It's my opinion they are broke. No one would finance them when they did have a good business plan. They aren't printing shares that we can see. You think they have pretty decent finances? How?

They have no technology. The machine they have uses home brew tech that does not produce a product that people will buy more than once, 100's have tried, all failed. Anyone can visit with a tech company and talk about their products. I stopped at the Ferrari dealership once myself, that doesn't make me Henry Ford.

They have an awful business model. Look at ascendant partners website and become familiar with the numbers involved with biodiesel production, then tell me how they make a profit.

I never thought I'd lose the case. I filed bankruptcy for other reasons; FSI business debt, my wife leaving, and potential partners wanting FSI clean before moving forward. I built FSI from 20,000 in savings in 1998 and was offered 15 million for it in 2004, I can do it again. Losing my home, wife, dog and guitars taught me a few things too.

It went from a 2 MGPY batch plant in NH to a 6 MM GPY continuous flow modular system in a container with 4 versions in between. They needed to cover a lot more ground than the final payment to cover the difference from the original contract. They also needed site, tank farm, loading/unloading, permits, utilities, operating capital, juice, customers, qc, astm, and mostly money.

Not true at all. FSI hung on to hope for too long, problems snowballed, got upside down. My house is being foreclosed by a vendor I owe money too, wife left too, deer totaled my touareg, life is great. AMHD suit had nothing to do with it. You got their spin, facts are much different. First, they never questioned performance, ever. They can't produce one communication to back that claim either. The project was a moving target, never found a home, and crashed out of fuel. Picture an airplane doing circles, no compass, wheels, fuel, etc. Gravity brought it down, not me. Then they cost me and my sterling reputation dearly as they PR'd bullshit to sell shares, just like many other knowingly false PR's; info we are bringing formally to the SEC btw.
