I´m not very confident about what PAVC could do in the future, of course, because I know this company since JPHC, so you understand me. If I were, I would have lost BIG with this nasty company (perhaps it is the best company in the world, but it is really nasty, NASTY, NASTY, NASTY, for shareholders, except for short investors as I can see in the last years).

I´m very confident about me, about what I can do in the market, about not to lose my shirt in big pigs like this company. That is why I don´t hold my money too much in it. I will never be short, I don´t like it, but I am not so silly to be in a hot potato like this too much time. Just enough time. Enough time to be inside the merger process. If the merger is good for shareholders, I´ll be there with some money and I will run after that. If the merger is not so good, I will lose just some money and I will run after that too.

After that, I held 100.000 PAVC shares. But I sold them, of course. And I would like to buy again under $ 0,01 to be in the merger. I think some restricted shares owners will hold them, and others will want/need their money after so much time restricted and others won´t want to go trough another dark merger.

I really believe that there will be some restricted shares owners that will be very interested in getting their money and run, although some others will hold.

But who will buy tomorrow? Perhaps next week.

My opinion is that tomorrow there will be a bigger drop, after the restricted shares get lifted, and those restricted shares will be free trading. JMHO.

And then, a good oportunity to buy much more.

Yes, that´s right in theory. But if this merger goes through, I´d like to buy more shares than I have now before the finish date at this price. And a lot of investors will do it too to earn that cash like me . So why shouldn´t the pps goes much higher than 0,1 $/share? Perhaps 0,2 or 0,3?? It depends on the momentum. And I think that it will be in just one day. Perhaps in two days as much.

Perhaps, what you need to know is that you are not in the GOOG board, and that you are not buying GOOG on the Nasdaq.

You are in OTCBB. You are in PAVCE. And you are just going to lose your money here, unless you get in just before a deal like we are going to close.

If I´m wrong, or the deal won´t finish well, I will lose some money, and that´s all. But I know where I am.

If I would like to invest in a good company, I would buy MSFT, GOOG, AAPL, etc... But I want easy and quick money, and that is why I am here. I assume this risk, and I don´t go crying on boards.

What is really true is that, if a 8k is filled with the last deal, there won´t be any time to get in the jump up, as you can see in the last jump up. It will be in a second.

So I prefer buying 1000 $ of PAIVIS shares now for a possible x10, although I can lose part of that money too if the deal won´t close. But it worthwhile for me.

I think it is easy to understand for everybody, so what I don´t understand is why people don´t buy lotto tickets in PAIVIS shares. I wouldn´t buy with all my money, but of course I would do it with some.

By the way, I think that the debate about the last PR writing is useless (because it is quiet clear), and I think that someone is trying to make more confusion around here.

The question is: When are they going to have the financing to close the deal and fill the 8k?? When that will happen, this will explode.
