That summarizes it well. Good post.
This partnership is going to be hugh
It's amazing how many people do this.
What exactly is "hugh news"?
BS. eom
They've done many paid promos. They've always needed it!
Paid promos are easy to circumvent.
And it's "their" instead of "there". "You're welcome".
I gave you a link. eom
There's ways around that. Good try though. They don't work for free.
There were a half dozen promotions before the "big" announcement just last week. He employs a cheesy promoter @ $3,000 per month.
lol. Try again with your "projected figures".
Melatonin's been around for many decades. The FDA just has a problem with it being added to a soft drink and being labeled as a dietary supplement to get around regulations. GRAS (Generally regarded as safe) doesn't apply to food products, and drinks are food products.
That's the problem. They're not labeled properly. They're labeled as dietary supplements and the FDA is saying that it's really a drink which is a food product and Melatonin isn't generally regarded as safe for food products. Should they proceed, then all of these "relaxation" drinks go away. The shots would be okay as they don't come packaged as a drink and can get away with being labeled a dietary supplement.
And they were a 100% sell for months. Barcharts stinks and anything that goes up is a buy.
No. Actually I'm not since I know what I'm talking about. You can cell anything on Amazon. And the cardboard stand is all they have at Walmart.
Melatonin is approved as a dietary supplement. They're going after those labeling drinks as dietary supplements. BBDA's products are labeled exactly as the others that are under FDA scrutiny.
After 4 years, I know what I'm talking about.
Huh? I just said that they have a non melatonin formulation already (or so they claim) from months ago.
They set up cardboard promo booths. They're not giving it shelf space. Next.
They have a different formulation without Melatonin already for Europe. Get caught up, will you.
Read it again and try to comprehend what they're saying. Melatonin is approved as a supplement but they're saying that it's being labeled as a supplement when it's a drink which falls into a whole different category.
Sounds like you "invest" in a lot of junk. I'm not about to sit here and explain it all to you. I've been following this "stock" since 2009 and you've been here for days. I've forgotten more than you'll ever know so just keep believing whatever it is you're believing and keep buying BBDA stock.
Sub penny pink sheet stock touts are just trying to bring in buyers for crappy stock. They're not promoting anything.
It's not advertising, it's pumping. They're called stock touts for a reason. The pumping's gone here because everyone else moved on within a day. It was fast and furious when it was happening, though. Maybe you came in after the fact.
Limited dilution and a bunch of touts keeps it from going down. I've never said it was a scam but more half truths than truths. Even Walmart was a half truth.
Of course it was pumped. It started right before the Walmart announcement: http://stockpromoters.com/View-Stock-Promotions-By-Symbol.aspx
It was pumped prior to the Walmart PR. They wanted to get the price up.

There's a couple that never mod anything and another that comes and goes. It's usually manageable until a promo gets kicked off and then it's almost impossible to keep up with the posting rate. That's when I start searching for flagrant violations first.
I try but if I'm away from the board there's just too many to go through. I usually do some searches to get blantant one's off (swear words, name calling, etc) and then start reading what I can. Usually the word "idiot" brings up some TOS violations.
I smell the rockets egnighting.
Suggestion: I would be really useful to be able to search posts right from the moderators screen. I find myself searching key words that violate the TOS in the normal screen, writing down the post numbers and then going to the moderators screen in order to delete. It's a real pain.
Thanks.
With BBDA it's hard to know which entity is doing what. It's also difficult to know exactly what the Walmart deal really is. To me, it sounds like a trial marketing run to see if they even want to carry the product.
He's just an incorporator. eom
His "investors" are dopes. It can't get much better for him. You'd think that a corp (Bebevco, LLC) would be worth tending after but nope.
and pay the taxes like all legit companies are set up to do.
BS. They're not audited. In fact, they're not even remotely GAAP compliant.
Even the CEO admidted that. Heay, we make money on the hear-and-now and on the future, not on the past. Every penny would want the future this company has ligned up.
It depends on your broker. Brokers that use Penson to clear trades will charge you for manual settlement. The fees can be as high as $700 per trade, regardless of the trade size. Other brokers, like TDAmeritrade, don't allow you to buy it. Others self clear so those aren't affected. Zecco uses Penson. Here's their warning to their customers:

Sky the limet.
Yes. They're promo booths. The product isn't sitting on shelves. That would've been something if they had.
