Hip hop hooray. Nothing fancy, but nice to see signs of life from SEGI management as they execute the plan. Need I point out again, how preposterously small the market cap. is? GLTA.
Datpiff is looking good for sure. Looking forward to hearing more from IDLM--soon (I would settle for "soonish" though :))

ok. the chart looked better today, but it's ridiculous HHSE has sunk so low. Hope next week shows the tide has turned for the better. GLTA.
Hopefully, SEGI can "greenlight" another project. Showing that this is a sustainable business, and not just a one trick pony, could quickly put some life back into this stock (perhaps a couple cents), and revive investor interest. GLTA.
FWIW - The likes have increased on Datpiff's Facebook page by ~ 50k over the last 40 days. Not the hyper-accelaration we saw for that one 2-3 week span several months back, but it still seems like a good pace to me. Cheers~
I think you transposed some numbers :) Datpiff Facebook Likes are now 644,559!
Dissapointing we have to find that out here. With this SS, SEGI has the potential to run a long, long way, but Ed and Co need to get it together. Hopefully, EOTS is a modest success for the company, even if it does not kill it at the box office---VOD, and other revenue avenues could give this company real-life (as well as a needed shot of investor confidence) to pursue more films over the next years. GLTA.
He definitely is not heeding shareholders much--however, if the company does well--man, at this market cap., this is sure a golden opportunity to buy. Obviously, this is a highly speculative investment, but the upside to SEGI is enormous. GLTA.
I'll just jump in and say we should not expect a comparable per screen average in the States. This was an Australian film, so I imagine it would be especially popular in Australia. However, the U.S. gives us scale--with the potential for more screens + the VOD (and potentially other, yet undisclosed markets)--which I think may be the much bigger long term revenue-generator here over a number of months or more--particularly if this film starts to garner some awards. Looking forward to blasting above sub-penny range soon!!! GLTA.
Chart looking pretty nice. Hopefully, next week will be short, but sweet for SEGI! Cheers~
Still lacking that buying power. Any sustained buying power at all would take us in the the .01 -.02 range IMHO. Ed could really help out here--though in the end--we really need substantive, documentable progress. At 2.5 cents SEGI would still only be at a $5.5 million market cap. GLTA.
Nice catch. That's substantial news in our favor.
Market Value-------------------$866,777 a/o Aug 24, 2012
Less than a $1 million market cap. Don't think these prices will last long, IMHO. Cheers~
No reason SEGI shouldn't soon be challenging .01. Market cap. is ridiculously tiny (less than $1 million!) for the potential. Ed could have been helping the cause a lot more, but now he seems to be a bit more communicative leading up to the release.
No reason this one can't run 5 to 10X in short measure. The market cap. is currently tiny. Any real buying power and we make a super-sized run--it's been frustrating that we haven't already. If Ed continues to build up publicity, and then the film actually does modestly well.... Right now, we need Ed to do his part and SEGI needs more eyes. This thing is currently at a sub-million $ market cap. A run to 2 cents and we would still be under a $5million MCap. Crazy!
I agree. Just 2 months back, I think we would be pretty thrilled to think that in 60 days or so IDLM would be consolidating in the low .30's, high .20's.
That's another significant step for IDLM. We are definitely now on the right track, and our locomotive is moving faster :) Cheers!
Can't wait. Fingers crossed for an uplist for sure. I am hoping once some loose ends are tied up, that IDLM issues a more explanatory, forward-looking pr. Each day, the house is getting tidier here, and the prospects brighter--albeit there is still much room for improvement. Cheers~
Not sure there was necessarily a discount to the IDLM market price, because if it Haddock (assuming that the transaction with Sawrynski did occur), wanted to accumulate those shares on the open market, he would have likely driven the price up close to ~ $1 in short-term. His disclosures while accumulating would have spurred others to buy as well--making him compete harder to accumulate those shares.
Again, assuming this transaction did indeed take place as has been speculated, it could have actually been for a premium - say, .48. I just wouldn't assume it was negotiated at a discount. Also, the groundwork for such negotiations could have been laid months back, or this could have come together relatively quickly. Perhaps an 8k or an addendum in the 10Q will shed some light.
Cheers!
Hope so. If we got a couple million share buys coming in again, we should be hitting .005's no problem. Right now - no interest - but that could change in an instant, especially as we get closer the film release. GLTA.
Maybe it's because I live in Seattle, but I don't get too worried about seeking out blue skies :) IDLM is really looking healthy--as a company, and finally, as a stock. I think soon enough, we will be consolidating in the .40's and poised for a much bigger run. I see a genuine break-out once we hit above the .56 level--but that is just IMHO. Cheers!
Don't know, but I scooped up a few more SEGI at .0031 :)
Yup.
Investopedia explains 'Form 3'
This document must be filed with the SEC no later than 10 days after an insider becomes affiliated with a company, and it must be filed for each company in which a person is an insider, regardless of whether or not the insider has an equity position in the company at that time.
Read more: http://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/form3.asp#ixzz23SS30MY6
Form 3, I believe, is a prelude (lining up the ducks) to the potentiality of a Form 4 (which is a material change in insider holdings). I believe, with the filing of the Form 3, Haddock may now purchase shares on the open market, which would then necessitate the filing a of Form 4.
Does not indeed mean he will buy shares (or be granted them), but the proper procedures are now put in place, IMHO. Guess we shall see. Cheers~
Outstanding! Chart is shaping up exquisitely. We know the company is cranking. Looking forward to the start of more news-flow. As a few folks have pointed out--this company still has a rather tiny investment audience. Once awareness expands, I think IDLM pps will soon leave .30's behind. GLTA.
About time! Keep the charts coming. SEGI looks poised for pennyland sooner than later--hopefully that means several pennies. Cheers~
Cool. Thanks. They have been transparent on the revenue side (looks like Q3 will be a huge improvement), I am just hoping they can hold the line on costs. If so, then finally we will start seeing some REAL profits. If that happens, the market will start to react favorably, and if they do need to sell shares, they could try to do so much higher. Does not make sense to dilute sub-penny (maybe over 5 cents). Cheers~
Any estimates on what the spend for Q2 will be? Any word on the Netflix app? Things seem to be going fairly well here from a revenue standpoint (I did see O/S raised again, which never ceases to be disappointing). I only check in here from time to time, as my holdings are considerably smaller than they once were. Cheers~
Bids are firming up. The time for selling down here is dwindling. Should be a fantastic rest of the year here. Looking forward to hearing more about what IDLM has cooking. Cheers~
IDLM is looking primed for a big move :) It will be great when they can finally speak more about what they've been developing all these months--and that day is coming soon, IMHO. Cheers~
About time SEGI woke up. Assuming the share structure stays pretty stable--this one is built to run....eventually. GLTA.

They've definitely been putting out promising revenue information. In that area they have been trending where they need oo. Any thoughts on what their spend is going to look like in the quarter? Ideally, revenues surge, and they keep spending in check = Profits! -- but that hasn't happened significantly here before. We've been waiting for that turning point for years... GLTA.
The last month+ the trend has improved, and this chart is setting up exquisitely. The next month or two should provide some more information to go on. This is not a bad places (pps-wise) to be holding in the meantime.
So what's the update on Ed?
Here's a microcap to which IDLM is sometimes compared (though they are not direct competitors). Their valuations are now pretty similar--though I would argue IDLM's financial footing is incontrovertibly superior.
http://www.smallcapnetwork.com/Can-This-Little-Niche-Oriented-Social-Networking-Outfit-be-a-Threat-to-Big-Guns-Like-FB-RENN-and-MEET/s/via/1789/article/view/p/mid/2/id/74/
Here's an article about a private company (valued at ~ $4 billion), that is in the music and social media space. It has monster revenues--yet managed to lose $60 million last year... If only IDLM could manage to lose that much money--just how think how much it could be valued at! j/k. Let's stay in the black please :)
