Brit - That was an excellent update from Kendrick. I had a lot of respect for him before, but even more respect for him now. A straight shooter and stands up for his reputation, and that of his friends/associates.
Looks like Joe & Dean screwed themselves again, although my gut tells me they had no intention of going through with the MS deal in the first place. They were just were trying to tie Kendrick's hand from making any agreements with NHSH. Joe, as acting CEO of QASP, is going to have a hard time explaining how he is upholding his fiduciary duty to the QASP shareholders once again. He voted down the NHSH merger and didn't act on a 4% of the common stock offer with Mineseeker. Not too good looking there CEO Joe. It will be interesting to see how he spins this explanation during his CC, if it ever happens.
Now Deans claim that much of the cash came from him personally is also pure BS, just like the Corporate Air Repair that he NR'd was solely owned by QASP, but come to find out QASP only owned 1/3 of it - He and Josh owned the rest. "Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive" (Sir Walter Scott)

Hopefully PP, cooler heads will prevail today. Jeff may not be perfect, but I believe he sincerely has shareholders best interests in mind. Also, Owens has too much at stake to allow the CEO of his company to jeopardize that, so I see that as a check and balance system of sorts. Who in their right mind would believe anything Joe Con-Us has to say is beyond me. I wouldn't believe anything he said even if his tong came notarized!!
Dan certainly was up front in his own defense from Britpack's post "I do not have any ownership of debt in NHSH of any kind, nor have I ever at any point in time. I do not own shares of NHSH, nor have I ever at any point in time. Further, I do not have either a majority or minority interest in any offshore companies, nor have I ever held such a position at any point in time...."
Joe C is extremely desperate at this point and is doing his level best to create hate and discontent among the restless QASP natives. QASP shareholders have been through the ringer and he is trying his level best to take advantage of that. It's wise in the face of what we have been through to step cautiously, but you also must consider your sources are when evaluating information. Decisions that affect Centacom/NHSH are not being made by one person alone - they are being made by their BOD. They have announced who their BOD members are and have announced that they have had at least two fairly recent meetings.
There is no one else out there fighting for us folks but Team Centacom - So far with what I've seen from financials and their two recent CC's its a good team to have on the shareholders side. I'm convinced this company is the real deal and worth being invested in.
Makamai
Surf - when the company updates and files 8K and 10Q SEC documents, the share structure and holdings by company officials is normally part of that documentation. The company has stated that they will be filing as soon as they complete all required audits. A 10Q will be due by mid August for the second quarter (first quarter as a public company ending June 30) I'm willing to wait for "facts" that will be presented in those documents.
Makamai
Jim - I can just imagine ole Joe having the laugh of his life at all the ruckus he has finally been able to cause. He finds a gullible soul who he can whip into a little puppy dog that tags along and believes everything he says, despite the gazillion lies he has already been caught in. I find it really really pathetic - what else can you say...
Makamai
Lars - your posts are a breath of fresh air, coming from a person who has done his DD on his investments and is comfortable going with his gut feelings. Most folks who bash stocks don't own them in the first place and have their own hidden agendas. Joe - well you'd have to be dead and buried not to see his agenda and its all Joe all the way. In addition, no self respecting CEO would ever post on a public forum, but then Joe is only a faux CEO so I guess he feels he can be an exception. Bottom line, Centacom is a real company, producing real revenue and IMO will be a real force to contend with in the relative near future. As a QASP shareholder, I feel blessed that Centacom is committed to bailing us out of the QASP quagmire...
Have a great weekend,
Makamai
Excellent post and bang on the money. Some folks just aren't happy unless they are finding fault with or bitching about something. Nothing always goes the way you would like or expect it to. However with Centacom there is good reason to be optimistic, something we haven't had since way early in the QASP days. Finances show the company with basically NO LONG TERM DEBT. Also, when have you ever come upon a start up company where management can afford to build a public company without taking a salary. There may be issues out there, but nothing that can't be resolved and nothing that is going to hold Centacom and MS for that matter back from pursuing their Business Plans. This company has awesome potential and I expect to see that potential turn into documented revenue as each 10Q is issued in the future.
Makamai
I hear you SS, however there are road bumps in every journey, and I personally see more positives than negatives with Centacom, especially a company whose first quarter prior to the merge shows they are debt free with decent revenues. I'm also very impressed with both Owens and Dr. England's CCs. So I guess what I'm saying is you can choose to look at your cup as half full or half empty. I'm choosing to look at mine as half full with some issues that need to be resolved, but looking much more positive than anything QASP related has for a long time...
Makamai
So did everyone else at one time - It was the Deano kool aid we all drank. Then we saw the light, mostly because Jeff jumped in and brought things to the surface - remember his blogs.. Now we have a second chance with Centacom to make good on what otherwise is money down the drain. I agree, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me...however keep in mind who has been leading the cause to salvage our investments and give the man some credit for what he has accomplished so far that Dean never did or would have...
Makamai
Like I stated, Jeff's comment is being taken out of context and would have been as a result of the tone of the questions thrown at him which wasn't provided.
Makamai
It's obvious who Jeff is refering to and in taking statements out of context you can spin it any way you choose...
Makamai
DH - He has to find his way to the office first before he can have a CC. Must be the only CEO on record that has never set foot in the company's office. But then we know he is a faux CEO so does it really matter???
Makamai
If you say so PT. I'm sure you know what you are talking about based on your vast experience in these matters...
Makamai
Excellent CC - IMO Kendrick stole the show, however Owens did an excellent job on bringing folks up to speed on where Centacom is headed and finished up by answering a few questions. I see HUGE potential in this company along both the Centacom and Mineseeker fronts - this could get real exciting in the relative near future.
Makamai
Bang on Mr. Power - You suggested to Joe that he use his intellect and move aside. However Joe's intellect is too clouded by his pride and ego to know when to leave well enough alone. That in itself will be his biggest downfall just like his buddy Deano. There isn't one shareholder that believes anything he says, and everyone knows that Joe is only here for his own self aggrandizement as he has plainly stated in the past. I seriously doubt that Joe has ever been to the Herlong office facilities of QASP, yet he wants us to believe he is QASP's CEO and is working for the shareholders - what a joke!
Makamai
That's an EXCELLENT UPDATE from Edward Cross - short sweet and to the point as follows: (Lets see how the Bears will spin it)
Update from the CEO
June 21, 2011
I would like to take this opportunity, as I promised in my last update, to share our vision with the Mineseeker stakeholders in a little more detail.
As CEO, I think it is important that we are transparent in our business dealings and share information when it is not commercially sensitive with those who support our endeavours. Our team is very committed to growing a successful, ethically grounded business and delivering results for all our stakeholders, but most importantly to the people and communities who are affected on a daily basis by landmines and unexploded remnants of war.
Edward Cross
Joe Con-Us - you're a joke!! You have shown by your actions that you are the one with the desire to take over QASP to cellar box the stock for the benefit of you and your off shore buddies. No other explanation suits your actions. Where the shareholders are concerned, under Jeff's leadership, things were going along fine until you barged in and attempted to steal control, circumventing shareholders rights. At one point in time, you might of been owed some money - however due to your tortious interference and efforts to kill off the stock by doubling the A/S you are going to pay dearly one way or another - all IMO of course.
Makamai
It's a breath of fresh air w/o your buddy Sput, et al, to contend with for starters and gets better from there
9B - haven't seen you posting on the ProBoards yet? Got a lot of good peeps there that are behind you. Come join us
Makamai
Save your breath Joe - no one believes anything you spin anyway. By the way Joe "Con-us" - IN YOUR FACE wrt Mineseeker - your spin in your NR about a relationship w/QASP as always couldn't be further from the truth... and it goes without saying that Kendrick wouldn't give you the time of day after that email you sent him...so you can go crawl back into your liars den with the rest of your buddies.
Makamai
It certainly can't hurt to have a 2 pronged approach and I also want to thank the shareholder group for getting the word out.
Makamai
Appreciate the update 9b - hopefully your efforts will raise Jeff's spirits just knowing he has shareholder support and isn't going down this road alone. We definitely need to speed up the process. These continued delays are hitting some folks real hard. Looking forward to the swap group climbing on board as you indicated as that should greatly assist the communication process. Sure do want to focus on the future put this nightmare behind me as I'm sure most everyone does as well.
Mahalo
Makamai
9B - I totally share your frustration with how slow this process has gone so far. Your efforts to expedite the process are greatly appreciated. However I'm sure you are aware of the importance of 3rd party verification, and in taking advantage of the efforts of those who have been involved with the process already. I am elated to hear that you have been in contact with the swap group, however don't let your frustration and impatience get in the way of level headed thinking. Continue your pro active roll and push the process by conversing with them and getting them to issue an update TODAY!! I agree, time's a wasting and lets make this thing happen ASAP. The swap group's recognition of your efforts will go a long ways towards expediting the process. Take a deep breath and make it happen.
Mahalo
Makamai
9B - I definitely agree we have waited long enough and from what you have stated, you have a plan to expedite the process, and I'm waiting for more info concerning your plan. However to be successful, IMHO you need to have any further info concerning your plan provided to shareholders by the swap guys who have everyone's email address. There have been just too many issues with this process so far and at this point their needs to be one cohesive effort so shareholders can have faith and trust that all are behind it. Its the old "united we stand, divided we fall" thing, so I hope that is also part of your plan as well.
Makamai
9B - I'm sure Jeff appreciates all the help he can get and I applaud your efforts to get the process expedited. I'll wait for further info.
Makamai
Cat - Joe's passed out already. We're getting those intoxicating posts from his crony Kwan instead, who is coming across very delusional again tonight to say the least...He actually wants us to believe that Kendrick would associate himself with the likes of Joe Con-us - and actually thinks QASP shareholders are dumb enough to believe him - NOT A CHANCE...Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me..
Makamai
Cat - I agree Joe jacked the merger, however I don't believe it was out of pure ignorance. If the merger went through, there would be value to the stock and Joe couldn't celler box the stock to save his short position. There was IMHO method to his madness since that is what prompted his attempt to oust Jeff as CEO...
Makamai
Surf - I wouldn't believe anything Joe Con-us says even if his tong came notarized!! I have included a portion of the more recent communication Joe Con-us had with Kendrick. After reading that, if you were Kendrick would you engage in any further discussions with him under any circumstances?
Makamai
......Please be further advised that your public claims that the non-refundable option payments made pursuant to the Agreement were loans made by Quasar are untrue and misleading, and remain actionable on several legal bases. Although Quasar failed to complete the funding as per the Option and Purchase Agreement it entered in to, and the additional $1,000,000 in funding outlined in the letter of intent together with the ensuing delays has cost us many millions of dollars, it is not just about money. It is about a great humanitarian disaster that costs lives and legs every day. For every day of delay with the deployment of this technology, people step on mines and other unexploded ordinance. They are either killed or maimed. Either way, it is horrific. Delays caused by your corporate squabbling are hurting people who are amongst the poorest in the world, which is immoral, unfair and unjust.
Very truly yours,
Mineseeker Operations Overseas, Ltd.

Kwan is a self appointed custodian who should be swept out with the rest of the trash. His predictions are about as reliable as the doomsday prophets...

Excellent advice 9B - I hope folks are listening. Like you said, the Judge needs more time to get up to speed on the details. Once enlightened, he will see the reality of what's behind the Joe/Kwan/Dean side and make an appropriate ruling. I'm confident that Jeff's legal team is up to the task.
Makamai
Maybe they got a verbal tong lashing from the judge for their reckless posting behavior and brazen disregard for the law and told to knock it off. One can always hope...
Makamai
My bad - the 1.3M was O/S and .3M was float I stand corrected. However what source did you use to determine 220M shares traded on Jan 28/31. According to http://www.profitspi.com/stock-chart.aspx?id=NHSH&ca=173715676 there may have been 20K shares trading during that timeframe, but not 220M.
Makamai
Your right Kwan, "words are just words", and for the record, your words have NO, NADA, ZERO credibility and I for one wouldn't believe anything you said even if your tong came notarized. And yes - didn't you have an appointment today, looks like you are running a little late......Just more words...
Makamai
Tex - if they change the share structure, they will have to issue and NR. That's a material event. They had the share structure on their BOD agenda two weeks in a row. Since it was implied in the NR that it was being reviewed with the possibility of reducing it, I wouldn't be looking at any PP numbers quite yet. Nothing new with what is posted except they did the math, stating the restricted shares in addition to the float. I for one would like to know where the 49M float came from. Hopefully they will explain how the previous 1.3M float grew by that much when the subject is eventually addressed.
Makamai
I wasn't signaling anyone out, just a friendly reminder that this board was created by Cat to allow for intelligent discussions and free thinking, however if we don't follow the rules, it no longer will be "free". Considering what we have to put up with on the N and Q boards, this one is a breath of fresh air. I for one would like to keep it that way - just asking for a little Kokua on everyone's part...its easy to get a little carried away at times.

ATTENTION FOLKS. As the IBox states "All views on all stocks are acceptable but refrain from talking about other posters or bashing" That includes politicians. Lets keep this forum respectable and follow the golden rule...
Mahalo,
Makamai
Lets hope justice will prevail tomorrow, however I would be surprised if anything is settled in 1 day.
Makamai
Nice update from James. Good things take time, Great things just take a little longer, and I firmly believe Centacom is in the right field at the right time and will definitely provide shareholder value down stream. It's such a breath of fresh air hearing from James, compared to all the malarkey going on the other boards.
Makamai
Last Wednesday was the last to my knowledge.
Makamai
Who cares what the A/S is - it could be a trillion shares - only thing that matters is the Outstanding Shares O/S which are the issued shares which is about 1.5B. Samples knows this but he is playing on others ignorance.
Makamai
I couldn't agree with you more 9Bruce - pathetic doesn't begin to describe the pious dribble that has been spewing forth of late. I think we have uncovered the inhumane race posting on these boards, and if they don't get their just deserves in this life, they certainly will in the next.
