Merciernole, you can blame Francine all you want and you're right, she was a terrible CEO but where does that leave the price of your shares? I would rather be able to buy or sell my shares than to see a company suspended. This outcome benefits Francine and only Francine and now she's in a position where she will never have to answer to shareholders and any further PR's are unlikely because they cost money and she's no longer reporting. There's not much you or anyone else can do about it now and this may even have been part of her plan all along because now she can operate the company anyway she sees fit and doesn't have to answer to the pesky shareholders. Your shares mean you will always own part of the company unless she bankrupts it but you will never benefit from selling your shares. There will be talk of lawsuits but you will find lawsuits are costly and will go nowhere.
A large number of complaints to the SEC usually ends with this result in cases where the company is delinquent.
Bravo to those of you who filed complaints, I hope this result is what you wished for.
