Do you think we might have an in at the Little Caesar's? I don't know what Mallad's position is on this right now, but he might know people in high places. Just a thought on a sleepless night.

That looks like a good sign to me!
That looks like a good sign to me!
Did he sell for less than that yesterday?
Don't panic about the share price. Look at the chart showing the price for the last 6 months. It goes up. It goes down. That is what our other stocks have done as well. There was a short spike in February to .05. How many shares caused that spike? I don't know, but it went right back down, and has not spiked like that since. Look back at January. The price at that time was sub-penny. For the most part, March and April have teeter-tottered between .01 and .02. That seems pretty stable to me. We held several other companies on the BB that were going down by dimes on some days. We sold them all to get as much EESO as we could, because even if they rebounded, it would not pay off any large %. We believe in Jared and in EESO, and feel the best % increase potential is here rather in the other companies. If there is a buyout, we may reinvest in the others, but if it is shares instead of cash, I believe this is the best long term place for our money in the future year or two at the least. I don't let any panic speakers scare me off. I just return to the long term chart and hold my position.
Thank you!!! You made my day!
Great idea! How would we do these lie detector tests?
$.50 is not hurting anyone on any of the stock purchased, however. I would be happy with that.
You are so right. I guess I am being greedy in my dreams, and want the payoff again!
Just a crazy daydream-Wouldn't it be great if Jared could 'reward the longs' by buying shares according to when we bought in here. Those that bought in when it was CUCOS, believing in Jared and wanting to help him get a start in the pinks get $3.00 per share. The ones that bought in at the beginning of EESO for the name, say, through July of 2008 get $2.00 per share. Those that bought in after that in 2008 get $1.00 per share. Those that joined us in January or later, get $.50 per share. Day traders and flippers get rewarded at the lowest price that they bought stock. Dream on.
We switched to a Roth IRA in early January. We are so thankful that a cousin, who is an accountant, advised us to do this in March, 2008. We had very little stock then, and didn't get it all figured out in time to get our stock we bought in September into the Roth immediately. We got an IRA then, and with a second call to Scottrade, found out we didn't have to sell our EESO shares in order to convert them to the ROTH. Now we are sitting back, waiting for the 5 years to access our tax free money (after the buyout). We aren't wishing away 5 years of our lives, in the meantime. We are old enough to get $ out without the penalty, so can get some for emergencies and certain qualifying expenses.
EESO is bound to have competition. Tide and Dynamo and Cheer and All and Purex all have competition. That doesn't mean they can not compete as well as the others. It simply means that people have preference for one or another of them. I prefer EESO!
Are you the one buying the cheap shares? Otherwise, tell me how you know it is not true. I ran out of money, so could not continue buying.
I think he will sell, too. Probably the deal is nearly done, but not quite ready to let us know. I think it will be Allie.
Someone said we will see at the bell. Does someone have some way of knowing or controlling what we will see? That scares me. EESO and ABCDEFG do not scare me.
What is the matter with Jared, or myself, or you, or anyone buying an RV? It is none of my business what you do with your money, and it is none of anyone's what Jared or someone else does with theirs. Jared does not take a salary from the co, as I have seen on this board. He does own a lot of shares-he owns the company. If he used his own money, or his own shares to buy something nice for his family, it is not any of my business (or anyone's on this board). What a bunch of nitpickers and troublemakers show up here to cast doubt for anyone gullible enough to listen to them.
I think you are right about the premature PR. When it first came out, I was disappointed, as I believe in the company and thought we might do better by waiting for it to grow. I don't know what happened to me, but now I have started "counting my chicks before they hatch". My husband and I have figured every price above 10 cents up to the top figure we heard from Jared. Now we are so impatient for the buyout! We sold our stock from the BB so we could buy more EESO today, as the % of gain seems so much better with EESO. When the buyout goes through, we might buy BB stock back. It doesn't change much over a few weeks. Right now, though, we are putting our hopes in EESO. We are doing everything with free shares, thanks to EESO and the rock bottom price we bought in with in September.
Don't want to wish my life away, but a nap until the deal is done would be great! (RVW?)
I can't understand why a PR in the pinks (BBDA) brings the PPS down? My husband listened to me questioning it, got out his BIBLE, and read Luke 7:32. "They are like children sitting in the market place, and calling one to another, and saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; We have mourned to you, and you have not wept."
Could the ones that haven't danced be our bashers?
Can Jarod get a guarantee before he signs any deal that there will not be a reverse split from the new owner? He needs to make sure that it is not a part of the bargain!
I bought in at .03-.04 last year, but then averaged down as it got lower. I feel bad for those that believed it was junk, didn't average down, sold for a loss, and now wish they had more shares to get in on the buyout. My daughter got 50000 at .04, and was quite mopey about it as she watched ours go up. Now, she is quietly waiting to see how much she gets for a purchase that upset her a few weeks ago.
I am wondering about your Kistler feelings. I bought into this back in February of '08. When I think about the price I paid, I know that I would not have been able to get many shares. Then, Kistler got blamed for diluting this, and has been bashed ever since. Think about it. How many shares would you hold if the pps had not gone down to the triple zero's. I was able to get several million shares. When the price dropped from 5 cents, I sold enough to ride free shares, plus got over $100000 to re- invest or save for retirement needs. I kept over half of my shares, so am looking forward to the buyout and setting retirement up even better. What if the shares had not been diluted. Is there any way I (and most of you) could have been so blessed as to ride free shares and have potential for $$$$ in the future from EESO? If Brian Kistler is responsible for our "misfortune" of having been diluted and pps going to trip zeros, then I believe any of us with a good position owe him a great big "Thank You"!!!

Jared bought the CUCOS shell. It switched over to EESO early last year-March, I believe.
My son sprays his son's diapers with the pet odor remover, and it takes care of any bad odor. I'm not sure if that will be available from Wowgreen or not. He got the spray from Jared quite a while ago.
I suggested a liner in disposables to Jared a few weeks ago. It would sure be a winner for Grandma sitting!
I transferred my shares to a new Roth at Scottrade. The first time I called,in September, they said I couldn't do it. I had just transferred my 401K from school to an IRA at Scottrade. I called again in January, talked to someone else, and they helped me get it switched. Good Luck. I hope you get the transfer made ok without having to sell and risk anything.
Hi, Pilot. You asked for my thoughts. Here goes-I think it will be Allie that buys EESO. I think it will remain separate from WOWGREEN, and (hopefully) we will be able to keep our stock and continue to watch it grow. I have no idea what the buyout agreement will be, but feel Jared will keep enough stock, or other portion of the company so that he will continue to make a profit from it's successes. He has done such a good job building this, that it would be hard to separate completely and just walk away, even if he got a boatload of money. I feel the announcement might be finalized after the 1st quarter financials are released. It would be nice to see the plan this week, though.
I am holding free shares in this, and got several times my investment changed into CD's and other stock (which hasn't been anything like eeso). Whatever happens, we have been blessed by this company so far, and can't complain about any downturns that happen. It sure is a lot more fun watching it climb, though!
My computer broke down a few months ago. When I got it back, I could not get back on I-HUB. Today, I figured it out again, and am back. I have watched the EESO board for over a year now, and appreciate those of you that do the DD. I never invested in anything until EESO went public, so didn't know anything about investing or DD. I feel very blessed to have picked EESO as my first and main investment. I have learned so much from those of you that have given great info. Thank you. Still holding EESO, and excited to see what the future brings.
What happened here since late June? I can't keep track of everything. Glad I didn't buy in then!
Thanks for the info. We appreciate it.
I have been there, seen the whole building, and it is HUGE! I can't begin to tell you how many garages would fit inside that building. Did you think they were building the equipment with some sort of LEGO'S?
Please let me know the addresses and what they need. We would love to contribute. We appreciate the sacrifices they are making by being over there!
By the way, I really appreciate you on this board, as well.
Thank you for your detailed post. I am new at stocks, too. EESO was my first pick. Shortly after it went down in the spring, I went to Fort Wayne and visited the place. I met several of the people that work there. I also got many products to try, and have been pleased with all. I am trying to decide if it would be better to visit to buy refills, or to order on line. The postage might cover the cost of the trip,(I live near Lansing, MI) and I could go to the chocolate company over by the hospital and fill my cravings for high quality chocolate at the same time. It would be nice to get better acquainted with the people that work with these products (EESO and CHOCOLATE!). Guess I'll have to plan a trip to Fort Wayne!
BTW-I have bought almost 10000000 more shares since spring, and average well below our close as of yesterday at this time!
GO EESO!!!!
I like your wish!
Where did you get .0025 per share for the dividend? I like that, but just wondered if there was any truth to it.
I'm hoping that they announce a marketing plan that will get these products into American homes (and beyond), cleaning up our environment.
As a preschool teacher, I told the children many stories where a wave of a magic wand turned everything into storybook wonder! This is not fairy tale time. These negotiations will take time. I am happy to hear of the steps they are taking to work towards a successful business! I am willing to wait as long as it takes. As for those that think it should happen in a wave of a magic wand, I know a preschool with openings where they could listen to that kind of stories every day. Thank you for the information to help us realist keep focused on a happy, even though not instantly magical, ending.
Tell me how to e-mail Jared, and I will do it.
Thanks to all of you. I bookmarked the sights that jimstr gave me, and plan to do some homework in my retirement. I was probably one of the people that nite got in the spring. That is when I first started to think about the market, and chose EESO as my target, getting in at about 2.5-3cents. I have a child that lives near Fort Wayne, and he recommended it. When it tanked, I decided to sit tight and hope for the best. I got pushed out of the teacher retirement system a year before I could have gotten enough to help support me in my old age. The school switched over to a 401K. I had that for one year, adding 10% of my salary to it each pay. I couldn't get it until this fall, but decided one year didn't give me enough to do anything, so got it all just after we left .0003. I bought 10m at .0004, and am trusting that God led me and it wasn't my own greedy desires, to make this investment. I started reading the board some time before making this choice, and looked to several of you to help me make a wise move. I am not asking to be rich, but would like enough to have a comfortable retirement, help my children get on their feet, and take some mission trips with our church. I will hold tight until I have reached these goals, or my kids take over.
Thank you. What is an MM?
I'm quite new to this board. Who is NITE? Is it someone on the board? There are so many abbreviations that I don't understand yet. Is there a sight I can go to, to educate me about penny stocks and the letters used to communicate? Thanks for any help you can give me.
