While catching up with the last couple of days I stumbled across your post, so here's just my 2c...
I agree with you on JCOM, its going on its own these days, but BSTE is starting to correlate to the market in general again IMO, because it's already quite 'healed' as Zeev would say.
I'm out of both right now since both my targets were reached but my buy-back-bid for BSTE is much deeper than that for JCOM.
BTW, I'm also long in OVTI and COCO for the same sort of reasoning.
If it weren't for you I'd never found any interest in the footwear industry (how could I know about US sandal trends???). Your comments made me look it up though and guess what, I got a fill today at 29.84, at a tad above the deep resistance from 09/07 at 29.51. Now your last comment is making me hold this one instead of taking immediate profits, so be warned that you're the one I'm going to blame <g>

Did they have an answer??
>>Just got off the phone with Jcom's management asking them what their plans were to keep MM'S from MANIPULATING their stock. Is the run over
Whats happening to them, you could have gotten it for 23.30 some seconds ago.. Something wrong with my feed?
Strangely my screen shows 24,52 for the time you wrote that buy and I got CMN before for 24.37 while they were printing 25+ according to quote.com
Roadmap Chart Data Fill
After dragging my (first reluctant then increasingly enthusiastic) friend from down under the sofa we went into hiding last weekend at the Lago de Garda. So after four days and nights of intense summer I have finally filled up two weeks of data - see the lastest Roadmap Chart at http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2299
Have a nice weekend everybody
Andreas
Roadmap Chart Update and Correction...
Zeev has sent me a PM a week ago, asking me to apply some minor corrections:
>>you may want to note that the last map has a top next between 9/7 and 9/14, I think the drawn up map has it about a week early... Also the bottom of the run is early in October, in the October 1 to 7 range, and the January run should end under 2300 (nominal 2275).
So these are visible now, as well as another week of data.
Have a nice and sunny August weekend
Andreas
also TRINQ stays quite high all day while we're down a mere 7 points or so (at the moment)
Roadmap chart updated to Friday
Some more days of data in the roadmap chart at http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2299
Also some minor optical changes but otherwise nothing worth mentioning happened. (Hope I did not miss anything - I can hardly catch up reading since I'm quite busy these days..)
Have a very nice weekend everybody
Andreas
Zeev,
I have inserted your latest targets, please correct me if I got anything wrong - the forks would look quite different if I'd switch to the 'other' possible time/price pairs.
Also please note that my spreadsheet right now ends at 12/31 so there are no January 2005 trading days yet.
Best regards
Andreas
Roadmap Chart Revised
So here it is, Zeev's new targets visualized, along with the latest data up to 08/10: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2299
For the original msg see http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3754474
The Roadmap Chart is becoming crowded now, I've tried to organize things through color coding so you can follow the different stages. If you got any ideas for improvements, lets hear them, I'm always open for suggestions.
I want to note that the new time for the predicted top reaches into January 2005. Since I have not expanded the spreadsheet yet you'll have to cope with 12/31 and extrapolate into the future until I'll insert next years trading days. Sorry for the temporary inconvenience.
Please also note that there might be some later corrections to the map. These visualizations are trying to chart Zeev's posts and sometimes I might get things wrong, especially Hungarian ones, so check back in a couple of days to see if there is a 'final' version.
Any witticisms should be posted to whome and where it belongs, I'm just doing a service for the community here to pay back for the freebie ticket I'm riding on.
Have a good week
Andreas
PS: The new targets were posted on Sunday, please understand that I'm not always on duty - that miserable beast called time demands its privacy once in a while and this weekend we decided to enjoy the summer life. Which is what I'm going to do right now, sit on the terrace, drink my wine and watch out for the Perseides Swarm.

The last two weeks have made the first appearance of summer in this year and this season is the opposite of last years' Jahrhundertsommer... So priorities are made up easily
Hope it's better in your part of the world - Andreas
I had the figures imported on the weekend but then Zeevs new targets came out and I have to redo it.
I had intended to do this yesterday evening but it was just such a beautiful August summer night that I decided to spend my time in an open-air cinema at the pool instead.
I'll hopefully find the time tonight after I return from a dinner invitation (if I dont decide to look out for the Perseides swarm, a shower of falling stars which are crossing Earth's orbit between today and Friday <g>)
So, don't dispair, the map will be out soon...
Regards
Andreas
Thanks for a great job, Gottfried. Haven't seen it before but I will these regularily. How often do you update this site?
Regards from sunny Munich, Germany
Andreas
Funny enough, I've sent another msg tonight since Zeev rang his bell and guess what, *no* undeliverables this time...
Your answer's been quite helpful anyway, at least this reestablishes my respect for those who are repeatedly suffering.
Maybe it helps to know that I did indeed find some consistencies, it seems its often the same people who come up (that's been what made me wonder) and sometimes they seem to have some less common mail adress, this time though half of them were at comcast.net... maybe its a sort of a ping time problem..??
If you tell me where to forward the latest returns I'll be happy to send them to you, so you can take a look for yourself
Thanks for your efforts
Andreas
Ringing Bell added to the Roadmap Chart.
Didn't find real funny ones, so I returned to the good old boring icon. I might have put in this one if the miserable beast called time wouldn't have heartily bit the caressing hand of mine. So we decided to get us some dinner now instead <g>
Enjoy your sunday
I have wondered about if the bell would be mentioned (but I did not ask - you are the hon. Perfesser Bellringer...) so I will try to find a 'funny' alarm clock <g>. For Wednesday that is. Would 2:22 be ok?
Mailing List Problem
Hi Matt, Bob or whoever reads this...
I run the ZH Roadmap Chart board at http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2299 where some people have entered the mailing list to get a short notice about eventual updates of the chart.
I have always wondered about ~5-10% undeliverables but I never cared expept the minor annoyance of cleaning out my mailbox. So today after I updated the chart I've got the double amount of undeliverable mails in my box.
Since I can hardly believe that there have been so many changes in the list I assume it's a mail server problem on your side. Can you confirm this? I could forward the notices if thats of any help...
TIA
Andreas
Roadmap Chart Data updated
Nothing special to report, the farmer sticks to his forecasts, so I've added just another week of data in the Roadmap Chart at http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2299
Enjoy the summer
Andreas
So you're Professor Zeev Hed now... vbg
>>I profess take profit and take them often
Another week of data in the Roadmap Chart
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2299
All of you who have entered the mailing list and don't get noticed should check their email adress - I'm getting about 10% undeliverables on every update..
Have a good & sunny sunday
Andreas
Because I'm working hard, sometimes seven days a week, and more often than not time refuses to get out from under the sofa. Pay for it if you want a regular service.
I wonder how often you have to be told..
And, yes, the implications of your posts have started to annoy me. You might consider to stop posting here if you don't like how I handle things.
Andreas
BTW It's a shame that out of all just you were grubbing # 100
a google for 'börse berlin naked short' just returned 4000+ hits, apparently it must be some topic. A brokering co called Berliner Freiverkehr AG seems to be involved in most cases and a lawyer named Angsar Limpreccht is involved in most, if not all of the listings.
OTOH I found this recent pressrelease from BB which denies the whole case:
http://www.berlinerboerse.de/news_popup.html?ID_SEQUENCE=79900&debug=
I saw the HANS press release and checked several sites. HANS is traded in Berlin only and has shown about no volume at all. Of course one wants to know if these short sales do have to show up at all if they are naked - this goes beyond my understanding.
In general the Berlin exchange has listed a lot of US shares which are always trading quite thinly.
Andreas
sorry, i think this is (or you are?) becoming ridiculous...
The nerves are lying blank as you can see from post
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3554342
Mine are quite inflamed as well as I suffer from the worst month in a very, very long time. Hopefully this will change now <g> and I think it's about time for dawn to show up (tomorrow maybe? pretty please?)
Since the poster asked for it I have entered last week's data. It can be viewed at
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2299
You can join the board's mailing list if you want to get notified of further updates
All the best for the longs in here - regards from Munich, Germany
Andreas
actually it's bavarian, not german <g> and the literal translation would be calvesbiter. In a way I like it better as soft meat is so much tastier than hard bones..
First, I'm updating the chart whenever time permits. This has got *nothing* to do with whatever calls Zeev makes but very much with my professional life instead (which is not trading stocks). Just the innuendo would be an insult to me if you sitting here instead of beeing a voice in cyberspace. (and the last update was something like 6 trading days ago, whaddoyawant, buddy, am i running on your schedule or what?)
Second, if you want to bite somebodys ankles why mine? I'm just charting not interpretating, ok? That's your job, not mine. Subsribe to a newsletter if you don't like what you get here!
I easily admit that I'm loosing money these days as I'm very long but very short of time, so my guess is that you're joining the club (don't tell me that you went cash or even short these days<g>) and I thus offer you my commiseration.
*But*: While Zeev's role in my own thoughts is quite huge since I really respect his intelligence and knowledge I will always rely on my own brain only and I would never blame anybody but myself for making the wrong decisions.
This is what you're missing IMHO. But I will fulfill your whish and update the chart right away (special lofthouse edition, proudly dedicated to my first wadlbeisser here on ihub)...
Andreas
These sort of lines always represent the 'forks', in this case a given timespan during which the target shold be reached, in other cases maybe a target range as opposed to time. After all the lines are nothing more than connections between several points on an XY graph
I will start to link the relevant posts in the future but I'm to lazy right now to look the last one up, search for it - I just try to visualize the farmer's hints given to the public but I try to include as little interpretation as possible, although the chart can not be be free of these.
The space between the lines could for instance be viewed as the prognosted trading range, but I leave it up to you to do such. Personally I rather see the 'targets' as key levels instead and watch the reactions at the time they are reached. I don't care so much about Raodmap for the time inbetween - except when things are heading south of course <g>
Hope this helps...
Andreas
Another week's data in the Roadmap Chart
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2299
Filled up this weeks data, nothing else to report.
Let's hope we get that good run next week
Until then have a nice weekend everybody

Another data fillup on the roadmap chart at
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2299
Nothing really new otherwise (except that the master farmer timed the 9/14 top precisely at 2:22, so don't sell before <g>)
Have a good weekend
Andreas

Be sure to follow the links inside, the bait stories are *really* fun
I agree. They will for sure make the weekly 'dumbest companies on wall street' column or whatever it is called.
>>Turns out that I am the first MyTrack customer to actually step up to the plate.
I know that feeling. In the late 90s I have ordered to buy a stock (CACI, at that time a y2k play) at the opening price that had never been traded before in Germany. Because of some (taxing?) rules it was obligatory to get an unique registration number for each security on the order form which was given out by our 'SEC' two days later.
I got some real troubles then there because CACI had advanced substantially meanwhile and I got billed the full 'premium'. I ended up without a fill on that one.
hey, Bruce, tx for the kind(er) words <g>. There was no offense taken on my side, just some minor astonishment and that's no big deal - there's nothing like a second opinion...
BTW, I have some of your thread with Zeev re. COMP options, looks like a risky play to me if there's no liquidity in them (3 phone calls? my online broker would charge 10 € each for those...), but I don't do options so I hope I'm wrong.
regards
Andreas
Bruce,
Don't know why you're thinking I'm unhappy with the map, just the contrary, see my answer to Zeev on that.
>>You have not had enough time here to formulate an accurate opinion of Zeev's calls
The only unhappy one is time as it doesnt like to be dragged out from down under...
Good luck with your trade then, let us hear afterwards how the roadmap made you a wealthy man.
Andreas
Don't worry, the case never made it to court (I probably should have added more <vbg>s in there anyway, but it's always 6 hours later here in Germany so I spared myself the midnight typing)
Actually I do this with real pleasure as it gives me an opportunity to give back some of what I get from following this thread.
And I just love tricky stuff.
Best regards
Andreas
