84 shareholders!!! Maximum 15 read and/or post here. Double that in another forum, another dozen or so in Twitter accounts and don't visit forums. Then the remaining. Probably why posting deep DD and hints here is pointless, traders can fend for themselves. Rory's going to be focusing on others when the road show begins.
My speculation and dot connecting for another Catalyst couple months ago....or should say Catalysts, being at least one of which is new, hidden in the S1 AND SHAC are coming.

Nfusz is focused on large companies, CRM integration and mass market. If after listening to the SHAC couple times, reading the S1, reflecting back over the last 8 months and you don't understand this.... this stock and company is NOT for you. 84 shareholders and investors GET IT. After the last SP shake out that's all that remains of retail investors, insiders and Accredited PP's. Traders are hear for a flip.
The road show and PR train starts soon. The target will not be OTC traders.
Are you assuming this development is the "ONLY" thing in the works material in nature that gave rise to the quiet period in the first place?
Quite a few will be adding and some will jump on board for ling than a flip.
Yup...84, that's it and about right. I never believed it to be beyond 100, especially at this time. It may have been as high as 150 for a short period...and that was traders. But now, that's it. But rest assured, some will jump in for a flip, but even then they're in the dark still on timing. To reap, you'll have to hold, and I ain't giving my two cents on timing. Leave the traders guessing. This quiet period was great, flushing the toilet was a fringe benefit. I'm in til $15-20 minimum.
Traders for an hour, day, week or month will get left behind. So many next year will say hey, I missed the boat...so far 84 are aboard.

For the answer to your question....again.... refer to my sticky post above. ;) Now regarding sales, yes there have most certainly been in q3. Will you or a few others wait? Probably not, I don't care. As I've said numerous times, investors and shareholders are here for the long term. Just like all the insiders who own well over half the outstanding shares and PPs who own millions, along with numerous retail investors who own 6 and 7 figures who chose to invest with Nfusz, a start up company. Whether a trader stays means nothing to me, just that content of posts are representative of facts, not false comparisons, incomplete details, or outright lies and deceit.
Oh....buy you did. Neither of the video companies in your list do what nFusz does....and this is where you erred. You need to do extensive DD to understand that BEFORE trying to compare Nfusz with a video or interactive video company. And again, refer to my sticky post above and since you seem to consider Oracle and Marketo not big companies. This may be the best place to start....why did they choose Nfusz over a simple video or interactive video company? Two hints....CRM....and what NFusz has done with the other 8,999,000 lines of Code....that none of your list does. By the way, that's more lines of Code than the Space Shuttle and Google Chrome combined.

You err. You posted this list before. Then refused to choose one off the list, post it's capabilities and features for the free account and business account, with costs. Then list Nfusz's features. You clearly do not know what nFusz does, nor what the business plan was for the first half of the year. For that read my sticky post above. It's easy to throw anything and everything on the forum, now justify it and make it stick.
A few will be gone tomorrow. And I'll be ready.
At your loss absolutely. But then again, multiple excuses have been given by a few. After all, its really for those who avail themselves and are not concerned about giving their addresses out...for various reasons.;) Additionally, Nfusz doesn't spam. The newsletter is for investors and clients, others are not forced to sign up....those who do become better informed shareholders, learn new aspects of the product and are rewarded with investor related developments not under the quiet period.
Hey.....I posted the website address for you, Tenkay, and the others who were interested in the Nfusz newsletter. You wanted me to post it here before. What hindered you in all this time from visiting the website and signing up? Nothing hinders the CEO from communicating with shareholders and investors. It's those he's talking to and those who've availed themselves. ;)
For new investors and lurkers....everyone else knows this. Contrary to the misdirection and confusion posted about Q1 and Q2. The entire first q and better part of q2 was devoted to rewriting the entire notifi platform to V2 that involved improving the GUI, analytics, AI, increasing scalability, ALL touch point APIs to run across all devices, platforms and social media. IN ADDITION all staff was redirected from mom and pop focus for this task and geared towards completion, Oracle and Marketo show planning and completing this integration in time. Rory explained all this quite clearly and succinctly. Code writing teams were hired, working 24/7 across multiple time zones. Everything is complete! Ahead of schedule. Training moving forward for the sales staff at Oracle and Marketo, multibillion corporations. Oracle contract in January said by the end of year, again way ahead of schedule. Two contracts that net 90% and 80% of revenues to nFusz respectively.
Man...drop the Mic. Nothing to add. Go nFusz.
And there's more....let's not talk about things Rory's hinted at, mentioned and then done...instead let's talk about made up speculations that Rory addressed and has no plans on doing. If solid Nfusz speculations with supported DD, links and dot connections don't measure up, what does that say of everything else?

Several BIG hints, Rory mentioned working on contracts, Major CRM player, global contract previously discussed
I've gone through this before, a few times. The non-affiliated, accredited, private placement holders have 12 month restrictions. The only way they can sell before 12 months, but longer than 6 is if they file paperwork with the company, documenting the need, usually through an attorney, and then even that is at the discretion of the issuer. The legends must then be removed by the transfer agent. Even after all this, it takes time. I know several of these PP holders, I sought to be one myself and investigated extensively, contacted Rory myself, but I did not qualify. These PPs are 'investors'....I think it's been firmly established what that means.
Ecommerce....now that's a thought.;) All the way back to the Dec SHAC video when Rory, referring to the Oracle Contract announced 4 weeks later, mentioned ERP. It was so important he stated it a couple times, suggested looking it up, even broke it down. Those who like doing DD, have tied things together. Add to that Amazon's one click patent expired....oh yeah Rory mentioned that too. Nfusz....taking it's rightful place in the cat bird seat, across all Social Media with an Interactive Sales-Based Video CRM platform with non-exclusivity.
