660 million. Genetics Systems Corporation developed the first inexpensive and accurate test to diagnosis chlamydia, allowing tens of thousands of babies to be born to women who otherwise would have become sterile from pelvic inflammatory disease. Genetics Systems was acquired for 3% of Bristol Myers’ stock. Mr. Blech is currently a major shareholder and board member of ContraFect Corporation a private company. Mr. Blech is on the board of directors for Socialwise and is on the Strategic Advisory Board of Medgenics."

Nope! Wrong again! The company is not revoked! I thought we covered this! The stock is not allowed to trade until a Historical Filing is completed!
"(SEC) issued an administrative release stating that ProElite was delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having filed some but not all of the required periodic reports."
Well understood, but I can understand how you might find it confusing and I can tell you are concerned about the company but no worries! The SEC lists under the company name PROELITE, INC and CIK#: 0001015789 continues to accept Filings for the company and other Filing have continued to happen as recent as Nov 2012 and Dec 2012.
No Events. Not true! Multiple Events were held between 2011 and 2012 that featured a mix of UFC and other MMA Champions, UFC and Pride Veterans, an Olympic Silver Medalist and a big mix of other MMA veterans as well as up and coming MMA Stars.
And to think there is suggestion that 2013 will be even better! So I think we will go with that!

Like I said Shareholders! Two separate groups of Stock, Two separate Boards and Operational Management that appear to have nothing to do with the other company! And again The people who are on the Board for this company are also on the Board for dozens of other company. So Related, yes! The same, NO! And no more related that CBS at the moment other than more of a holding and again I can't blame any of them for wanting in.
Go ProElite!
Oh so the the company is a Shareholder along with CBS and many others. Can't say I blame them for that as it looks like everybody wants in, but there are two separate groups of Stock and two separate company's with their own Boards and Management. The people who are on the Board for this company are also on the Board for dozens of other company's, honestly big deal, it means nothing! Two separate groups of Stock, Two separate Boards and Operational Management that appear to have nothing to do with the other company!
I would say that makes it pretty separate to me and anyone else who wants to look! This is ProElite!
You do know that the Stock your taking about is another Stock ? This is ProElite! And if your concern is about the price of that Stock, I actually wouldn't be too concerned, as I can see your concerned! The largest percentage of trades easily appear to be well above the low and the high was approaching 20% higher than the low with all of this being very typical with these kinds of stocks but to be honest the discussion looks better suited on the appropriate Board as this is ProElite!
Oh and on the Restructure I agree with you it probably needed to be done! So good thought! It is great to see so much Support for the company!

"T. Jay Thompson, who was brought in as ProElite’s Head of Fight Operations recently responded to this tweet when asked about the promotion:"

lol! You are so sorely wrong..! All of that means nothing! Why do you keep ignoring that this is purely related to the request to File the Historical Information from the old company and at that point in time and yes that judge would consider it final until an appropriate Filing is completed. Well known and well understood! All of notations are relative to the current ruling and review of that ruling at that time and nothing more! If your what it actually says and to Quote the most important part "INITIAL DECISION HAS BECOME FINAL" that particular decision has become final! Big Deal! lol! Means nothing at all! And completing the required historical Filing is always available!
You always have the right to Re-File as well as a ton of other options! That particular judge was making it clear that as far the current review and judgement he was considering it closed as he had previously temporarily stayed his decision based on the "Intent" to file, nothing more. And as I have also stated the SEC continues to accept Filings for the company with some as recent as Nov 2012 and Dec 2012 which are after the Judge's so called final decision.
Lets be clear, no one Judge runs the SEC and as I stated as far as the Filing "It appears somebody did dropped the ball and it probably one of the reason they are "Restructuring" which is probably a very good thing, as in some case they may have needed to change direction with the right people and in other cases they probably needed to get rid of some of the losers who may not have been producing and/or were holding the company back, so good for them for identifying the gaps!"

SBJ features HBO’s Hershman and talks HBO-ESPN content sharing
November 26, 2012
In this week’s edition of the Sports Business Journal (subscription required), it published a feature on HBO Sports’ President Ken Hershman. The piece offers a background for the president as well as a glimpse into the direction Hershman sees its boxing programming.
The article details Hershman’s beginnings from working at a law firm to working up the ranks at Showtime to his current position at HBO.
Notably, Hershman indicated that HBO secured a content-sharing agreement with ESPN to air its 24/7 series over ESPN’s networks. The popular shoulder programming that accompanies most HBO Boxing PPVs expanded to Time Warner’s brethren of networks last. Additionally, ESPN and ESPN Deportes will have access to HBO Boxing weigh-ins and press conference coverage.

It will be interesting to see if he expands those interests of "content sharing" into and with MMA as he did with ShowTime!
It is also interesting that MMAPayout is carrying the story.

I agree! And as we all know the biggest things are yet to come and in the meantime, I actually think we may only know a little a bit about what kind of money POW! maybe generating already! Wait until things really get rolling!
"Lee’s name has paid off for POWN as it relates to the company’s agreement with Silver Creek Pictures, Inc., an affiliate of The Walt Disney Company. As part of this agreement Silver Creek would pay POWN overhead allowance amounts equal to $700,000 per annum from 2010 through 2014, and an additional $550,000 per annum advance against certain future payments due from Silver Creek. Silver Creek is entitled to recoup the $550,000 annual payments from proceeds of Company projects."
"So POWN is looking at $1.25 million right there and Silver Creek has agreed to pay the company $1,250,000 in annual consideration for lending Stan Lee’s services to consult on the exploitation of the assets of Marvel Entertainment, which was acquired by Disney in late 2009."
Go POW!
There you go worrying again about the company! We are glad to have you on board in Support of the Company! No Rich as the VP of Operation for ProElite would not typically be involved in the Filing of old Information but we know you are glad to hear about the Restructure! We all agree with you it was good thing they are and were doing it and don't worry we are with you all the way in cheering Go ProElite!
We are exciting along with you to hear all the other great comments he had, Rich Chou, V.P. of Operations for ProElite "We weren’t very active as the company was being restructured. It’s a public company so things move a lot slower than a private company. We have a new CEO and a new board and we’re very optimistic and excited for 2013." We are as excited as you are!
Go ProElite!
TouchArcade - Best iPhone and iPad Games of 2012: Endless Runners

Verticus, - This isn't as much of a stretch as you think it is.
Verticus is a game about falling, but it leverages runner ideas and constructs in order to deliver a fast, wild ride that has you tossing, tilting, and turning in the skies to avoid mines, grab coins, and of course, to save the world. It's a nice change of pace that uses familiar stuff.

Very Fun! Lots of replay value!

My 5 year old son and I love playing this game. Once buying this game, you do NOT need to spend more money on this game to advance. I suggest improving health and armor first. Invest in the Colossus Suit for extra armor that you will not need to spend orbs on. Get the missile weapon and invest in decreasing its recharge time. Have fun!
Awesome
