To sell six billion shares?
If they are "were used to help fund the big loan and cover the preferred shares..." won't they eventually hit the market?
Of course it will go down, they all will go down. You pointed out that the PPS was falling and it went up. I hope no one sold on your recommendation.
The newly printed shares, some if not all, will make their way onto the market. If they wanted to buyback shares, they could have simply done so.
There will be no share buyback, just like there was no merger with the conduit lender, just like there will be a reverse split. I give credit to Carol and the thieves, they know all the right things to say to get new stuckholders.
Nice job getting a couple correct.
What about this one? PPS is dropping because of dilution?
UP 11%!

If you post enough charts and make claims, you're bound to be correct sometimes. Charts tell us what happened, not what will.
Keep guessing, though! You might get some more right!
Why would they buy back shares after increasing the A/S by 62.5%?
They don't predict what will happen, they mostly just tell you what already did.
Boom!
Down 13.33%
"on the brink of a breakout"
Dropped 26+%
lol
You said, "Looks like a deeper dip in store"
Actual: +11.11%
lol
Rick is doing a great job. He's not telling everyone the bad news and buying the company time while they steal more money from unsuspecting investors.
Nothing surprising, however. Let pinks be pinks.
The only thing that has changed is the A/S.
It went up 62.5%. The company hasn't officially told anyone, however. It was discovered by searching Sunbiz.com.
It is now at 16,000,000,000.
I've looked at the charts many times. I've seen the MA200 drop and I've seen the accum/dist show total accumulation.
What did that do for the PPS?
.0001x.0002
lol
I don't think you've made anything clear. What you've done is copy a post about a different stock. It's 100% irrelevant.
That is entirely possible, but if that is the case, where is all of the buying at .0002?
Another low volume day...no buying.
It is the same stock that changed names. UHCR is listed as Pennys call from .045 to .13 Also listed is UDHC from .05 to .11.
My point? UDHC (Ulysses after the name change) never ran from .05 to .11 so listing that it (and that it was called here) did is false information.
The calls for UHCR are also listed. Since the symbol change to UDHC, it has not run from 5 to 11.
Recap:
Audited financials delayed
Stock to .0001 x .0002
A/S raised 62.5% (Six billion) to 16,000,000,000
T/A gagged
Share structure not updated since March
Company refusing shareholder phone calls
*******
Did I miss anything?
I am confused by the IBOX. In the multibagger calls for 2008, it lists UDHC from .05 to .11
UDHC has never run from .05 to .11
My mistake. I read your post wrong. I thought you were suggesting that they would be using the money from the $672MM loan.
100% my error.
HCPC does not have the money to distribute to other "clients." There is one borrower and that is GSR LLC (owned by RELM). How could HCPC take money from the loan and lend it to other companies?
According to Ed Johnson, the client for the $672MM loan is GSR LLC.
We've been hearing about this stock's breakout for a few weeks now. Took at nice 22% DROP today. Might be time to stop pumping IMGW and find a new horse to flog.
Can you show me where it states they won't sell the 6 billion shares? Isn't it just as possible that they will as that they won't? Just because one is a positive and one is a negative doesn't make either one more valid without proof.
So, some believe they will and some believe they won't.
Can you show us proof of your conversation with the realtor that told you the name on the contract was HCPC?
No you cannot?
Next!
I had a conversation with Ed Johnson in which he said HCPC had not.
That sure would be a great transaction for a company! Too bad that company won't be HCPC...which is the stock in question on the HCPC board, right?
Too bad HCPC won't be buying anything.
GSR LLC does not have $672,000,000 worth of properties to purchase as soon as (IF) funding starts. They "plan" to accumulate assets (whether or not they will is another story) with this money.
It wouldn't matter if the loan was for $672 or $50 million.
Yes, they can. It's more of a line of credit than a lump sum figure. The loan cold have been for $50MM or five trillion dollars and it wouldn't have made a difference.
Nothing that they buy will benefit HCPC, however. So, even if they did buy the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno Nevada, it wouldn't mean anything (good or bad) for HCPC.
The loan did close...with themselves. The "borrower" is GSR LLC which is a company owned by RELM.
The same people own both companies. They signed a contract that they drew up themselves. It's all smoke and mirrors.
Get it?
The deal didn't fall through. It certainly did happen.
The problem with it is that it's a horsedung deal. The borrower is GSR LLC, which is a company owned by RELM, which is a company owned by the same people that own HCPC.
They agreed with themselves on the deal. It's 100% smoke and mirrors, but it didn't fall through.
Never good to be mentioned with CMKX...
Imagine where it'll go when they reverse split? Of course, first, they have to dump the extra 6,000,000,000 shares onto unsuspecting investors.
The only thing that is drying up at these levels is the buyers. No one wants this stock at .0002.
When they release their financials, if they are positive, there will be plenty of people buying this stock. That will be when the fine upstanding individuals at HCPC start selling their new SIX BILLION shares.
...do a little research and start talking about something that "hasnt" been beaten to death already.
Like the fact that the $672M loan could have been as $672B loan considering that they closed it with themselves?
Loan money end of may starts to be funded to borrower
Do you know who the borrower is?
It's GSR LLC. It's a limited liability corporation owned by RELM.
They've closed a transaction with themselves.
They certainly are in the position to do so.
Business plan? Check.
Hundreds of people who believe? Check.
PPS .25? Oh wait. It's not there yet. It's .0002. With $16BILLION shares, they are certainly not getting to .25. How can they do it?
Buyback or reverse split. One costs the company money, the other does not.
Guess which one is coming?
