Funny!
I used to get PennyStocksUniverse.com spams but at this account (Brigham) but I guess they figured out I wasn't going to buy any of their garbage and dropped me from their spam list.
I almost feel sorry for the PVEN baggies but not much.
I only get the PPS and PennyStocks.com ones.
wannabebagholder1@yahoo.com
lovebeingabagholder2@yahoo.com
Easy to remember e-mail accounts!
I might have to tell Corporation Finance.
About 20 minutes after I posted "they forgot to tell APS site PennyStocks.com" PennyStocks.com came out with their lame PWEI spam.
Oh crap, I think they're reading this message board.
Guess they have gotten lazy or something.
PrecisionTrade:
Just for the record, I am not John Staszak with Argus, either (nice upgrade today on Wendy's).
Man, oh man, the APS cartel has lost its way.
Victory Mark shills up old and cold PWEI via PPS. APS shills it up via APS but forgets to tell PS (PennyStocks.com). Is it that hard to find something new to pump these days?
Hey, sorry for the delay in replying. I have been a stranger, too.
Maybe the APS crew can come up with a pretzel p&d play for us soon.
Any idea why Victory Mark's not sending out "new pump coming today" spam and the other APS spin-off cartel (the one with GetResponse as a disseminator) is?
APS/Bugattis/Poland Intrigue
deepens!
Okay then, APS delayed its pick today. Rumor had it the pick would be PVEN (a Polish R/M issuer). Poor Mark C. Lee getting tons of bagholder calls. New IR firm, too.
On Durham's Bugatti, it got auctioned off to pay off his Ponzi scam victims.
If anyone hears anything new on Pawel D, please let me know.
Thanks....
PrecisionTrade:
The only 2 penny players I am aware of who once owned Bugattis are Tim Durham the Ponzi man who's got 43 more years to serve at McCreary and IHUB's once finest, Pawel D. who's still a missing in action fugitive.
You know anyone else into Bugattis? Post his initials.
I thought they all drive TSLA's. That way no mugshots on closed circuit TV cameras at the AM/PM when filling up with gas on the way to the FedEx maildrop aka "office."
Don't be a stranger.
I was just kidding about ZVS (made the name up). Zion Valley is very pretty but it's one of those places you don't go by yourself (kind of remote). Many inexperienced hikers wind up on crutches or worse.
Yes, it was a play on ZSC.
On the FBI trolling these and other message boards, if I were a stock promoting moderator who likes to delete negative posts because I was being paid to do so, I'd be a little nervous right now.
We all know who some of the worst offenders are.
ZVS aka Zion Valley Securities.
Thanks, nice to see everyone happy over this again.
Am not Infitialis or the BTK killer and have never even been to the IHUB jailhouse.
Am not WEN(dy), just like her burgers. Am not Orrin Hatch, either.
I want to hear what PT has to say about the master mind(s) behind the APS cartel, that's all.
Welcome back, PT:
Long time no post. So give us all a hint. Initials or something:
PPD? JBK? BTK?
Am I hot or cold?
Everyone else, you've absolutely got to try WEN(dy's) new pretzel bun cheeseburgers. They are awesome.
Me, too.
Has Sykes apologized yet for accepting $50K to aid/abet a criminal?
SEC hit and ND's DNS issues:
Most likely NOT a coincidence as several of the respondents on the hit list have intimate knowledge of the APS cartel's players (past and present).
Some of these respondents were exposed by Sam long before the APS cartel was the APS cartel by name.
The current players in the APS cartel most likely fear that the respondents in the SEC hit from yesterday are rolling over on them or will soon just to save their own hides (especially ones like Baeton who have day jobs).
Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their summer and doesn't waste it by spending too much time worrying about the next pump and dump.
I think the first mainstream media outlet who reported on WDCO involvement was DealFlow (the SNPK/PHRX) saga so yes, it's been out there a while.
Thanks for the summary. Will be interesting to see if Kerrigone winds up on someone else's roster any time soon.
I wish the can't wait to sue spammers, George Sharp, would take interest in those Charleston types next. I get tired of their 2 or 3 a week "this is our new pick" spams followed by 2 to 4 spams per flea bitten p&d dog.
Has anyone kept track of how many lawsuits he's filed in the past year? Talk about jamming up an already crowded docket down there in Scam Diego.
I have been busy with other stuff and haven't looked at their spams in about 3 weeks. APS and all the sister sites (including the Victory Mark ones) have been yapping about naked short sellers and market makers since early WED of last week. Thursday after the new shill service was hired (Value Rich), they named 2 market makers, cited names to call, and gave phone numbers.
As to when the Wilson-Davis name came up associated with APS cartel pumps, it's possible No Dummy beat Pumps & Dumps to it. They were the first to show screen prints of large block trades on GWBU in May of 2011.
One way or another, all they do is get regulators' dander up when market makers are cited by name. The last time they had to resort to that was REDG and we all know how ugly that ended up for the "investors."
So far Kerrigone hasn't affiliated himself with any other FINRA regulated entity per the broker check page.
On Chris Ehrman, that's a good move for him (more money and more responsibility) so I am happy for him. The CFTC brings good cases, too. Now they'll bring them even faster.
Wilson-Davis (per broker check) was VERY late to report Mr. Kerrigone is no longer with the firm. I think FINRA's policy is 30 days max on reporting someone has left. They used to have a large problem with some broker-dealers doing license parking.
I think good old Pumps and Dumps may have been the first to point out the APS/WDCO connection in May of 2012 (the GWBU pump). Doesn't matter. Everyone and their brother, sister, cousin hopped on the bandwagon over it.
On the other matter, Christopher Ehrman's now director of the CFTC's WB program so if you guys/gals run across any ForEx scams or commoditities related Ponzi scams be sure to give him a jingle.
The latest 2 market makers the APS cartel is accusing of naked short selling/wash trading are RF Lafferty and World Trade Financial. They went as far as to name names and suggest their loyal bagholders phone them about it. Quite funny. Also quite sad many of those bagholders believe that tripe.
MAJOR APS et al developments!
A certain prop trader at a broker-dealer market maker in Utah is no longer associated with that firm. Perhaps that explains the APS and sister spam sites' rant late last week with respect to XUII and 2 competitors.
Very surprised no one's picked up on this yet.
Shhhh, don't tell the "expose" bloggers/websites to include the overly litigious types.
On another note it's OFFICIAL that the CFTC scooped up on of the SEC's best (initials CE) as of the end of last week.
It won't be FINRA, not very pro-active in my opinion.
On the BCSC, if they have to paper an issuer this many times (4 CTO's now on SNWR), there's usually more to come.
On the newsletter shill, he did up BRZG, too (another made in Vancouver pump).
SNWR/CTO:
Thanks ND and MG.
Porges (BCSC) issued yet another CTO yesterday post close.
A warning to newbies on Gross Capital. Run like hell when you see one of their press releases. Made in Canada p&d's.
I have been busy trying to earn/justify my 5 plus 50 on large cap issuers. The last 2 weeks and first 2 weeks of a new qtr is the best time to make money (long or short or both) in large cap land.
I saw the pump e-mailer earlier this week and sent a copy to the BCSC. I expect there's more to come on this one.
On the e-mailer promoter, the name's familiar but I can't place him. Has he done other e-mailer pump promos? All Canadian?
Sanwire/CTO issued by BCSC post close.
Good old Barry Gross again in Corpus Christi.
Stay tuned. There was an e-mailer pump earlier on it this week.
Scamming redneck Kevin G. White had run ads in the Miami Herald and other papers advertisting a ForEx seminar he was to present in Miami on the 24th. So glad the SEC stopped the boy. Half of Miami could have been fleeced.
Hope everyone's enjoying their summer and the SEC's post hockey season hat trick (POLR-BIZM-NORX).
FBI undercover stings:
If you and ND have more, why not contact the USAO for the EDNY today via phone?
They hate e-mails.
Nice follow-up DD.
They also don't have time to read message boards.
One big happy family.
Such a shame that a state as small as Utah (population wise) produces so many penny stock p&d players, isn't it?
I thought you'd like it. Had 4 or 5 "what's wrong with Utah" e-mails this morning when I woke up plus that link.
Shane Traveller alert, Sam:
Sent you a PM.
Go ahead and post link if you want.
CTO's, Trading Suspensions, Asset Freezes!
Wow, take a few days off and come back to some pleasant surprises.
In addition to the SEC blitzkrieg (no other word to describe it), the BCSC issued a CTO on on one of snowbird Andrew Brodkey's dogs (no, not TFER). Check it out and please no, "I don't know where I can find that information" nonsense.
Question for MarlonBrando:
I see you once had interest in BOPT, too. Ever heard of Galina Vaynter? Please no posts which are defamatory in nature. Facts only if indeed her son is involved with good old Frank Abel.
Ditto on AT. Anything new on him? AT of Toronto?
Thank you for posting that. Hope you and others realize Canellos and Ceresney take p&d more seriously than Khuzami did.
Elisha's (to date) best busts were Jay Fung et al and those PennyStockChaser types in Canada.
Mike's most recent trading suspension was NORX.
On item 1, looks like MPL LINE/LNCO are under an informal inquiry now. Hmmmmmm.....
Any guesses on what stock promoters, IR shills, penny stock lawyers et al will do for real jobs next year other than panhandle?
MINE: nice dd.
A little tidbit for the "just discovered" p&d's crowd.
In 2009, Powers was in bed with Jay Fung (via his PennyPic.com) pump site. So was former Newbridge Securities stock broker Christopher Lim.
If you don't think 42 year old dirt bags should be offering 15 year olds cocaine so they can sexually abuse them later, I urge you all to call the local cops in NH and present your, "have you contacted his business associates" due dilly.
If you had a 15 year old would you want him or her associating with 42 year old scum bags?
What is it with coke heads/pedophiles and penny stocks anyway?
NORX is 4 DORX---
SUSPENDED.
Hey, MB, got anything more on AT?
Thanks in advance.
Should you desire private chat:
brigham.youngster@yahoo.com
Not one of those rumpa-pumpa-dumpa long short penny stock traders.
CHMR--2nd person rung up for failure to comply with subpoena today.
Massey's the dude's name.
BIZM and LUVE
Reason for inactivity today on BIZM MB's are:
1. Big chill due to AT mention.
2. penny daytraders too busy falling in love with LUVE (spam pump special courtesy of those twice per week spam pump specials out of Charleston, SC).
For old timers who followed the Penny Stock Chaser antics, why not try Tim Shufelt (National Post). He likes hot copy.
Let me find one and I will post it.
All of the Berlin Borse (their spelling) otcbb cross-listed issuer info sheets have the same warning (about otcbb issuers being easy to "manipulate"). Probebly why the volume on them is never more than 10% of the volume here on the p&d "exchange."
No shit, Sherlock, on the "manipulation."
That's one of them. There were 5 or 6 3rd tier stock brokers in the US who were in on the PSC p&d action. Jacobs is still a stock broker. I think the rest of them "retired."
Thanks.
Some poster on the BIZM MB mentioned his name earlier last week.
I recall a couple of PSC spams with Tozzi's name on it and some 3rd tier stock broker in NYC.
I couldn't recall if Tozzi was in Toronto or Montreal.
For what it's worth, BIZM recently got cross-listed in Berlin. I like the Berlin Borse "warnings" about otcbb issuers. Absolutely hilarious.
The Deal story:
Believe some of you will find the name "Ty Hoffer" of interest.
Am seeking a little more info on "Anthony Tozzi" formerly associated with the late and not so great PennyStockChaser" cartel.
Also for the life of me can't figure out what the criteria is for Renell Wertpapierhandelbank's rationale for cross-listing some but not all spam/mailer pump issuers on German bourses (mostly Berlin, but Stuttgart and Frankfurt once in a while, too).
Oh and one more thing, how many 3rd tier boiler rooms and bucket shops in S. Florida are cheering Mitch Atkin's abrupt resignation?
MarlonBrando:
Thanks for tip on Abellen and Tozzi. Is Tozzi still in Toronto?
Ever heard of a woman named Galina? Rumors true about her kid being pals with Frank?
Mike Caswell (Stockwatch) came out with a story today which might shed a little light on the matter.
Spammers Quiz (sort of a joke):
No spam out of APS and/or Victory Mark on XUII in over 36 hours.
Reason?
(please vote when you get a chance)
1. PUMP over, busy finding the next one.
2. SEC on their assets.
3. Spending too much money on lawyers to reply to George Sharp's subpoenas.
4. Obama PO'ed at those leakers/slackers at the NSA. Ordered them to find their webservers and nuke them.
5. Vacationing the rest of the week in the Hamptons?
