FuelNation Secures $300 Million Dollar Credit Facility
Tuesday March 21, 8:30 am ET
DAVIE, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 21, 2006 --
Dear FuelNation Shareholders,
We are pleased to announce FuelNation (Other OTC:FLNA.PK - News) has secured a $300 million dollar credit facility to finance our crude oil, product purchases and supply. This credit facility will be used for additional financing on our contracts with the Iraqi Ministry Of Oil and their State Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) (http://www.uruklink.net/oil/) for Fuel Oil purchases and Gasoline Supply. Currently, The Iraq government is subsidizing approximately $8 billion dollars annually of gasoline and diesel supply for internal consumption, due to the lack of refining capacity. Revenues from the contracts are expected to be reported during the second quarter of 2006 upon completion of our audit and the filing of our financial statements.
In addition to financing our supply and purchase with the Iraqi Ministry Of Oil and their State Oil Marketing Company (SOMO), we will leverage a large portion of the credit facility with our wholly owned subsidiary Leman Energy Trading, Inc.(http://www.lemanenergytrading.com) in order to increase our credit line for crude oil and gas oil purchases we are finalizing with Gazprom in Russia (http://www.gazprom.ru/).

"The approval of this $300 million credit facility is further validation of our business model, which is focused on providing 'best in class' fuel resell services to governments, refiners and suppliers looking to mitigate risk and source long term product supply. In addition, we will be able to rapidly expand our government services division in the Caribbean and Africa for energy trading with the governments," said Chris Salmonson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FuelNation Inc.
FuelNation Government Services is established to partner with governments and strengthen relationships with key suppliers or customers in the energy business. Both Governments and FuelNation have the ability to stay focused on core competence and avoid the need to reinvent what has been invented elsewhere. We can share knowledge and know-how, speed and flexibility in delivering new products, diversification into new markets and reduced risk. We combine our efforts and have access to expertise, facilities and technology, which provide cost savings and profit.
FuelNation Inc, through our 100 % wholly owned subsidiary, Leman Energy Trading, Inc., is engaged in oil and gas wholesale marketing of unbranded petroleum transportation fuels and crude oil trading in Western Siberia, Russia; Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America. In addition to the oil and gas wholesale marketing, FuelNation Inc. is in the final stages of our planning to build and develop a portfolio of real estate assets with our concept of the "Super Store" of Travel Centers. www.fuelnation.com

Lowtrade - LFWK
Not to beat a dead horse - I did read your posts on LFWK and sold out today when I got tired of the countless buys at the ASK with no movement. I only invested $1K and made $300 in a few days.
I will wait until the end of this week to buy back the same number of shares on a "blue light special" and see if I can get another $300.
Lowtrade - FLNA
Thanks for your great insight on LFWK and others. I appreciate your candor and think people need to hear all sides - not just "it's going to 50 cents". Yes, it is a concern of mine on LFWK when I see they are listed as "unsolicited" on pinksheets.com and have no filings. Also, I see trades at the ASK for several consecutive days and no movement.
It is comical to hear people constantly talk about pinks moving to the Amex, etc. Some do not understand the requirements / audited financials, etc. that are required. I am currently holding 5K of 144-restricted PGWC (cost me $1,000 last year) - they are an OTCBB who have filed to get on the NasdaqNM - it's been several months & still no answer.
In response to this note, Fuelnation (FLNA) is a pink sheet stock that is currently completing their financials. They have had auditors on-site since mid-February and are expected to complete audited K's and all Q's by month end to be current.
Just keep them on your watch list. We shall see if what I am told is true - I suspect it is as I have been told they have spent $125K in this effort ($$ up front!).

Once it breaks...
then the skeptics will buy!
It's quite simple
Let's say we have a company with 72MM shares and we know who owns 60MM. We also know we own 22 MM. Now add in what the public owns.
Someone is is deep doo-doo.
I can understand the PR...
You just have to read it a few times. It's not easy creating written material that everyone can understand.
It is easy to read a comprehensive explanation and throw your arms up with "now that doesn't make sense" on a message board though.
If insiders hold more than 22MM of the public float, then the number is surely negative. Add to that what we own!
Hold them shares tight!
The potential is huge here!
Just wish I had more shares.
See no evil - hear no evil!
I caught it, but the lips are sealed.
; )
Huh?
LOL! Did you change your mind or want to stay SHHHH!
Purchased 10K today - not much
Couldn't resist. When this pulls back, people will be waiting in line to scoop them up.
