MTBC just got uplisted to NASDAQ!
Took them 4 months.
Another company with horrible financials and only a $60 million dollar market cap beat us out. No love for CVSI from NASDAQ. :(
Whatever happened to that stellar PR company they hired a few months ago?? They haven't done anything to help the company.
Set your stop limits at $30 a share so short sellers cannot borrow your shares to short. If the trades are still open, brokers wont let them use your shares.
CVSI will keep going up now that investors know we have a products in major retail chains. Not even Aurora or Cronos are in major US retail chains.
Word of mouth is getting out about CVSI..Good times!
No. Cryptos are all ponzi schemes. Zero instristic value.
LYFT just got on NASDAQ by losing $1 billion dollars last year.
CVSI is profitable with no debt and they won't let us uplist.
Do we live in bizarre economic times or what? Lol
Buyout coming. CWebb is light years ahead of the bigger cannabis companies trying to get into the retail CBD space.
And The longer they wait the more $$$ they will have to pay to buy out CWebb!
Front run either a buyout or NASDAQ uplisting.
If either happens the share price triples. Front run now and make $$$$!
Some Fortune 500 company is eventually going to buy out CWebb. Front run that trade now!
$200 million added to market cap since 12/31/18.
That alone is impressive!
Significantly oversold.
CVSI will eventually be bought out. Bigger companies who want to get into the hemp/CBD space are about a year behind in terms of branding and number of stores sold in.
WTER is another crap company NASDAQ let uplist recently. WTER has never made a profit, has a lot of debt, and only $120 million dollar market cap. Why are they allowed to uplist and we aren't??
So for those of you saying "be patient" and "don't be rude".. I say hell no! Im calling out NASDAQ on their bs.
These fortune 500 companies who want to get into the hemp/CBD space are about a year behind CWebb.
Eventually this company is going to get bought out. CWebb is so far ahead of the pack as far as store count and mass production. Other than CVSI, no one else is even close.
I wouldn't be surprised if they get bought out for $4 billion by some fortune 500 company this year. Long term this company is worth way more than $4 billion.
The float of shares is so low its nearly impossible for short sellers to manipulate the price down.
Love this company! Should hit $40 by summer.
What's rude is uplisting crap companies like DMAC that have horrible financials and tons of debt and yet not uplisting an awesome company like CVSI !
Send @nasdaq a message on Twitter demanding that they approve CVSI uplisting!
What is their market cap?
Another day or stubborn/corrupt NASDAQ losing out on millions of trading commission!
Let CVSI uplist!
CFO Grasser just bought 250k shares at $4.69.
Always nice to see insiders buying.

Has CVSI officially announced yet their products being sold in CVS?
Remember to send @NASDAQ a message via Twitter and demand they approve of CVSI to uplist!
NASDAQ is losing out on millions in trading commission by not letting us uplist. Bunch of stubborn fools.
Who in their right mind would sell right now given the fact large institutional money are already buying in and starting to front run a NASDAQ uplisting/and or large retail chain contract?
Everyone send @NASDAQ a message via Twitter and demand they approve of CVSI to uplist!
Copy and paste this message:
CVSI is profitable company with no debt and huge growth potential. The market cap is over $450 million. It's time to do the right thing and approve of their uplisting application!
NASDAQ if you're listening. You're losing out on millions in trading comission by not letting us uplist to your fine exchange!
Stop being stubborn and do the right thing!
Whoa. What's happening??
NASDAQ just uplisted DMAC this week. Took them 4 months to get approved. Apparently NASDAQ isn't even following their own uplisting rules because DMAC only has a $40 million dollar market cap and their financials are horrible. Lots of debt and zero profitability. How the hell they got approval is beyond me. Meanwhile CVSI is doing everything right and it's been 9 months and zero feedback or approval from NASDAQ.
It really makes you wonder who's in charge of deciding the uplistings at NASDAQ?
It's possible NASDAQ didn't consider CVSI's uplisting application until Jan 1 when hemp/CBD was fully legalized. We could simply be in the queue.
Thanks, I review case law and contracts all day long for a living. So I have a skill for piecing together information to form a narrative.
NASDAQ works in mysterious ways. They aren't even following their own uplisting guidlines. They easily uplist a company like DMAC with crappy financials, but a healthy profitable company like CVSI they delay now 9 months with no updates. Makes absolutely no sense.
DMAC just uplisted to NASDAQ.
They applied 11/6/18 and uplisted 3/19/2/19.
EPS is -.78/share
Their market cap is only $39 million dollars. Lol
Wtf NASDAQ!!
VFF just got uplisted in February. We have better financials than they do. My theory is that NASDAQ would have rejected our application already if they didn't approve of the uplist. So far in March they have uplisted no one. I think there will be a big uplisting push in April-June and we will be a part of it.
And NASDAQ must know they will make millions in profit on the trading commission by letting us uplist. As soon we uplist, CVSI share price is going to skyrocket far greater than VFF has experienced. :)
Something to ponder..
Very bullish chart. CVSI is a hidden gem!
NASDAQ has uplisted no one in March so far.
According to CNBC, institutional investors only own .13% of the current CVSI shares available. So when this things finally does get on NASDAQ, there will be a huge bidding war for the stock. The price will skyrocket even higher than VFF.
CVSI is significantly undervalued. This thing will explode bigger than VFF if NASDAQ allows uplisting.
Entire cannabis sector is up today based on Tilray losing -$67 million dollars in 2018. Lol
VFF is what we will look like when we someday uplist.
VFF has -.12 eps, and CVSI has +0.07 eps!!
