It's really nice to see some activity in this one. You really have to wonder what's going on behind the scenes.
What happened to you paydirt? You used to look so much better...lol

Why worry, Francine along with certain do-gooders sent this down the toilet. This will never trade again.
This should effectively negate the Canadian trade restriction and allow Canadian share holders to freely trade shares of

Merciernole, you can blame Francine all you want and you're right, she was a terrible CEO but where does that leave the price of your shares? I would rather be able to buy or sell my shares than to see a company suspended. This outcome benefits Francine and only Francine and now she's in a position where she will never have to answer to shareholders and any further PR's are unlikely because they cost money and she's no longer reporting. There's not much you or anyone else can do about it now and this may even have been part of her plan all along because now she can operate the company anyway she sees fit and doesn't have to answer to the pesky shareholders. Your shares mean you will always own part of the company unless she bankrupts it but you will never benefit from selling your shares. There will be talk of lawsuits but you will find lawsuits are costly and will go nowhere.
A large number of complaints to the SEC usually ends with this result in cases where the company is delinquent.
Bravo to those of you who filed complaints, I hope this result is what you wished for.
linda1, And what do you think you can do about it, you're mistaken if you think any actions you can take will force Francine do do the right thing. The suspension has no effect on the operations of the company and Francine will be quite happy with this turn of events. She'll run the company with impunity with no more PR's, filings or communications required henceforth.
BRWC went grey after someone convinced a number of shareholders to complain to the SEC about lack of filings, the SEC has only one method of enforcement and acted on the complaints by suspending BRWC. Now Francine doesn't have to answer to shareholders and there's not much anyone can do about it as long as the company remains delisted, it may have been her plan all along. Yes, she lost her listing but from what I've seen she can operate the company anyway she sees fit and won't have to answer to the shareholders. You will always own part of the company unless she bankrupts it but you will never benefit from your shares. Talk of lawsuits will go nowhere, I know what I'm talking about, I am an owner of millions of shares in Inca Designs (http://investorshub.advfn.com/Inca-Designs-Inc-(fka-IDGI)-8819/), a company that went grey and yet continues to operate while now ignoring shareholders. It's all done with the aid of the SEC who I feel acts in collusion with certain companies to their benefit instead of forcing a remedy benefical to the shareholders. Inca went grey after someone convinced a number of shareholders that it was in their best interests to complain to the SEC about lack of filings, the SEC has only one method of enforcement and acted on the complaints by suspending BRWC

You're joking right? Sales down less than 1% yoy for the period ending June 30 2015 taken is the pic you yourself posted. That's a long way from the 50% down you stated. 1.13 ml vs 1.12 ml, I think you were comparing annual to quarterly?
Morocco Phosphate Rock 118.00 USD/mt for Jan 2016

Mexico Moves To Address Worsening Fertilizer Crisis
Summary
An increase in dollar-denominated fertilizer prices has forced Mexico’s government into crisis mode.
Pemex will take emergency steps to bring down the cost of fertilizers for farmers. A subsidy would make Pemex’s new phosphate operation even less profitable.
The crisis is becoming critical for phosphate in particular as Mexico deals with a 40% price increase due to dollar and raw material price appreciation.
Pemex must find a less expensive and more robust source of rock phosphate.
Pemex’s involvement in Odyssey’s Don Diego claim has been cited by environmental groups and makes sense given the low cost, large-scale nature of the claim.
Mexico has been hit with a double whammy with respect to phosphate prices. While rock prices have increased, the dollar has appreciated against the peso. The combined effect has yielded an increase of almost 40 percent in peso-denominated phosphate prices over the last 6-12 months. Typically commodity prices adjust lower to counterbalance a strengthening dollar. This has held true with respect to almost all other traded commodities, but because phosphate is a tightly controlled commodity in which supply has recently been taken off-line, prices have bucked the trend.

Hi paydirt, it seems like the price is no longer trading freely. Is there
a cartel in control of phosphate rock prices? There appears to be a price freeze in place.
