Not my followers. I'm an independent. Mano a Mano.
Again I'll guess we will see this week.
I guess we will find out this week.
They never closed any thing in Palm Desert. An 8k will show proof of ownership in Monterey and then we book May revs.
And if they close by end of May and show realized revenues from CA and harvest Vegas's first crop in June will they have cred? I'm of the opinion they're going to close California by the end of May. It's not opinion but fact that they're going to harvest in Vegas in June and we'll have Perpetual crops thereafter.
So if they some how miraculously complete this acquisition will they build cred?
Don't want to take his money. He seems like a decent enough guy.
I'm a DD investor. I went to both facilities. Have regular dialogue with mngmt. Cali closes this week. Vegas Harvest is in June.
Let's see what happens this week.
The California facility is already cash flow positive and that's without supplemental lighting. The plan is to aggressively acquire other facilities in the Salinas Valley. You can speculate as to whether they will be successful but as of this week when they close this deal PNTV starts to realize $11 million a year in revenue from this one facility alone.
Agreed, PNTV is a an anomaly in penny land, a paradox if you will. Thank god for weed otherwise they wouldn't be in business now. And as against the odds as it seems they are closing this deal and Vegas is about to harvest. These are perpetual revenues. I guess this coming week will write the next chapter.
For the record I don't trade. This is the only stock I own. Thank you for the luck.
Agreed, the odds are long but that is true of any penny stock. This one has defied the odds of being fully reporting for almost 25 years, never splitting, the CEO never selling a share while never being profitable. Their OS didn't start to really increase until they were granted the license to cultivate and produce in NV. It's an amazing story.
I can say this, the company is real and so is this deal. Vegas will start to harvest in June and revs will start. That will tell the story. I hope this turns out to be one of those monsters for you. I own millions of reasons to. I am glad you see this as at least a near term runner.
But I also like that you play the positive side of the trade and post with openness and integrity. I also REALLY love guitars.
And once in a while we latch on to a company that is actually real. As we shall see with PNTV in this next week.
I think the deal is done and we will see an 8k and a PR next week. As of May 31st we will have booked roughly $800k for the month of May per the deals agreements as stated in the PR. After they acquire this facility they will be working to close one more than double the size of this one. Q2 revenues will be close to 2 million and Q3 will dwarf that. It will be a fun summer.
GMason did you mean June or May? Do I get odds?
You meant close by the end of May?
Hopefully being wrong will never have made you so happy.
That's fine. When this closes those investors will be sorry or chasing. Which will you be? IMO
Do you really believe they aren't going to close on this facility? Is that where you are placing your money?
Doc IMO this thing is about to close. Next Q revs are going to be close to $2 million. I'm betting on PNTV and think everyone will be very happy come next week.
Who's R?
So you really believe once we close the FIRST CA deal the stock will drift to .03? LMAO
$22,000,000? Where do you make this stuff up? Geez.
Unless you look how it ran from .001 to .23 before settling back down like every other MJ company. Place your bets, Cali is coming with $11 million a year in revenue. Buy another property, bigger than the first, we're looking at over $30 million a year with NV. Don't get caught on the wrong side of this one.
Was wondering where you were. Time will tell but I believe you will be wrong about Vegas. The girls are beautiful and first harvest is June. The kicker is in the kitchen and extraction areas. The ability to produce edibles, extracts etc. where there are huge profit margins will more than pay for itself.
Where do you get $900K a month? This acquisition is immediate reoccurring revenue. Their plan as they said is to acquire several more. By years end i could see quarterly revenue over $5 million.
How is $800k a month meaningless?
You consider the acquisition of a 56k sq ft greenhouse producing $11 mil annually fluff? 2nd quarter revenue after the Cali green house and first Vegas harvest will be right around $1.5-$2 million. 1st quarter 2017 revs of $91 to first quarter 2018 revs of $191862 is up, if my math is correct, roughly 210000%. 2nd quarter 2018 should be up 800% from 1st quarter. The California property is an immediate game changer.
Here's an interview with Paul Rosen founder of The Cronos Group shot while Mark was in Monterey.

Remember stock SP is calculated by revenue and not profit.
The business model the seller follows is to get investors, buy and establish the facility then flip it.
Here are some pics I took a couple weeks ago. I live in Monterey, coincidence or divine omen? It's not done til it's done but this is going to be a cash cow.

There's nothing askew. You're twisting words. Winter growing cycles vs Summer growing cycles. They said May would return about 800k. Yearly $11 mil. June July August September will surpass May.
Green on low volume indicates investors are buying so that would indicate investor confidence.
That is not what they said. They need the lights to supplement the winter growing cycle. Without the light they will produce about 1/3rd lesswhich means $550k a mnoth.. During the summer months they've already said they will generate $800k a month.
Actually the only question people should be asking themselves at this point is will they or will they not close the facility in Monterey. IMO they close it within 14 days. Then they realize $800k for the month of May and recurring rev in that range going forward. I'm placing my bet on it closing. I have been there. I have seen 56k sq ft of beautiful MJ. By the wildest chance what happens what do you think happens?
You seemed to make a statement that factually was untrue based on the filings and overlooking what is happening. The reality is they have a deal in place an the financing to do it. The plants in Vegas are beautiful and will harvest June and be perpetual there after. I do agree that it is not a done deal till it's done but everything is in place. I think a fair estimate of revenue by July would be $1-$1.5 million. If we continue this model of acquisitions it could be more.
Please show me in the filings where it shows $4 million a month in operating cost? That is just not true.
I think he's going to.
Of course, I mean after they close. Tour it with Mark and Jeff. I've lived down here for 18 years. It's an agricultural mecca. And besides being an AG Mecca Monterey County has no limits on the amount of plants you can have making it a prized location for cultivators. I'm trying to upload pics but the files are too big.
