I've been in this since 2008 also, and very well read on the stock. I STILL have all my faith in our WAMU/WMIH. I have watched my P shares make me a millionaire, then after that dreaded crash...I'm still here anyway.

We all will see vindication for that crazy "WAMU Vision" we all still share. We all KNOW this will pay off. Call us crazy$$ Even those that sold out...are now checking back with us. They KNEW it too.

Stock Instead of Cash? Did you meean they are considering giving us the cash settlement, AND in addition to that, give us shares of WMIH on top of that? Or do you mean stock instead of cash? The second option wouldnt surprise me, but would make all very unhappy.

Educated answers/guesses please: How long until the new co trades? Based on value of the company and number shares traded, what should the price open at? Of course intrest in the company may determine price, but Im just looking for a rational base price. Will it be an IPO?

I got in 2 years ago...and have been thru fluctuation and scares so many times...I know what its worth and NO ONE is going to sway me on this one...especially those who panic whithout thinking why they are in this stock to begin with. IT HAS VALUE!!!! Read the prospectus....taken over or liquidated we SCORE!!! Yes I got sick when I saw what happened today...but I can be patient.
