“Undervalued and Undiscovered Alternative Transportation Stock!”
Obvious to see, the downtrendline from the old high at $ 1.60 keeps the downtrend alive (presently at 0.10 weekly close. By the way, at the same point we have to 200 days moving average there at around 0.0921. In short: This hurdles have to be taken out, to say goodbye to the downtrend – blue line. Scenario: The stock could then trade between the 0.10 and 0.20 level but now comes the important part of the technical observation. The low pattern between Nov-2008 and May 2009 is considered the Head (H) and the following pattern considered the right Shoulder (S) of a so-called head and shoulder pattern.
To confirm that – and at a certain time it will – the stock will have to break the neckline around the 0.20 level which would then call for a swift trade towards the 0.40 . Actually, there is not much resistance between 0.20 and 0.50 level. Above that, and of course momentum could go for the old high. Fundamentally, the stock is to cheap, however, recognition of that would-could come with the next filings, once the market sees, that the balance-sheet got free of debt versus conversion into equity and emerging revenues with a healthy margin in the scooter – and bicycle segment. One should remember the brand Harley-Davidson; PSPF has a brand as well with the name Andretti and the name Benelli (established in 1911). Todays capitalization of approx. $ 5 Mio could be considered the goodwill for this 2 brand names. Finally, as can be seen, the stock trades flat or slightly negative versus the Standart&Poors Index (lower statistic), which means, tracking funds are not aboard. This may change in 2010, means, if the stock performs better – which is easily possible – than the overall market, tracking small-cap funds will have to buy the stock , but with this low liquidity of shares, the price may do, what has been described above.
