"The only reason" ...really? What about if it was true, do you think she'd go after him?
Which job do you mean... CEO, CFO, or Chairman? Lol
You get it.
No I haven't heard that and it makes no sense.
You don't really believe that do you? The company wouldn't come out with a snowflake pr to capture retailers if actual good news was on the way. You all know this.
You really don't have to picture all that, just picture a long and wrong Peregrine shareholder.
Good post but I'm afraid there are hundreds of going-nowhere-experimental-drugs that ride the wave until hitting the beach with nice bonuses and salaries for managent, but not much for patients. Pay to play -It's how it works these days and I'd bet that somehow this German university is profiting.
No no no. I'm talking days hours within news not a year.
Stock almost always take a quick dive before good news and then there's the opposite. Just saying.
You're awful.
Whatever he does you can pretty much bet retail shareholders won't have the same option.
Someone here once mentioned Powers was a friend of Hillary's, is this true?
"Talking to regulators" ...Talk about nebulous! Could mean anything. Here's what I think; The posters here are mouthpieces for management, like mediums at a seance. If management came out tomorrow to say they were bk and with no mention of a Plll, none of you "shareholders" would have a leg to stand on since they've said nothing.
Rolling submission nonsense. Management would be obligated to divulge this to shareholders. And where are the trial patients chatting it up? No, they're more likely using a blinded study to play games to sell more shares to lost retailers. So now it's another six months...on and on and...
Tell them you will under just one condition; The borrower must publicly identify themselves. Lol
Is it true that Powers doesn't do quarterly conference calls?
These guys are okay at carrot dangling but really what's been promised by management of late? And then look at leadership...if that isn't enough to make an investor run I don't know what is. Sorry but King&Co. holds the record for carrot dangling, with their decades long in-and-out of collaborations and partnerships, the never ending riding the wave of hot therapies, King's endless platitudes, thirty years of life-saving mouse experiments, the disappearing and sloppy trials, the incestuous BOD, ... NOBODY DOES IT BETTER.
Do you really need more?
Be afraid...Be very afraid. One person wearing many hats including CFO, trying to sell shares for peanuts with no mention of the flagship Plll.
Umm...Perhaps Powers doesn't want to sign anything under three different leadership positions?? Lol.
Why would shareholder ever choose dilution over non dilution?
Yes a bridge loan, something I've been posting here for a while now, and not one reply from the Club. But good thinking on your part.
Ok so she's a highly respected researcher but that doesn't mean she's getting an award for this vaccine, as the Chris stated.
"Her greatest achievement" ...An unproven vaccine with an unproven MOA.
Maybe the award is for just being a fine physician?
So Les told you heavy hitters really want in badly right now?
That's what I kept yelling as Peregrine "gave it all away" with the sneaky ATM. I was ignored and then banned.
32 cents with third reverse split on the way and a bunch of fat-happy campers going to meetings all around the world.
Yep, no takers, positive or negative. So curious.
Yeah, nobody wants to be in Miami in January. Lol
It won't go that way, IMO. If anything is ever announced at all it'll be " Top line" first with wiggle room.
They know enough to make you the go between and not express the joy themselves to all shareholders. What does that tell you?
Management has a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders to defend the share rice. The company lost 40% or more of its market cap and all Powers could do is complain a little and move on? That Phase Five report wasn't just some short with an idea one day, that was a professional- thorough and costly piece executed by a group of professionals. There's no way in the world a good investigative law firm wouldn't be able find their identity and launch a suit in weeks. And they're not allowed to say what they want, of course, unless it's true or at least somewhat likely. You see movie stars successfully winning suits all the time. At the very-very least Powers&Co. should have put out a statement that explained, even with profession investigative due diligence, they were unable to find the authors...That the SEC was informed.
Why would they take such care to hide their identities? Really?
Maybe because they are professional shorts and if they were seen snooping around it'd tip off longs prematurely?? That's kill their business model pretty quick. Good investigators require a certain degree of anonymity.
Sorry but I've seen this all before. No light will likely be shined on any of this. A year has past already. Shareholders will talk about the day when something is found but the truth is nobody is seriously working on it.
Which side is that again...The side that never publicly denounces fiduciary doozies?
So it's been a year since that Phase Five report. Where's the SEC in all this? Has any serious party launched a suit against Phase Five, and why not? Should've happened by now the report was bs.
So Mr. Black has been on the job for ten months and you for sixteen hours, and you have something for him? Does it involve Weiner? Lol.
Does Liau have a separate rights agreement than UCLA for the vaccine?
Yes, most likely that's it. Lol
"probably because the email communications are too time consuming"
What was your bad feeling based on?
Yes and when those wealthy donors take a look at the NWBO website, they will see no mention of Powers association with Enron and they will see no list of Board of Directors. What do you suppose they'll then do?
They then will google only to find this:
"The questionable press releases are hardly the only red flag with the company. NWBO has almost no institutional investors. Its CEO and controlling shareholder, Linda F. Powers, is a former senior vice president of global finance at Enron—Andrew Fastow’s fiefdom. She wasn’t implicated in the Enron scandal, but her years there are not mentioned in her corporate biography. Powers also controls Cognate Bioservices...
She's right up there with Jon Lovitz! Lol. What's that all about? Hollywood...sheesh.
