RH never cared about the shareholders. He cared about himself only. That's why he's all alone right now.
The 1.4 billion $ press release was a pump and dump with Tony Papa. Nothing else.
With EFFC? Certainly if the company is run properly with the right people in place. We'll seen how it's run in future when the CRAM is fully ready for mass sales. Mass sales it will have to be because I figure that it will take only a year for someone to dismantle it and copy it with some relative successfully. A small company like EFFC is a real target for any big company with lots of legal resources.
Dan Ryan will never, never be trustworthy. He even describes himself as an SOB in business. When he's around, watch it. He's the living proof of the old adage (spelling?) "one needs to keep one's friends close but one's enemies even closer." RH has been with him twice, so.......
Birds of a feather, flock together.
I agree also and LE CRAM will survive and so will the shareholders.
There are no good guys between those two but for different reasons. Ryan is a crook while Huppe never pays his debts and is arrogant and dishonest. Neither one nor the other is desireable for EFFC but we have to cope with RH.
I haven't got a clue. That's news to me.
Funny that it's the BCSEC that had PGYC stop trading. Usually, the Vancouver stock exchange is well known for its scams in mining and others. If the BCSEC can't do anything to stop the mining scams, how are they expected to do anything about PGYC IF it's a scam???
Other from a hostile takeover, any one could buy PGYC for basically peanuts but why?????
Unless there's something we don't know, then what???
At a penny a share, yes, there could be a buyout for what's left of the company....maybe!!!
To me that's an excellent news. PGYC needs to be scrutinized to either avoid possible fraud or to prove it worthy and legit. Either way, full monitoring is beneficial to all.
With his credibility, I think that Mr. Bisante will fall by the way side if he doesn't come up with verifiable news in the very near future. I think that his reputation has been tarnished for a very long time whether as a scammer or as a manager that could not resolve a simple market situation. Either he reacts swiftly, if he can, or he's toast. We'll soon find out how many friends he has.
Of course, you will leave them in your will for your grand kids because it will take that long to see such a case in court. Then, you have to take into considerations the legal costs of such a case and there might be a couple of pennies left for the shareholders. I'll consider myself very lucky if I have more than a nickel a share in the next few months. Even, that's dreaming in color.
I'm still showing 4.8 on live at 11:47 EDT
Now 4.6 million at 11:41 EDT
It's around 3.3 million shares traded so far, confirmed by 2 sources. There must be a glitch in your provider's software.
I'm just reading what's posted here, that's all. Energie is saying that the stock is closed today; whatever that means.
Got my mponey back a long time ago but I have some left over stock once I had recoupped my capital and a small profit. It's all leftover stock.
What the hell, we have nothing to lose.
I'm not getting my hopes too high. It will probably drop like a rock no, like an avalanche.
Not according to what I've read here yesterday.
Even with the greatest news in the world and assuming that it can trade freely, the fact that Tony Bisante is still there takes all credibility from the company. He will always be linked to either a scam or, if not a scam, incompetence for allowing so many screwups to happen. The only possible good news for him and the few potential investors is that the news is 100% verifiable with an independant source or sources. Otherwise, down it goes.
Good luck to all the longs.
I'm happy you think like this and you can buy my stocks anytime. I hope that a lot of people think like you so that I can dump the rest of my stock. Thanks!!!
You seem to be the only one with this opinion. I just placed orders and my broker is accepting orders on the pinksheet. Pinksheets.com who is not the official pinksheet website is still showing the caveat and skull not the grey sheet sign. I hope to get rid of my remaining stock in the next little while but I'm not holding my breath.
I consulted the link that you provided us with and was unable to find any case for September 10, 2009 involving Huppe. Is there another link and is there anyone else with the same problem?
Not the same Guy Faucher. The one suing is an accountant.
I'm just waiting to see if we get our proxies. If not, then it proves that the whole scenario was planned and it was never meant to happen. I know that all have lots and lots of doubts but that would definitely prove it for good. No proxies means that Bisante never meant it to go to a vote and that decision was made even before the record date. Maybe the first provable step to jail.
Now, where do you get that stuff? There's no way that this case will go to trial for years dealing with a company in Dubai and others. The intention to sue is to cover his tracks and claim that he was a victim as opposed to an accomplice. Even if it were true, how much will the trial cost in legal fees for an international case like this and how much will the judge panel rule, not necessarily what PGYC claims.
Afraid not, buddy!!! Afraid not. The SEC doesn't advertise, it acts, especially now with the slumping economy and all the frauds around the last couple of years.
For how much??? A dollar. That would be a really good deal for a 2.00$ stock.
Tsunamis are rarely good. They destroy more than anything else. Good analogy I'm afraid. Hope you're right but I won't wait around. I've got nothing to lose by getting rid of the leftovers.
I think that Bisante says he wants to sue only to divert blame and cover his butt. He could very well be the ring leader or a pretty incompetent guy.
That's a separate investigation by the SEC which is linked to the IHUB situation. You may be linked with them or not but remember, those who bash stocks because it's their honest opinion wouldn't be affected by such an investigation. The aspect that will be looked at is the removal of specific and strategic posts referring to the work of the SEC and the posters that meet the standard for posting.
You've got to be kidding. This stock, if ever it trades again, will drop like a rock. Everyone who still own shares will sell for just about anything. I have my leftovers that I will get rid of as fast as I can. After all, I've sold enough to make a small profit + my investment. Might as well get the rest out even at a penny if I'm lucky. This stock will never sail again I'm afraid.
The SEC is doing all the work for us. If ever PGYC is allowed to resume trading, it means that it's legit. If not, the Tony Bisante and friends are going to jail if certain investors don't get a hold of him first. The SEC is doing what they're design to do. We'll find out real soon what went down making all speculation, bashing, brainless motormouthing on both sides redundant. Anything that anyone says now is meaningless. They can close this board for the next 2 weeks that it would change anything. Regardless of the side you're on, we'll see who will be able to say the notorious: "I told you so!!!"
Good luck to all.
Yesterday's volume was cross trading so as to justify the 250,00 shares of after hours trading. Out of yesterday's numbers, 280,000 shares maybe have been real. This is a common occurrence with penny stocks.
Speculator777, I have no way of replying to personal messages but he's already on the list. Thanks
Rose
"What? How on earth can you say PGYC's problems are merely an issue of management? The only thing there is to manage here is the flow of shares from the AS to the OS. There are NO EMPLOYEES! There is NO PRODUCTION! This is a share selling SCAM! Bisante has released on fraudulent pr after another regarding this completely looney buyout offer. He is not a manger he is a scammer."
If no employees and no production is a clue, then EFFC which you promote so well (and I truly mean that) has no production and about the same of employees (less now). Therefore, both could be a scam. As for the PRs, frodulent is your qualifier while EFFC makes no PRs even when required by law. He will soon the music about that, real soon. The parallel between the 2 companies in that regard is obvious although in my opinion, the CRAM really works and PGYC is only a distributor not a manufacturer.
Last one of the day. Good luck to all (EFFC and PGYC)
Check your own messages and mine and you'll see that I always expressed my discontent with Raphael Huppe's lack of management skills and abilities. You always transposed that information to try to make me say that PGYC had good management. I never said it but kept coming back with the Dan Ryan song and dance, please check. Now, we both know that both these companies (PGYC and EFFC) are afflicted with poor quality management. I hope that the PGYC deal goes through (I'm not convinced that it will) shortly but most of all, I hope that EFFC does very well. I have a huge position in that one like you probably do too.
