The announcement was three years ago and bogged down ever since. I don’t think anything is going to happen with LIPA. Maybe they will get the Yaphank project going but that’s also doubtful. Kinda reminds me of Beacon Falls. Lots of hype-no execution.

Guaranteed purity natural gas sounds expensive, not sure, anyone know?
When big money diluters want the price up, it goes up. When they don’t care anymore, it goes down, way down!
Think FCEL/Jeffries ATM and Orion warrants @ 24 cents!
Hogwash!
Any comment on the SOFC failure?
Total volume today was 29 shares!
Don’t make a dig deal about nothing, that would be Crazy!
Probably someone selling like 10 shares to buy some BE, PLUG, or BLDP.
Take the gain and redeploy in an up and coming option.
This much hyped project that was originally intended to be demonstrated for >= 5000 hrs, failed at around 2000. It was decommissioned from the Clearway Center and returned to Danbury for forensic evaluation and additional testing.
Looks like commercialization of SOFC is a long long ways off at FCEL! Sad!
The main objective of the project is to test a 400 kWe thermally selfsustaining atmospheric-pressure SOFC prototype system at a prominent site for ≥ 5000 hours and to verify the feasibility of SOFC stack power degradation rate of ≤1.5% per 1000 hours at thermally self-sustained normal operating conditions (NOC) with an average stack operating temperature greater than 700°C.

1) yes
2) No - anyone have an example of an electrolysis fuel station provided by FCEL?
Old and expected, buy the hype, sell the news!
FCELB closes at $435 today with a $12.50/share dividend due August 15.
Easy money, and senior to the common. Wonder why they never get included in the market cap analysis that keeps getting bantered about on this board??
Asian companies never prevail in Asian arbitration proceedings, (Singapore) especially against an American company right?
At least that’s what someone said on stocktwits and he has a lot of followers.
I’m pretty sure Posco will roll over and beg FCEL for another chance. Perhaps they will increase the monetary penalty to 300m$ and realize how badly they screwed up.

Yeah, I agree! Watch them tick it up a few cents then dump at least 200k shares at a time.
PEM electrolysis is winning the battle. Molten carbonate is getting sidelined.

Yeah, it’s just sad!
I estimate OS will be at least 270m
by the time these warrants are exercised and the ATM is exhausted. ($70m @ $2 = 35m) plus 17m for warrants plus 217m currently outstanding per HH.
You know what they always say, “one hasn’t made ANYTHING until they sell at a profit”
GLTU
Actually it’s a registration for 17m shares/warrants being issued at 24.2 CENTS!
The $2.30 you reference is the number used in the determination of registration fees and represents the share price on 6-25.
Orion will be holding the 17m shares at an effective purchase price of 24 CENTS!!
Wonder what they would take for them in the open market?

Backlog at 1.5B sounds like a big number but it only represents the next 20 years of revenue expectations. That includes all ppa and service agreements currently on the books. So if nothing changes or gets dropped, we can count on roughly 75m$ per year in revenue.
What is the current run rate for the cost of doing business?
What will the market do with steady increase in share count and no new sales? Pretty apparent that the company will sell you all you can eat at anything over $2
Riddle me this Batman, how will generation save the day? Appears to me that they should entirely eliminate this expensive revenue category and simply try to sell a fuel cell!
10q - 3 months ended April 30
Revenue - Generation $4.631m
Cost of Generation - $5.692m
10k 2019
Revenue Generation - $14.034m
Cost of generation- $ 31.642m

So, hopefully all 50,000 watchers are willing to pitch in 1500$ each to satisfy the atm and keep the share price where it is. Otherwise it’s going DOWN!
Hey Max, the one thing I’m sure of is that the company will get all 75m of the ATM. Don’t know at what price or who will be forking over the cash. The higher the sales price, the more runway they will have to the OS Max. The lower the sales price the quicker the poor common stockholders will be faced with another vote for an AS increase or RS.
Obviously easier to print shares than sell fuel cells, and margins are much better. Glad to be on the sidelines as long as the B dividends get paid.
Dang, didn’t see that coming!
They just closed out an ATM with an average stock sale price of around 37 cents. At least they waited a couple days to announce the next one.

I have no position in FCEL- short or long at the moment. Sold my long’s at $2.74 last week prior to earnings.
4-5-8-10-20. Lol
Given last weeks lack on news regarding the earnings report, it’s way more likely that pps will drift down vs up. I’ll wait til a better entry presents itself.
Pumpers get slaughtered as a rule.
Gltu, but 20 years to break even has never been my objective when investing.
I own zero common shares at the moment but have big Gaines in my trading history.
I am holding a large position in FCELB and currently looking at 900% Gaines. Probably going to redeploy some of those profits in the next few weeks.
My sources are telling me that long term investment in FCEL is a risky proposition.
Links available upon request.
So are you proud of your long running track record, or do you feel like an absolute idiot for taking such losses?
My sources are indicating the probability of an earnings disappointment at >60%
What projects will be abandoned? My guess is LIPA.
Congrats to the long Longs but don’t forget to take profits.
Hh, for you in particular, what is your sales price?
Will be a $40 stock one day assuming they get to FID in the next year or so.
It’s gonna be ugly tomorrow if they don’t post earnings. May be uglier if they do!
Nice call -not
They are called circuit breakers any stock can be halted based on volatility.

Anyone know how many preferred shares will be outstanding after the merger closes?
150k authorized if I’m not mistaken.
I’m going to buy 1500 shares tomorrow at a 2$ entry.
How? I already booked 42k profit so I’m just going to redeploy/parlay.
No, but someone is. I’ll take 1000$ or keep banking the dividend.
Why would they offer 600-800$ for the series B when they can buy them in the open market for 330$?
Wouldn’t be a wise business move now would it?
Anyone that pays attention and can read, knows the theoretical conversion of $1000 face value Series B is not likely to happen. The company has the option to convert to common, only IF the common stock price is around $2500 for 20 trading days in a 30 day period.
Please refrain from posting alternate facts.
************
We pay $3.2 million, if and when declared, in annual dividends on our Series B Preferred Stock. The $3.2 million annual dividend payment, if dividends are declared, has not been included in this table as we cannot reasonably determine when or if we will be able to convert the Series B Preferred Stock into shares of our common stock. We may, at our option, convert these shares into the number of shares of our common stock that are issuable at the then prevailing conversion rate if the closing price of our common stock exceeds 150% of the then prevailing conversion price ($1,692 per share at January 31, 2020) for 20 trading days during any consecutive 30 trading day period.

6M$ from the feds to pay furloughed hourly and 8M$ from the common stockholders to pay management incentives.
Bought another 100 shares of FCELB today. Bit more insulated from the dilution.

FCELB should be trading at at least $350/share. Looks like it’s trying to get there. $50/yr divided looks secure for now.
Here here! Show me the money!
I anticipate something good soon as far as news but I also expect a dilutive announcement to follow shortly.
I’m playing this one now, and looking for entry/quick exit points. I personally don’t buy in to the $20 by June/August Puffery that I read on this board.
I was actually surprised that a certain poster could even spell “support level” let alone having any confidence that the technical analysis as any merit.
Hope y’all are playing VTIQ correctly and Gita.
