No, but I know lots of people who post BS in order to hope that the stock will skyrocket thus they win some money. Anyhow, there's not that problem anymore, with 1B shares to arrive to the market, the stock price is fixed at these levels forever.
Very well said...
Actually I thought they bought 1 share once...am I wrong?
Lol...I laugh very out loud! Noone in the trading community loses his time in a pink sheet stock, nor he has time to verify these kind of PRs. But I am glad that you still believe in these stories about misterious trading guys, you are the perfect shareholder for any pink sheet stock.
Oh, by the way, the last time that I talked to a Managing Director and I told him that I made a small personal purchase on a pink sheet stock, he laughed at me very loud...
"something"?!? You are Christmas-mood-nice...I guess.
Stock price is at 0.0002...that's the good thing. The good thing is that 1B shares will most likely be sold at 0.0002, collpasing the price at that level, and it will probably stay there forever.
You are right, I too, believe, that that period would be the mest to unload the 1B+ shares...given that before that time there won't be any volume that would help the dilution! I stick with you, news will be out that period and we won't move a single tick. Have fun....
Why? Before dumping the shares thus increasing the float they have to inform you, so that you know?!?
Come on, it's a good news, it means that today we are still not losing money again...wait until the close...
Actually I am very happy to lose money...that's why I will probably add some shares...was thinking about buying 1k more...
uh? You mean they aren't renovating it? Really? President said so...I believe in President...President good person...
You probably read, but ain't paying attention, I said that at the spread 0.0001-0.0002 people tend do buy more in order to average down their costs.
You will tell me how soft it will be when you will be counting the missing zeros...
What a nice trend...:

Ok, I'll tell you once for good what will happen in my opinion, then you all are free, as usual, to make your own mistakes.
There are more than 1B shares ready to land into the market. The price is already down, and most likely anyone who bought higher will - unfortunately - buy some more very once in a while in an attemp to average down their cost.
The dilution will first of all come at 0.0002 on the bid side. Then, once the price will settle in between 0.0001 and 0.0002, the dilution will stand for weeks at 0.0002, so that if you want to buy, you will be more than welcomed to buy the dilutive shares.
Once the dilution is gone, they will try to move to the OTC BB, and before doing this they will R/S...IMO the split range will be in between a 1:1'000'000 ratio, so that there will be only be probably 22M shares out.
Perhaps by that time, it will be best for shareholders to move the corporation back to washington, with a higher A/S. Further dilugion and the company possibly once again in the pinksheets.
Want to proove me wrong? Let's see if the company can rebound within a month form these prices...I speculate what it won't and it will never do, which should be pretty clear to you if you look at a company chart. Good luck to all.
The problem is that there won't be the big spike IMO because they have to sell almost 1B shares into the market, it's not easy because they need PRs in order to seek volume. So they will be selling from today on for months.
Lol...oh yeah a nice buy...lol...you will see after the R/S is in place...
uhm, not as much as it hit you...say bye bye to your chirstmas gifts...
It's over...they are going heavy on dilution, this will never be back at 0.001...R.I.P., thank you !!!
Can't blame you...
Here, have a look on where volume is:
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=icbm#getQuote
starting from the right, you see the spike volume at 0.0002...and since noone of us was selling, have you asked yourself who is selling? And have you asked yourself why the person/entity who is selling is selling at these low prices if he/it would have confidence on the future of the company?
You should have asked yourself something else. How come the negotiations were for 12mln in revenues for 2008 and suddenly they became 12mln in 5 years? Argh, I always tell people to cross-check!
Buy more!!!!! They have to still unload hundreds of millions !!!!
Pfffff...hate to say I told ya.
Question: given that noone of us in here is willing to sell any share at 0.0002 and the stock price is hitting that mark...who is selling? I'll give you some choices:
1) The child of a trader who has got his father's account on hand;
2) Noone, we are just dreaming, the price is at 0.2$;
3) Someone is diluting us selling new shares in the open market.
Uhm....
Kid, before churling your tongue, please read! If you go to extaport's website, you will clearly see in the first statement:
"Extaport International imports goods from around the globe for distribution in both Canada and the United States."
So Extaport IMPORTS for distribution.
Then before arranging (how, by buying cars and trucks?!?) any sort of distribution, they need to import that to Canada. You have this clear? I doubt it, you are too busy here counting the losses...take some time and READ and try to understand what is GOING ON. Cheers.
Lol, people don't even seem to understand how things work in life and they pretend to understand the stock market and the PRs given out...oh my...
The wine flies by itself, you put each bottle in a balloon and it flies directly to the restaurants of Canada! Just don't forget to write the address in the balloon!
Have you don it yet? If yes, what's the response?
A typo? A mistake? Something wrong? You tell me...
That's right, they will transport it in their hand-lagguage, bottle x bottle untill Canada is filled with wine! Come on...
Have any other link, it doesn't seem to open the file.
It's because there's people like us, who are true believers, that this kind of things are possible in the stock market, and we...never want to understand that we might have made a bad choice.
Just to make some reminders. About the A/S and O/S:
July 24, 2007 - ICBS Board of Directors to initiate a stock buy back program - http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/070724/mo276.html?.v=3
(as reported by this website...)

And how about turning donw the 3.5M offer for the brewery? Yeah right, much better to sell shares at these prices, lol. Wasn't the offer turned out as they thought that 2008 revenues would have been huge? How? The brewery is closed:
http://www.rvbrewery.com/
Want to go on? Nah, you'll find the next ones by yourself, in the meanwhile, why don't you guys buy more shares? There are still more than a billion shares waiting to fill your pockest before they R/S and fill it again...
Then, if you are here for the continous PRs, it's better for you to know that you'll be all alone. Between the dilution coming, and the amount of shares that I have to unload to the market (because I WON'T be here for this kind of PR's), I doubt you'll be able to ever sell for a profit. Regards.
If this is true, then there are yet 950M floating with 1.2M issued shares, this means that they are diluting at these low price levels, which - in turn - might start to underline that we will never see higher prices again for a very long time. Extremely worrisome!
There's no way that someone can check those...if you are aware of them, post them in here and proove them.
I don't see trace of real deals. Have you contacted the tunisian goverment?
About to send formal complaint to the S.E.C. In fact, through this link:
http://www.extaport.com/wine.htm
it is possible that shareholders believe that there is a deal in place and closed with UDACA. Since no inforamtion has been disclosed about this, will ask the Commission to investigate because there might be either a withold information to shareholders (in case the deal has been finalized), or a misleading indirect information given to shareholders (in case the deal hasn't been finalized yet). Let's see...
What would you expect worse than this?
Promised buy back: didn't happen.
OTC should have been months ago: didn't happen.
iTrend in october: didn't happen.
What happened:
new A/S 2.2 B;
and stock price at 0.0002.
Take the conclusions. Look it this way, with the issuance, in the coming months, of the 2.2B - 950M of shares (1250M shares), at 0.0002, they will make 250.000$...that would be good enough for making some new websites and put out some new PRs.
I agree...that's what the market thinks of those PRs...
Didn't they talk some time ago about a buy-back? Lol, 2.2B A/S...
there's no need to R/S right now, until 2.2B plenty of shares to be sold and diluted...
Just to let you know what the market things of the latest PR...look at where the price stands...
...iTrend pushed in January (as some poster said);
...OTC BB sometimes in early 2008 (I think I have heard something like this before...)
...A/S more than doubled (uhm...guess why...want to bet that they will fully dilute those 2.2B right before a R/S???)
this - unfortunately for me that I hold little less than 20M shares - will quickly head to 0.0001...nice job!
Thnx, very worrysome...
