Nah that's what they want you to think. There is a 0% chance of this hitting their target. Classic ploy before this stops trading. Make people believe there's a chance, run it up on them and then massive sell off.

Heard this for awhile now....has there been any new source claiming that it's almost a done deal? This stock can only hold for so long before people start dropping because of the delay of news.

If it makes you feel any better, my initial buy was at .39 - bought quite a bit at .03's months ago and sold a couple months ago at .055 for a 20% loss. Oh well, happens to the best of us.

Sell into this - has no affect on whether this gets paid out.

Granted I don't like how they put 3 million shares into the market during that showing they don't care about the shareholders as much as I originally thought.

Why do you say watched it and LOL? I never understood the satisfaction people get out of lots of people losing money - that's 1 thing I'll just never understand. It def. looks like a good ol P&D and it's too bad they couldn't substain the gains any futher because this had the momemtum to go into the teens. If I was part of their group, I would've liked to see my gains go up even further but hey, everyone has their price right? FTCH continues to have a lot to go for it so it won't be the last time it gets near .03.

Good start to the 1st hr of trading, need to keep the volume up - looking for 4mm shares to be traded for this thing to have so huge momentum.

Right and you can clearly see that it took a few 4mm+ days to get this over the hump. Looking to see that replicated shortly since we've had a 3 days in a row of 2mm+ traded.

Was talking about individual days - not month or week.

2 yrs ago, tooks us 4 million shares traded twice to put us near the .18s...little off from that right now. Would've thought this be higher with all the volume though.

Actually it's quite simple - APCVZ has a longgggggg way to go to meet the target. It's possible but very unlikely, hence why it's trading at .03. The risk is too great to be trading any higher than that right now.

Lol not sure if I've ever seen a CEO respond directly like that to posters on Ihub in a company I actually believe in. I've seen it done in pump & dumps but this obviously is not one and for him to care that much about the share price and shareholders just proves another reason why I'm here for the long run and why I have 6 co-workers involved heavily in this stock as well.

The engagement letter is dated Nov 2, 2010 - which basically means they cannot start auditing before that date....there are instances where an accounting firm will not receive an engagement letter on time however they will back-date the letter to ensure they have covered the entire period they've performed services on.

Looks like there are 6 reviews and an audit to be performed. Lots of work but the fact that QSGI has a CPA on hand - that will def. help expedite the process. All I know is, delays are never positive in the market however what they do provide, is MORE anticipation for the next run up!

Thanks for leading me to this place, lots of great information that isn't just 1 sided. Nice to see both sides than just everyone pumping.

Only problem with this is that to get fully audited statements for a SEC reporting company might be very difficult to get done by Jan 3, 2011 - especially when you factor in 2 major holidays. As a CPA, the turnaround period for a client this size through the holidays if it just recently started would put a great deal of strain on the firm to get it completed.

Now not saying it'll get delayed again but it's quite possible. It really depends on the staff at QSGIQ, how well they maintained records and how competent the staff is in providing the correct information in a timely manner.

Just another reason to lock in profits... should listen to my own advice sometimes.

Gotta love MM's games - it's so predictable and fundamental though. Obviously sell a boat load on an ounce of news that isn't positive so they can load up the ship for the big run. Wish I had that money to be able to play games!
