Brian is 3 hours from here. Not exactly "local" business.
I'm surprised that there's actually product in stores - even if it is only ~six of them.
I don't care if the clerk knows it's there or not - I was just there. Am I being labeled a pumper? :D
If I go buy one tonight will you stop posting nonsense?
I was just there today kolekain. They are in the hanging plastic case in the cooler just to the right of the energy drink cooler where the juice is. See my post with the photo.
I didn't see any other cans or Koma shots, but I didn't look very hard beyond confirming they were there. As I mentioned in the reply to Diddi, I'll buy one at the Morrisville location this week.
* They are in the cooler just to the right of the energy drinks.
* They have ~30 varieties of energy drinks.
* They do not have any other relaxation drinks (Drank, etc.)
To the skeptics, the display case photo is definitely not a re-used picture, I'll post the receipt and can when I purchase it.
I'll visit the Morrisville location this week and purchase a can - I didn't purchase one today (I got an energy drink instead).
I don't think Eagle's is actually closed, but since it's ~one mile from my house I'll check later today.
My statement is 100% factual. Bebida Beverages does not even have $500,000 worth of sales since Brian Weber took over.
BBDA sold over $500,000 worth of products in the first quarter
I get my information from talking to people in the industry (including Brian, who I've already mentioned I know outside of this board).
Bebida Beverage has virtually no sales. Fact.
No, it's not.
The industry talk is about how Bebida has no sales and is having financial troubles.
The MTV Movie Award basket included "a Casio digital camera, a special edition Mattel Barbie T-shirt and the ever-so intriguing Twilight hair set which contains a hair dryer, two types of curling irons, a straightener and a special brush."
I'm not sure what your random collection of other stuff is actually from.
I had a random chance to meet in Vegas with the CEO of the company that makes Lazy Cakes.
Some anecdotes from our conversation:
* They are doing well financially
* They are not concerned about government regulations on Melatonin
* They are affiliated with the company that makes Drank
* Drank is doing well financially
* He is familiar with Brian Weber and Bebida
* Bebida is not doing well financially
None of this is surprising, except perhaps that Lazy Cakes and Drank are affiliated.
Drank used to be sold in 7-11 (where I've purchased it). Not sure if it is still sold there or not.
Koma is not sold in stores.
Sorry for the late response - I was out of town.
This address in Statesville is for B&B Fabricators. They worked on the Koma Unwind trucks, which is why you can see pictures of the Koma Unwind truck in their warehouse.
It's *possible* I suppose that Brian rented some warehouse space to store some product there, but I didn't see anyone when I was last there. There is certainly no network of offices full of personnel.
I've already covered this. I encourage people to go visit.

I've already told you (among other reasons), go to their "warehouse" and you'll see it's not possible.

Last year:
Food & Beverage – 99.8 percent (or $559,625 million) of total food and beverage sales occur in neighborhood grocery stores.
Glad to see not too many people got suckered in by this nonsense.
* Fake financials
* Fake PRs
* Fake information about "warehouse" location
And to think, BW and I used to be "friends." LOL. Shame. Hochstedler 2.0.
Brian Weber.
I posted the street address for Bebida, but you choose to ignore that (and me). It's much more effective than a phone number, trust me. :)
This is just like every other PR Brian puts out:
"Bebida Beverage Company (PINKSHEETS: BBDA) (BeBevCo) announced today that the Company is transitioning down the path..."
I guarantee you they won't announce that they've completed their way down the path, because it means audited financials, and it means admitting that they lied.
They'd have to audit financials, which they can't do. Because they lied on their financials.
(Or, according to some people, they shipped $1.5M worth of stock out of a warehouse that doesn't belong to them and then didn't pay taxes on it.)
It will feature those locations, once there are any. You can't currently buy it in stores.
"the adres is on their report and on pinksheets"
No, it's not. The address of their "office" in Mooresville is. I posted the "real" address of their "23,000" square foot facility.
The problem is that they don't openly say where it is because you may show up and realize that they might have not been 100% truthful in their PR.
I should note that before anyone drops what they're doing to drive to Statesville to see Brian's "23,000 square feet," be prepared for disappointment when you arrive. And tell the folks at B&B Fabricators that I said hi.
I know where "it" is. The street address is:
1304 N Barkley Road
Statesville, NC 28677
Note - edited to remove conjecture. Feel free to visit and decide for yourself if you really want to own shares in this company.
“In God we trust; all others must bring data.” W. Edwards Deming.
It's really not asking a lot for the address of a store so I can do the hard work of verifying the information.
Awesome, give me the name and address of these stores and I'll go visit them.

Everything that has happened (or not happened) during Brian Weber's tenure at BBDA is important to the future of the company. It establishes his credibility, or lack thereof, as a leader.
I live near BBDA headquarters and despite countless PR's about southeastern distributors being so excited to carry Bebida products, I can't buy them anywhere.
After two years, the company still refuses to provided audited financials, despite claiming to have $1.5+ million in revenue. This is ironic, given the fact that a company with $1.5+ million in revenue would have audited financials as part of their tax preparation process.
Much in the same way that Brian Weber's past actions are important when considering his current promises, your posting history is important when considering your current stance. Your bi-polar love/hate relationship with this stock seriously discredits anything you bring to the table.
You, Brian, Mark McGwire - anyone can say "I'm not here to talk about the past." Well, guess what? The past counts.
In the United States, the burden of proof is on the company to prove that financial results are valid, not the shareholder.

If there really are $1.5 million in sales at Bebida, then Mr. Weber obviously can afford an audited set of financials he can release. In fact, I know several CPA's right here in North Carolina that would be happy to audit them for him so he can "clear his name."
$4,000 in money volume.
I'm all about making money off of scams as much as the next guy, but you can't honestly be serious about this being a real company. I'm happy for you if you make a profit. Don't try to sucker people into a loss to help you make one.
I know they are different companies, that's the point. There is a real company with a real relaxation drink brand named Unwind. A company with a real stock valuation and real audited financials.
"Tim Barham, president of Frontier Beverage, which produces Unwind, said his company's drink is not "associated in the same realm at all" with the cough syrup mixtures."

I hope so, given that you spelled "grammar" wrong. Seriously though, I know some very brilliant people who can't spell (or type) to save their lives. So it's not necessarily indicative of business acumen.
Sorry diddi, I was following another point I had made without referencing it.
My point is that I typed in the barcodes of Pepsi products and their barcodes were NOT in there. Which is why KOMA not being in there doesn't concern me as much as it would otherwise.
Additionally, I don't believe reality has much effect on Pinksheet stocks anyway. Companies that are viable simply aren't in the Pinksheets, 99.99% of the time.
I'd be more concerned if Pepsi products existed in there. ;)
