Agree completely. The small things that are being missed are really start to add up. With a much better marketing campaign, who knows where we would be now? Just trying to figure why they wouldn't be going all out to get Ubqu noticed. The product line, quality, and price are there, but we're growing at a snails pace, considering we are tied for 3rd best CBD company.
Agree. Very frustrating that the website cannot be found with a simple Google search. Completely sabotaging themselves by not reaching millions and millions of people in an efficient way. Still haven't heard from them regarding getting some pamphlets to place strategically at the Urgent Care clinics, ER, and chiropractor offices. #shootingselfinthefoot
Ubqu continues to grow. Q4 should be better than Q3 by a fair margin with the intro of the pet division. Would love for Ballas to start the auditing process for the exodus out of the pinks in 2018.
Agree...not providing the info to bash, just inform. I'm Long here, but there will be other devices out there. SB will have to convince ours is better. Whoever gets in with the big dawgs first, will likely win this race.
Just Google "CNBC derive" and it will be the first hits you get...enjoy.
Uh oh, CNBC has a piece on a device called Derive that is eerily similar to Onci's app...competition??
Fair enough...thank you.
Amfe has been conslidating for 8 weeks with fins due next week and audit completion within the next week or two and is sitting about 40% lower than it's high in early August. People have and are selling. As it sits today, this ticker should be a no brainer meeting all of your criteria including buying when folks are selling, no? Forgive me for inquiring, but the reasons you have given me thus far don't line up with the stragedy you employ for purchasing stocks. Again, is there a specific reason you aren't backing up and loading as much Amfe as possible. The company imo is better than Onci (which I am Long) on all counts and is Nasdaq bound within 1-2 years, but may be as soon as next summer.
So a few people requested that you check it out, which you found to be solid, but instead moved on to RAD. May I ask why? Was there something specific about AMFE that prevented you from jumping onto this ticker? Just curious as you seem to have a good handle on OTC stocks.
Gotcha...so again, I am surprised Amf# isn't a pick of yours based on the TA and fundamentals, plus a fantastic management team. Did you just miss this ticker, or did notice it, but continued on for whatever reason? Thanks!
Just called...I was told they are preparing materials for me and are very excited with this opportunity. Said I should hear word by tomorrow. I'll keep everyone informed.
Imo, it's a mo lose situation. I wouldn't be doing anything official...yet, just simply putting Co material in places where it will get exposure by patients. I will continue spreading the word on an individual basis. Also getting the chiropractors up to speed and then have them spread the word to their patients. Just want to get some momo going in the traditional medical realm while also involving the naturalistic realm ie chiro's. I'll try calling now.
Gave them my name and email. I just wanted something a bit more professional than handing out printouts from their website. I have some contacts at local vets which would be great for the new pet products. The exposure possibilities are pretty crazy being involved with 2 different Hospital systems and the 3 Urgent care clinics, not too mention all of my contacts within each place. Then you add the 8 different chiropractors I know, and the vet clinics. I could make spreading the word a 4th job of mine.
I didn't hear back from the Co regarding getting me some brochures to disseminate out at the ER, clinics, and chiropractic offices. I will call again tomorrow. With possible exposure to >1000 people weekly, one would think they would hop on letting me be their free salesman to spread the word.
I doubt it, but it doesn't have to. I've been recommending certain naturalistic remedies for years and folks will buy either from a natural food store or online. I've sent many a patient to our local health food store and chiropractors, so much so that I end up getting a call thanking me for all the business. Speaking of chiropractors, which I'm a huge fan of, I an friends with several of them around the Hospital and Clinics that I refer patients to for longer term treatment. I could also bring the brochures to the their offices and open the exposure to possibly 1000 or more people weekly. Not only that but the chiropractors are especially naturalistic in nature and have no doubt would spread the word once they are up to speed. It's a no-brainer. Why I haven't tbought of doing this earlier instead of singling out specific patients, I'll never know.
One thing is for sure, you're TA is superb, and I have no doubt some potential sellers decided against it because of it.
I spoke with a service rep who will foward my request to get some pamphlets/brochures. Also spoke to them about the google search issue. He agreed it is an issue and that he thought Ballas and Co were working on it. I should hear back from them today. I'll let you guys know the deal. If this works out well, we're talking 200-300 potential people weekly at the very least being exposed to Ubqu. Great for them medically speaking as so many of my patients want off the chronic narcotics and/or nerve agents and use something natural.
Thanks, I'll give them a call. I also agree getting to their website is way too difficult. That definitely needs to be addressed.
I never said anything regarding being tired of waiting to run north. I simply stated an opinion regarding why some folks have become impatient and sold off, quite possibly some Longs, and that the lack of volume even during bull runs is puzzling and have offered my opinion why that might be the case. With all that is positive with Amfe, yes, it can be sometimes a bit frustrating to see what happens with the short term action of the stock. That said, I have made it very clear I for one am not selling a single share for a very long time as I believe in Roger and his crew.
Need some advice. I am an ER provider and also run an Urgent Care Clinic. I have been talking with many patients over the last 2 years regarding CBD and using it for many pain/neurologic syndromes and will give people the website to Ubqu as products and prices are great...something we all know. Unfortunately I cannot print anything out as the work computers don't allow access to many different websites. I was hoping to get brochures to hand to patients I feel might bebefit from CBD but was wondering how to go about it, if any type of brochure exist. Thoughts??
Interesting analogy and may very well be right on with regards to Amfe. I just hope this girl's idea of fun isn't sitting around doing calculus.
Yeah, unless Roger, Ben, and Ambrose go down in a plane crash (God forbid), I will hold indefinitely. The puzzling aspect of this stock is that here we sit at 86k for volume, when there are countless other crap pinkies that trade in the millions on a daily basis. Maybe I just love a good mystery, and this happens to be one.
Wrong, I'm in this for potentially forever, but that doesn't mean that one can't be perplexed by short term actions of a stock. Do I think long term we will be fine, yes, but the low volume tells me folks are avoiding this stock for whatever reason.
I think some of the impatience and frustration stems from the fact that many, including myself, firmly believed the last run was going to take us past 0.25 with calls to 0.40 and beyond which would have been a huge step forward to uplisting to the QX. Well, we fell short on that belief and have been treading water ever since on very weak volume. This has shattered many people's expectations of this stock, and now many are growing tired waiting for the catalyst that sends us north again past 0.25. I too was very surprised we stalled before getting past 0.25 during the last run as confidence personally and among the board was very high that it would. So, now we have been churning for 8 weeks with some calling it quits and selling. Some I believe were once Longs. By the time we get to Nov 1st, we will have many catalysts come to pass, which I believe will determine the short term direction of this stock. As much faith as I do have in Roger and this company, I do get somewhat concerned regarding the stock itself. Hopefully getting off the pinks is the ultimate remedy.
A very logical explanation and I agree it plays a large part, although I think in general, our volume has never been really high ie >10 million which I always felt was partly due to Amfe being a stock that is not easy to understand and needs more DD than most, so many pass it by. Longs here know what we have, but getting newbies by droves has been difficult. Uplisting may fix that it a very large way. Time will tell...
The extremely low volume phenomenon continues. If anyone has a logical reason why this persists, I'm all ears.
Being fully audited would seem a no-brainer as it would immediately legitimize our continually improving financials.
I guess I'll just consider we Longs as highly enlightened regarding this ticker which in time, the investment community as a whole will finally figure out. By then, our disbelief of what's happening now will turn to frolicking in the sand outside our 3k Sqft beach house in western Costa Rica.
Looking at OGRMF, which I hold a small position and comparing it to UBQU, they are bringing in +/- 4 million in rev's, have a huge negative net income, but have only 100 million O/S. UBQU has greater rev's, is net positive income, with a max of 900 million O/S. OGRMF is tading over $2 with 1/9 O/S. So by simply taking 1/9 of their pps we get +/- 0.25 for UBQU, but with UBQU we have better rev's and net income. The fact that this trades sub penny is utterly absurd and is so paradoxical that it defies explanation. I think perhaps if we get fully audited and work to uplist asap, we will leave many pink traders behind and open ourselves to more sophisticated investors. Being on the pinks stinks. The sooner we leave this hell hole, the better.
Maybe, but Amfe just rolled out their plan for North American franchising of Snakes and Lattes, with a boat load of interest to own and run a franchise. So much interest, CEO told folks that it will take 3-5 days for a response. Amfe is also on the cusp of being audited and uplisted. Until proven otherwise, Onci is in the backseat of the car Amfe is driving through OTC land.
Ballas and Co get an A+ for September!!! This is huge news!!! Very smart to roll out products for pets...and he stuck to his word about the rollout time frame. Naysayers be damned. Onward UBQU!
Agree, we should all be staying out of Roger's business and let him run the show. The fact people need to be told this is pretty pathetic.
Ballas gets an A+ for this PR...onward UBQU!!
Then by all means, call him whenever you like with all of your concerns. I'm sure he has plenty of time between building a business and having some sort of private life to cater to your needs. I stand corrected for suggesting we give the guy some space.
How about we all leave Roger alone and let the guy do his job?? If anyone here is so concerned regarding this stock and/or CEO, take your cash and go elsewhere. It's hard to fathom how needy some folks are. Keep it up and sooner or later Roger will go dark just to keep his sanity from the onslaught of some shareholders needs. I hope after his recent email response, the handholding ends.
Hey Quiet Storm...please stay QUIET!! Don't like what you see with this stock...sell and go buddy. You won't be missed.
Roger Mortimer of AMFE is as good, if not better, than SB. Both are rare birds among the flock of buzzards out there for OTC CEO's.
Altbough we don't know for sure if tbis is the case, it would be a very reasonable one, and it would seem that stragedy has paid off handsomely.
No reason to worry or doubt? This is the OTC for cripes sake!! Everyone here and every other OTC stock should worry and doubt. That said, Onci is in much better shape than most OTC stocks, but it's usually when you think everything is just a-ok when the rug gets pulled out from beneath your feet. My main play is a much better company thus far than Onci, but I still remain vigilant as anything can happen at any time. DD only goes so far unless your DD includes reading the CEO's mind.
Just to clarify, this PR is from almost a year ago stating SB would immediately reduce the OS by half to 1.5 billion. Am I missing something? OS in Sept 2017 is still nearly 4 billion. Why wasn't it reduced last year per the PR??
