That is incorrect. Blum applied for the San Leandro permit and was ultimately rejected (see below).
The concomitance of the FBI investigation and Blum's failure in San Leandro raises alarming questions as to the viability of TRTC's future operations in California.

Always happy to help.
Finally what I needed.
Dr. Klym ought to get a kick out of this.
MMs are letting this up...but demand is lacking. Won't hold up with this kind of spotty volume.
So much hype...so little pps.

420INVESTOR SERVICE FAILS YET AGAIN
Based on the "target of 4.20" I think it's safe to say the 420Investor service got a little too excited about last week's price action.
"Target of $4.20" ???? lol
Quite the professional organization they're running over there with their hyping of a technically arbitrary yet willfully superficial target of FOUR TWENTY. lol Not clever, not cool, and routinely innaccurate.
It's laughable indeed.
Watching LII has been entertaining today. They're doing everything that can to unload without completely tanking the chart... Luckily it's a fairly easy tactic to spot.
Be careful folks. Like the article said, there is certainly a major threat of "crippling dilution," and this threat will likely continue to be realized for quite some time.
Cool. We can copy/paste anything we want if we think it sounds good....but in the end we all know it isn't relevant, because TRTC/IVXX have never been licensed/permitted in any local jurisdiction in the State of California.
TRTC continues to trade precisely according to our projections.

So being that it appears TRTC/IVXX have no permits or other form of local or state approval to operate as a cannabis manufacturer/lab in California, current operations must be shuttered?
It could be years before IVXX sells another $50 gram in California?!
ANOTHER HUGE WIN FOR KINDFINANCE
Our commitment to objective analysis and the level of accuracy we exhibit on a daily basis cannot be faked.
TRTC is without question the worst bagholder stock in the sector, which is why there is a constant flow of fabricated hype surrounding the stock.
This being so - objective analysis with respect to TRTC is both rare and critical...but that's why we're here.
Our long standing history of precision is well known and easily verifiable. Look into it.
••CONSUME INFORMATION WISELY••
TRTC trading like a true pump and dump.
Wasn't this California legislation supposed to be the catalyst that sent this to the .30s? lol TYPICAL FABRICATED HYPE. TYPICAL BAGHOLDER STOCK.
Don't get trapped folks.
lol Wrong again.
IVXX is a Limited Liability Company.
California foreign entity registration # 201502210017. Domiciled in Nevada.
Brandnotacompanylol
MMs trying so hard to drum up volume here. It appears there are some big position holders that really want out.
This stock is the worst.
Wrong. IVXX nor TRTC have ever been licensed.
Back to square one in California.
I'm so glad I didn't go "all in" at .80+....But if I did, I'd probably have to say this too.
I just so happen to believe that TRTC is in that 1% that will make it
TRTC CONTINUES TO TRADE PRE ISELY ACCORDING TO KINDFINANCE PROJECTIONS
TRTC is a bagholder stock folks...so be very wary of fabricated hype: IT'S EVERYWHERE.
Congrats traders!
More bad news for TRTC investors.
That's all it is.
For some odd reason, there are folks who believe that it is somehow a good thing that TRTC has resorted to desperate paid promo via a firm KNOWN for promoting horribly performing penny stocks.
To me (and many others), today's news signals the next phase of the TRTC pump & dump. TRTC has no money to fund any build out in Nevada, so they hired a promoter in order to drum up volume into which they can dilute and dilute some more...
It is highly likely we'll get word of an increase to authorized shares and multiple massive rounds of dilution will follow.
Be careful folks.
BABA THE NOOBSLAYER
What sound do sheep make?
BBBAAABAAAA
PUMP & DUMP
TRTC has long been thought of as a pump & dump bagholder stock...but not even I expected that the latest paid promo campaign would produce such disappointing results. With TRTC down over 20% from last week's high, it seems obvious that there simply aren't any more "investors" capable of being fooled into buying this at such tremendously overvalued levels; they're all already trapped with positions at .50+!
THEY DON'T CALL IT THE BAGHOLDER STOCK OF THE CANNABIS SECTOR FOR NOTHING, FOLKS!
Bagholder stocks are ALWAYS the most feverishly promoted AND WORST PERFORMING stocks you can find. TRTC is a classic example of this.
That's what makes it so critical to CONSUME INFORMATION WISELY.
MMs have let this up as much as they can...but without increasing volume, this isn't going to do much more. Looks fairly weak as it is, considering the massive selling we witnessed last week.
It's a shame to see that TRTC has resorted to the type of promo we expect from pump & dump penny stocks...but I guess they haven't any choice being that the company is essentially broke. TRTC needs all the help it can get ahead of the likely increase to authorized shares and potential massive dilution.
This is a bagholder stock folks...things aren't good for shareholders. CONSUME INFORMATION WISELY.
KSCA - The last company I followed that hired this firm had a pps that plummeted 94% after the initial pop following the announcement.
Be careful folks! It won't take long for TRTC to turn sour once again.
Not sure? READ THE FILINGS.
TRTC is in horrible shape, so I certainly can't blame them for going the paid promo route.
At least they're not bashful about being a pump & dump! Might as well give it a shot right?
Like a true pump & dump!
What a disaster...
TRTC is THE bagholder stock of the cannabis sector.
Be careful folks!

Leaving things wide open for local corruption and local payoff which is already been going on for years
lol There is ALWAYS short covering on Fridays. Hence the "Friday Flip" we've alerted and banked on countless times.
By the way, folks, this bill in Cali is not good for TRTC/IVXX and its shareholders. I think this is obvious to most people, as I'm sure they understand how strict regulation of an industry is never good for business.
The ONLY circumstance under which you'd hear something like this hyped as a positive thing is if it were with respect to a BAGHOLDER STOCK.
It's called FABRICATED HYPE. Fabricated hype has been the staple of this story from $1.50 all the way down to .10. That's why it's so important to CONSUME INFORMATION WISELY.
If this bill was "historicly" positive for shareholders, we would have already seen tremendous buying. Instead, we've seen large positions dumping for days. This, of course, is only supplemental evidence to the fact we already know...which is that this bill essentially shutters TRTC in CA as we know it.
Just watch...
ALWAYS SELL THE HYPE
Surely no one is still holding this, right?
Nothing I said suggested anything related to anyone governing anything.
The consistently horrid performance of the 420Investor service's "buy and sell recommendations" are well known across this sector...so rest assured, no one is concerned that the service "governs" anything.
Not even close unfortunately. If AB 266 passes, it will inevitably bring great hardship to TRTC/Blum/IVXX, as the loopholes the companies have been exploiting in order to co-operate would be closed.
In many ways, AB 266 brings TRTC/IVXX back to square one in CA.
If AB 266 was going to be immediately beneficial to businesses, huge lobbying organizations like NORML wouldn't be fighting against it.
The AB 266 hype with respect to TRTC is just bagholder stock nonsense. Strict regulation as is proposed in the bill is never good for business. This SHOULD be obvious.
YET AGAIN, MSRT SOARS FOLLOWING 420INVESTOR EXIT "RECOMMENDATION"
With the service's "buy and sell recommendations" having pummeled its portfolio to -78%, the last thing it needed was another horribly executed exit.
Careful folks.
lol Funny to see STRICTER REGULATION praised as a positive development for TRTC, which isn't licensed in CA...but I guess we've come to expect this sort of hype, being that TRTC is the biggest bagholder stock in the sector.
Careful folks. Consume information wisely.
$TRTC •#NEWS• Future of $TRTC in CA uncertain in light of #AB266, FBI investigation: #Cannabis #Stocks #TRTC http://t.co/M8ikpIxUK3
Looks like TRTC/IVXX's lack of licensing in California becomes a big problem for shareholders if AB 266 passes.
Be careful folks.
•NEWS• OUCH. AB 266 & FBI INVESTIGATION OF TRTC The bill also has fingerprints on it from the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, which just fired their pot industry organizer, Dan Rush. Rush faces federal charges for accepting cash and gifts from dispensary operator Martin Kaufman of BLUM Oakland, which is also part of TerraTech. The FBI is accusing Rush of selling “bullshit” labor neutrality agreements to dispensary operator Kaufman and Peterson, and promising “doors slamming, slamming, slamming,” for TerraTech's competitors.
None of the provisions to be passed affect IVXX's status as a not for profit.
Congrats to EG for finally meeting industry safety standards after years in operation!
lol What a joke.
lol Obvious bagholder stock is obvious.
