likebutter, now that is the spirit, I gave you your FIRST member mark! I like your battle cry, we can do this!
That pretty much does it, I posted all the PR's since Mr. Yates took over Aug. of 2008. I left one off, the one prior to the electric motor, because two days later they got the motor. This patent has to be worth something to somebody. Maybe 2 to 3 million? Maybe nothing, no one knows because the company is being very quiet at this present time.
A letter from Mr. William Yates CEO of Interact Holdings, (this is from the Interact Website)
December 3, 2009
First, I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season. I would also like to thank our shareholders for their continued support.
We have received numerous requests for information via email and telephone, and have been unable to answer all of them, but have tried to answer as many as feasible. Unfortunately, we cannot always give updates on things in the time frame that shareholders would like.
In recent months, the Company has been working diligently to close new business as well as continue with existing business.
The thing we are most excited about is the development of a solar-powered LED commercial solution. How many times have motorists been driving along the interstate during the night and driven by road construction that had large lights for the workers powered by conventional combustion engines? The noise, pollution, and harsh light were all factors that have motivated the Company to work on this products development. In the near future, we will be releasing information including photos on the unit and expect that it will be well received into the marketplace.
The Company is still working with its client who has requested the construction and delivery of the solar powered monitoring stations. Various designs have been submitted and the Company will continue working towards the final design as to best meet its customer’s needs without comprising the necessary ROI.
Several members of the Company’s staff are scheduled to go to and meet with LUUMS International in the first quarter of 2010. There have been some challenges in bringing the full product lines to market here in the US and the Company is working with LUUMS International to solve these challenges in the most efficient manner and brining LUUMS LED’s to the forefront in the US marketplace. The energy-efficient lighting market segment continues to grow worldwide and the Company believes it has the right products to capitalize upon this.
To date, the Company has put all work with the electric motor on the “back-burner.” Upon further investigation, the Company believes the development needed to make the motor ready for commercial application would not be the best use of the Company’s capital.
The Company is awaiting the financials from its accountant so they may be posted on Pink Sheets and has the Company listed at a minimum as “Limited Information.” We believe shareholders will be pleased with the progress the Company has made since the change in management a little over a year ago.
Once again, thank you for all the supportive emails and phone calls and we look forward to a prosperous 2010.
Regards,
William Yates
